Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan musim penghujan selama 6 bulan setiap tahunnya. hal ini membuat Indonesia menjadi negara yang berpotensi akan bencana banjir. Banjir yang telah menjadi bencana rutin setiap tahun telah membuat pihak penanggulangan bencana mengerti persiapan apa yang harus dilakukan. sayangnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mencuci pakaian bagi pengungsi banji, penanganan dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana masih sangat kurang. Padahal mencuci pakaian adalah kebutuhan krusial bagi pengungsi di wilayah banjir. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi peneliti untuk meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai sarana mencuci pakaian yang efektif digunakan di lokasi banjir.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous, partial, and dominant effects of leadership style, work culture, and motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted at UD. Sekar Makmur, Wonoploso Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, with a population of 45 employees, sampled using saturation/sensus technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis methods employed were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Results indicate significant simultaneous and partial effects of leadership style, work culture, and motivation on employee performance, with work culture exerting the most dominant influence. Recommendations include enhancing work culture, leadership training, motivation stimulation, routine evaluation, and further research for deeper understanding and improved employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang bagaimana Ketahanan Ekonomi Nasional di Indonesia bertahan dalam menghadapi resesi ekonomi dan krisis global tahun 2023. Berawal dari pengalaman beberapa negara di belahan dunia dalam mengatasi dampak yang diakibatkan oleh resesi global di masa lalu yang menimpa tidak hanya bidang ekonomi dan moneter, tapi juga segala aspek kehidupan seperti sosial, kesehatan, pendidikan dan budaya. Resesi global ini tidak hanya berdampak pada negara miskin dan berkembang, akan tetapi negara maju dan kaya pun juga terkena dampak dan imbas resesi yang mampu memporak porandakan segala sendi kehidupan. Beberapa kebijakan dan program pemerintah telah diimplementasikan dan diaplikasikan untuk mencegah atau setidaknya mampu meminimalisir kerugian akibat resesi yang terjadi. Artikel ini mencoba memberi sumbangsih saran dan pemikiran kepada pemerintah dan pemangku kebijakan publik serta aparat yang berwenang tentang bagaimana upaya kita semua agar Ketahanan Ekonomi Nasional mampu bertahan di tengah gempuran resesi ekonomi dan krisis global.

Abstract

From the results of observations or observations, several problems were found that occurred in teacher job satisfaction. Problems that cause a lack of work engagement, social support and capability for teachers. The aim of this research is to find out how work engagement, social support and work engagement influence teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto. Quantitative techniques were used in this research. The population in this research is non-permanent teachers or GTT at MAN 2 Mojokerto. 35 GTT (non-permanent teachers) at MAN 2 Mojokerto answered the questionnaire used to collect research data. The method used is by distributing questionnaires via the Googleform application. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: teacher performance satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is significantly influenced by the work engagement component with a t value of -2.342 and a significance of 0.026 > 0.05. According to the research results, teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is not influenced by social support with a value of t 0.173 and significance 0.863 <0.05. Based on the research results, it is known that capability has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto with a t value of 2.891 and a significance of 0.0007 < 0.05

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini menjadi hal penting dalam dunia bisnis, karena aktivitas komunikasi dengan menggunakan jaringan internet menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat, sehingga suatu usaha dituntut untuk menjual produknya secara online, salah satunya adalah UMKM Udeng. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pelaku usaha yang masih belum memahami tentang penjualan online, padahal kemajuan teknologi saat ini menuntut pelaku usaha untuk dapat menjual produknya dengan menggunakan media online marketing, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan online marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Udeng. Metode yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga fase antara lain fase persiapan, fase pelaksanaan, dan fase evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pada fase persiapan dilakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menggali informasi tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM Udeng. Pada fase pelaksanaan dilakukan penyuluhan dan diskusi untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya online marketing dan cara mempromosikan produk melalui online marketing. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan peluang yang berpotensi dalam meningkatkan penjualan Udeng

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the contribution of work environment factors and member discipline in improving performance that has implications for work motivation. case study on POLRI Aceh personnel. Using an associative method with a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques through the path model. The sample in this study was personnel of the Human Resources Staff Planning Administration Section of the Police totaling 76 people. The results of the study showed that 1) There is a causal relationship between work environment variables and work discipline with a degree of 0.699. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on performance, through the work discipline variable, of 45.33%. 3) There is a direct and indirect influence of work discipline on performance, through the work environment variable, of 30.72%. 4) Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect and contribute 46.7% to personnel performance. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on motivation, through the work discipline variable, of 30.36%. 6) There is a direct and indirect influence of work discipline on motivation, through the work environment variable of 28.59%. 7) Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline provide a positive contribution to work motivation of 40.1%. 8) The total influence of the work environment and work discipline on work loyalty, through the performance variable, namely: 7% + 7.04%, is obtained at 14.04%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is increasingly recognized as a critical component in higher education, especially for management students who are preparing to enter a dynamic business environment. This study investigates the effects of business literacy and networking capability on entrepreneurial motivation among fifth-semester students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, XYZ University. The research addresses the problem that, despite growing attention to entrepreneurship education, the combined influence of cognitive (business literacy) and social (networking capability) factors on students’ entrepreneurial motivation remains underexplored. Using a quantitative descriptive–correlational method, data were collected from 125 respondents through an online survey and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 30. The results show that both business literacy and networking capability have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial motivation, both individually and simultaneously. Among the two predictors, networking capability was found to be the most dominant factor, indicating that strong social relationships and access to professional networks greatly enhance students’ entrepreneurial drive. This study concludes that improving students’ business knowledge and strengthening their networking abilities are essential strategies for fostering entrepreneurial motivation. The findings contribute both theoretically, by integrating cognitive and social perspectives, and practically, by offering insights for designing more effective entrepreneurship education programs.
