Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of gender in the entrepreneurial dynamics of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and its structural implications for inclusive and sustainable business growth in the context of the digital economy. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review method, this study analyses 22 selected scientific articles published between 2002 and 2025 and obtained from Google Scholar and other credible online sources. The analysis shows that gender inequality is still a structural issue that affects women's access to digital technology, financing, business networks, and entrepreneurship training. In the context of the digital economy, women MSME actors often face additional barriers due to social norms, multiple domestic responsibilities, and limited digital literacy. These findings are supported by Gender Role Theory, Institutional Theory, and Digital Divide, which explain the complex relationship between social structures, policies, and technology adoption. The study concludes that inclusive and sustainable business growth will not be achieved without gender mainstreaming in MSME digital transformation policies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine inclusive entrepreneurship education as a strategy for fostering entrepreneurial spirit among vulnerable and marginalised groups, such as female heads of households, people with disabilities, young unemployed people, and urban poor communities. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, analysing 23 carefully selected scientific articles from a total of 50 initial sources obtained through Google Scholar and other credible websites during the period 1984–2025. The analysis results indicate that contextual, participatory, and community-based entrepreneurship education can enhance the competencies, motivation, and economic opportunities of the target groups. This study also integrates several theoretical frameworks, such as the Capability Approach, Transformative Learning, and Inclusive Innovation, to explain how education can promote structural empowerment and economic independence. Additionally, case studies from community-based programmes in Indonesia provide concrete evidence of the importance of cross-sectoral collaboration in supporting entrepreneurial inclusion. This research concludes that inclusive entrepreneurship education has great potential to drive social transformation and poverty alleviation, despite facing structural and institutional challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the experiential learning approach as an innovative pedagogical strategy in developing youth entrepreneurial capabilities, with an emphasis on character transformation and learning innovation. Employing a literature review method with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, data were gathered from 30 scholarly articles and reputable sources published between 1980 and 2025, which were then rigorously filtered to 17 most relevant articles. The analysis reveals that experiential learning enhances entrepreneurial technical skills and cultivates core character values such as independence, responsibility, creativity, and resilience. This approach aligns with Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory and constructivist pedagogy, and is supported by various case studies, such as project-based entrepreneurship programs in educational institutions. Furthermore, this study reveals that systemic integration of experiential learning into curricula can serve as a strategic solution for preparing youth to be adaptive to the challenges of the digital economy and social transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine strategic approaches in sustainability-based technopreneurship, focusing on efforts to balance the dynamics of technological innovation and social responsibility within the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem. Using a qualitative literature review method with descriptive analysis, this research analyzes 25 selected scholarly articles from a total of 50 sources collected via Google Scholar and reputable academic databases spanning the period from 1997 to 2025. The findings reveal that sustainable technopreneurship strategies can be constructed through the integration of values from the Triple Bottom Line, Creating Shared Value, Stakeholder Theory, and Dynamic Capabilities. Case studies from startups such as TaniHub and JALA Tech reinforce the notion that technopreneurial success is not solely dependent on technological superiority, but also on the extent to which they generate positive social and environmental impact. This study concludes that sustainability must be positioned as the core of technopreneurial strategy rather than as a supplementary element. The findings carry significant implications for policy development, entrepreneurship education, and the design of inclusive, socially responsible digital business models.

Abstract

This study aims to examine integrative strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), focusing on the role of locally rooted entrepreneurial values as a foundation for building sustainable competitive advantage. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, this research analyzes 19 selected scholarly articles published between 1978 and 2025, sourced from Google Scholar and reputable academic websites. The analysis reveals that local values such as gotong royong (mutual cooperation), honesty, traditional trade ethics, and community solidarity serve as highly strategic intangible resources in shaping authentic business identity, product differentiation, and customer loyalty. Integrative strategies that combine these values with digital innovation, modern marketing, and sustainability orientation have proven effective in enhancing MSME competitiveness amid globalization pressures. Case studies of various MSMEs in Indonesia support the argument that the strategic management of local values not only strengthens social and cultural ties but also creates unique value propositions in the market.
