Abstract

The development of electronic payments, also known as non-cash transactions, is greatly influenced by advances in technological development and changes in people's lifestyles. Currently, the development of non-cash payment instruments is running very rapidly and has a big impact on buying and selling transactions. With the support of increasingly advanced technology, people who use and provide non-cash payment system services are continuously looking for alternative non-cash payment instruments that are more efficient and safe. This research discusses the factors that influence consumers in switching from using conventional money to e-money. Research subjects are people who have e-money and have made transactions using e-money. The research object is all types of e-money used in Indonesia legally according to Indonesian regulations. The variables used in this research are Compatibility Factor, Convenience Factor, and Perceived Content Factor. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with the criteria of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya who had an e-money account and had made transactions using e-money at least 3 times. The number of research samples was determined using the Slovin sample calculation. This formula takes into account the known population size. The research sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis techniques used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Model Analysis, F Test, and t Test. In the data processing that has been carried out, Compatibility and Perceived Content have an influence in the same direction as Intention to Switch. Meanwhile, Convenience has an influence that is not in the same direction as Intention to Switch. The results of the hypothesis test show that the significant value of Compatibility is 0.000. Convenience is 0.666. Perceived Content is 0.000. This value shows that Compatibility and Perceived Content have an influence on switching behavior to e-money, while Convenience has no influence on switching behavior to e-money.

Abstract

From the results of observations or observations, several problems were found that occurred in teacher job satisfaction. Problems that cause a lack of work engagement, social support and capability for teachers. The aim of this research is to find out how work engagement, social support and work engagement influence teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto. Quantitative techniques were used in this research. The population in this research is non-permanent teachers or GTT at MAN 2 Mojokerto. 35 GTT (non-permanent teachers) at MAN 2 Mojokerto answered the questionnaire used to collect research data. The method used is by distributing questionnaires via the Googleform application. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: teacher performance satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is significantly influenced by the work engagement component with a t value of -2.342 and a significance of 0.026 > 0.05. According to the research results, teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is not influenced by social support with a value of t 0.173 and significance 0.863 <0.05. Based on the research results, it is known that capability has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto with a t value of 2.891 and a significance of 0.0007 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously on improving teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach, involving the participation of 30 teachers. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment simultaneously or partially influence teacher performance improvement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda, Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. With an adjusted R-square value of 0.766, it shows that 76.6% of the variation in teacher performance improvement can be explained by these factors and 23.4% is influenced by factors outside the scope of the research. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Leadership style has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 2) Compensation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 3) Motivation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 4) The work environment has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 5) Leadership Style, Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This reseach aims to asses the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand association to purchase decision for eiger products to outdoor activists in Surabaya. The reseach approach used is quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this reseach are outdoor activists who are members of Mapala Kawaru and Mahapala UPN totaling 886 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 90 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this reseach indicate that the variables of brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand associations have a significant simultaneous effect on the purchasing decisions. Partially, brand awareness and brand association variables have significant effect on the purchasing decisions. While the perceived quality variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this reseach stated that brand association is the most dominant variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the hedonic shopping motivation, website quality and product diversity affect the impulse buying of miniso consumers on the shopee site in South Surabaya. The population in this study is Surabaya residents who have shopped at Miniso through the Shopee website. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling and the research sample obtained is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using google form. Before testing the hypothesis, test is performed the reliability and validity tests are performed. The result is that all variables are valid and reliable. The results of the t test show each variable with a significance less than 0.05. Thus, "hedonic shopping motivation, website quality, and product assortment have a significant effect on minisio consumer impulse purchases on the shopee website in South Surabaya" can be proven true.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the accounting information system for granting credit in the Putra Surya Mandiri Mojosari Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research obtained, the procedure of the accounting system for granting credit at the Putra Surya Mandiri Mojosari Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative is effective, namely it is found with the documents used, accounting records used, related functions and credit granting procedures that are appropriate and structured with applicable provisions. However, the settlement of credit provision has not met the documents used, namely there is no power of attorney to sell used to sell collateral in the event of bad credit. And the assessment of credit provision at the Putra Surya Mandiri Mojosari Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative is only carried out by the Surveyor, the absence of a Financing/Loan Analysis section makes the results of the analysis can be engineered by the surveyor.
