Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi sering terjadinya kecelakaan kapal di Indonesia yangdisebabkan oleh tidak optimalnya penggunaan RADAR dan menimbulkan kerugian cukupbesar, baik bagi pemilik kapal maupun masyarakat. RADAR merupakan teknologi yangberfungsi untuk mendeteksi objek disekitar kapal sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinyakecelakaan kapal. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi optimalisasipenggunaan Radar, termasuk kompetensi operator Radar, perencanaan pemasanganRADAR dan Spesifikasi Radar, Ini merupakan tinjauan literatur dalam bidang manajementransportasi.. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hipotesis mengenaihubungan antar variabel yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk penelitian lanjutan. Hasildari tinjauan literatur ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Kompetensi Operator Radar berpengaruhterhadap optimalisasi penggunaan Radar; 2) perencanaan pemasangan Radar berpengaruhterhadap optimalisasi penggunaan Radar; dan 3) Spesifikasi Radar berpengaruh terhadapoptimalisasi penggunaan Radar.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi sering terjadinya kecelakaan kapal ikan di Indonesiayang menyebabkan keselamatan pelayaran terancam dan menimbulkan kerugian cukup besar,baik bagi pemilik kapal maupun masyarakat. Apabila keselamatan pelayaran di laut tidakdiperhatikan dengan baik, dikhawatirkan akan terjadi peningkatan jumlah kecelakaan kapaldari tahun ke tahun. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi KeselamatanPelayaran, yaitu Sumber Daya Awak Kapal, Kelaiklautan Kapal dan Sarana Bantu NavigasiPelayaran, suatu studi literatur manajemen transportasi. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini gunamembangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Abstract

Antennas are critical components in communication and radar systems. Factors that affectAntenna Performance, namely Beamwidth, Gain and Radiation pattern, a human resourcemanagement literature study. The purpose of writing this article is to build hypotheses ofinfluence between variables to be used in further research. Abstract

Abstract: Purpose - This research was conducted to meet the standards for implementing SSCP Cargo at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang. Security control activities for entrances to security areas are limited to SSCP Cargo and their implementation is still less than optimal. Design/methodology/approach - The research methodology uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely by explaining and describing phenomena to display data results scientifically or as they are without any manipulation process. The author obtained data based on the author's observations and documentation. Findings - The author found that there were discrepancies in the implementation of standard operating procedures for Security Checks carried out by Aviation Security personnel, the ease with which people could enter restricted security areas without having an Airport PAS, and the presence of access control point doors that had inadequate security. This triggers a potential threat to aviation security. Research limitation/implication - The limitation of this research is that the research method using direct observation is less accurate and requires people around SSCP Cargo to also be asked for information as well as a security survey. Practical implication - Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang Airport must improve flight security in the cargo area because of the potential for unlawful actions against people who carry out these activities in the cargo area. Originality/value - This research has never been written by researchers from any university.

Abstract

Abstract: Purpose – Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang Prototype Building Automation System (BAS) yang dapat mengontrol, memonitoring peralatan Air Conditioner (AC) dan pada asrama baru Curug 1 dan Membuat pemrograman pada Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Outseal Mega V2 slim. Design/methodology/approach - Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development/R&D). R&D adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. (Sugiyono, 2020). Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan pada level 3. Findings - Kondisi saat ini pada setiap kamar di asrama Alpha dan Bravo tidak terdapat remote control untuk pengoperasian AC sehingga pengoperasian AC masih terpusat menggunakan timer. AC hidup setiap hari dari pukul 18:00 sampai dengan 06:00 sehingga terjadi pemborosan energi listrik apabila taruna sedang tidak ada di barak, baik itu sedang melaksanakan izin bermalam maupun kegiatan di luar barak lainnya. Tidak terdapatnya monitoring penggunaan peralatan listrik tersebut juga mengakibatkan pemborosan energi listrik karena pengoperasian peralatan tersebut tidak secara effisien. Research limitation/implication - Batasan masalah dari prototype BAS ini yaitu hanya mampu untuk mengkontrol ON/OFF AC secara terpusat dan dapat memonitoring arus, tegangan, daya, Kwh, dan frekuensi. Practical implication - Di era modern sekarang perangkat otomatis sangat di perlukan guna meningkatkan efisiensi energi listrik yang dipakai. Building Automation System (BAS) sistem otomatisasi yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan dan mengoptimalkan berbagai sistem di dalam suatu bangunan. BAS mengintegrasikan teknologi, perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan jaringan komunikasi untuk memantau, mengontrol, dan mengelola sistem-sistem seperti HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), pencahayaan, keamanan, dan manajemen energi. Originality/value - Penelitian ini belum pernah ditulis oleh peneliti dari universitas manapun.

Abstract

Abstract, There is a decrease in productivity in loading and unloading containers at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. In literature research on transportation management, this article analyzes loading and unloading labor, equipment and meters that influence container loading and unloading performance. Building a hypothesis of influence between variables is the aim of this paper. The results of this literature research are as follows: 1) Labor influences the productivity of loading and unloading containers; 2) Equipment influences the productivity of loading and unloading containers; and 3) Kade Meter influences the Productivity of Container Loading and Unloading. Abstract

On The Job Training is a University Tridharma (teaching, research and practice) activity which aims to improve teaching and increase the vision and scope of certain activities in the field, as well as improving the welfare of society and students. OJT must be carried out by Curug Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Cadets to increase the learning outcomes obtained from their training so far and increase opportunities to explore various learning outcomes. work This is reflected in the work environment and context, as well as the ability to produce the skills and knowledge expected of professionals, especially aeronautical engineers. The tool that can overcome this problem is the Instrument Landing System (ILS). Indonesia has an aircraft navigation system called the Instrument Landing System. ILS is also an aircraft navigation system that uses radio waves as an (invisible) instrument that pilots use to guide their aircraft when approaching and landing at an airport. ILS consists of three sub systems, namely Localizer, Glide Slope, and Marker Beacon. The localizer is one of the devices contained in the Instrument Landing System whose function is to provide information regarding the plane's alignment with the runway. Position is one of the instruments in the instrument position system that provides information about the position of the aircraft on the runway. To support this communication performance, namely by ensuring that the localizer equipment runs smoothly and requires a Remote Control Monitoring System (RCMS) for Monitoring.
