Abstract

This research is based on an incident that occurred on March 4 2021 at exactly 08:20 LT (Local Time) when the ship was docked at the port of Merauke, Papua, a theft occurred which resulted in the paint being in the bosun store as well as personal belongings belongings of the ship's crew were lost stolen. So the author raises the problem of how the guard service is carried out when the ship is docked at the port with the aim of knowing the implementation of the guard service on the John Lie Training Ship when the ship is docked at the port. The method used in this research is a qualitative method which produces descriptive data in the form of written words from people and observed behavior. The data source used is primary data obtained directly from the research site by making observations, which are related to the title of the thesis. The results of research and discussion of problems in this thesis show that the implementation of guard duty on the John Lie Training Ship has not been carried out optimally. This was due to a lack of understanding of responsibilities while carrying out guard duties while docked at the port and a lack of communication between the officer on duty and the crew on duty.

Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen, yaitu kompetensi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen; 2) motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen; dan 3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi standar pelayanan bagi penumpang berkebutuhan khusus di Bandara Adi Soemarmo, terutama aspek aksesibilitas dan keselamatan. Meskipun bandara telah menerapkan sebagian besar standar untuk pengguna kursi roda, beberapa aspek di jalur kedatangan dan keberangkatan masih memerlukan perbaikan karena adanya potensi hambatan mobilitas dan kenyamanan.Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan fasilitas dan layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun beberapa fasilitas sudah memadai, masih ada area yang perlu dioptimalkan, terutama permukaan jalan yang tidak rata dan kurangnya informasi jelas bagi penumpang berkebutuhan khusus.Kesimpulannya, Bandara Adi Soemarmo perlu melakukan perbaikan aksesibilitas dan fasilitas pelayanan, khususnya di jalur kedatangan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi konkret untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur dan layanan, memastikan kenyamanan semua penumpang, termasuk yang berkebutuhan khusus.
