Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously on improving teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach, involving the participation of 30 teachers. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment simultaneously or partially influence teacher performance improvement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda, Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. With an adjusted R-square value of 0.766, it shows that 76.6% of the variation in teacher performance improvement can be explained by these factors and 23.4% is influenced by factors outside the scope of the research. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Leadership style has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 2) Compensation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 3) Motivation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 4) The work environment has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 5) Leadership Style, Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence employee performance at the Permata Mojokerto Integrated Islamic School, which include work supervision factors, leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture. This research method is a method with a quantitative approach involving 33 employees at the Permata Mojokerto Integrated Islamic School using saturated sampling techniques or censuses. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire distribution. The data obtained were analyzed using a statistical formula, namely by using multiple regression analysis whose processing was carried out with the SPSS 25 program. Based on the test results with the SPSS 25 program, the multiple linear regression equation is known as follows: Y = - 1.342 + 0.591X1 + 0.334X2 + 0.843X3 + 0.727X4. The work supervision variable has a significant effect on employee work performance at Permata Mojokerto Integrated Islamic School. The leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee work performance at Permata Mojokerto Integrated Islamic School. The work motivation variable has a significant effect on employee work performance at Permata Mojokerto Integrated Islamic School. The organizational culture variable has a significant effect on employee work performance at Permata Mojokerto Integrated Islamic School. The work supervision, leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture variables simultaneously affect employee work performance at Permata Mojokerto Integrated Islamic School, with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Abstract

Pemasaran mengalami perkembangan seiring dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sistem pemasaran digital menjadi marak digunakan dalam mengembangkan area pemasaran dan memperkenalkan produk yang diproduksi. Permsalahan yang dihadapi adalah banyak UMKM yang masih konvensial dalam menggunakan sistem pemasarannya sehingga usaha mereka tidak dapat berkembang dengan baik karena pemasaran hakikatnya membutuhkan biaya yang cukup banyak. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya pemasaran digital dan pelatihan singkat pembuatan media sosial untuk pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian masyarkat ini adalah tahap persiapan dilakukan survey lokasi dan wawancara di UMKM Topi Pak Khusnul untuk menggali potensi masalah yang dihadapi. Pada tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait pemasaran digital dan media sosial serta tanya jawab untuk menambah pemahaman masayarakat semakin meningkat. Tahap akhir pada kegiatan ini adalah tahap evaluasi dilakukan posttest dan pretest untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman masyarakat terhadap materi yang diberikan dan hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan. Dari hasil prestest dan post test terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 50% terhadap pemahaman terhadap pemasaran digital untuk perkembangan usaha UMKM, serta dari latihan pembuatan media sosial warga desa Mojowiryo mampu mebuat media sosial tersebut dengan baik. Dari adanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat mampu memberikan kontribusi positif pada warga dan pelaku UMKM di desa Mojowiryo dalam membuat etalase dagang dengan menggunakan media sosial.

Abstract

Kasus sampah ini muncul karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat penghasil sampah, karena Masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, Mulai dari memilah, meyimpan, mengelola, dan membuang pada tempatnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu masyarakat kurang memiliki kesadaran dalam mengelola sampah, sehingga masih banyak sampah menumpuk di bantaran sungai, maupun didepan masing-masing rumah warga, sehingga seringkali membakar sampah tanpa memikirkan dampak yang ditimbulkan, masyarakat juga kurang memahami fungsi bank sampah yang ada didaerahnya, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap peran bank sampah Wiryoasri. Metode yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga step antara lain step persiapan, step pelaksanaan, dan step evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pada step persiapan dilakukan survey pendahuluan, serta wawancara langsung dengan salah satu warga dan sekretaris desa Mojowiryo untuk menggali permasalahan. Pada step pelaksanaan dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan tanya jawab agar menambah wawasan dan kesadaran masyarakat semakin meningkat. Pada akhir kegiatan adalah step evaluasi dan pemberian saran dan masukan kepada perangkat desa dan pengurus bank sampah agar bank sampah Wiryoasri dapat kembali aktif. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan bank sampah didaerahnya

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of business competitiveness and brand equity on small business performance, with religious values as a mediating variable. In the context of small enterprises, competitiveness and brand strength are critical factors that determine business sustainability and growth. However, in religiously-influenced communities, religious values often shape how business owners make decisions, interact with customers, and manage their enterprises ethically. Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative approach using survey data collected from small business owners in a specified region. Path analysis is used to assess both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. Findings: The findings reveal that both business competitiveness and brand equity significantly affect business performance. Furthermore, religious values are found to mediate these relationships, enhancing the positive impact of competitiveness and brand equity on performance. These results highlight the importance of integrating spiritual dimensions into the strategic development of small businesses. Originality/value: This paper is original Paper type: a Research Paper

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris : (1) Apakah citra merek, kepercayaan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto. (2) Apakah citra merek berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto. (3) Apakah kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto. (4) Apakah harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga Kota Mojokerto yang berusia minimal 19 tahun dan sudah memiliki pekerjaan. Jumlah sampel 96 responden dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Citra merek, kepercayaan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto. (2) Citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto. (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto. (4) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Mojokerto

Abstract

The research aims to identify and analyze the effect of digital marketing and e-wom promotion on repurchase intention with trust in store as an intervening variable. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 50 respondent. Methods of data collection in this study using a questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis method used in this research is the instrument test, the classical assumption test, the multiple linear regression analysis test t test and the hypothesis test. Based on the research results obtained multiple linear equations Y1 = 0.156 X1 + 0.118 X2 + 0.388 X3 + 0.740. The effect of the E-Wom Promotion variable on repurchase intention through trust in store obtains a value of 0.171. The digital marketing path coefficient value for direct consumer trust in stores is 0.156 and a significance at 0.002, which means that the hypothesis can be accepted because the path coefficient value is positive (0.156) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05). This means that there is a direct positive influence from E-Wom Promotion on trust in store at Hasanah Boutique Mojokerto.

Abstract

This community service initiative focused on supporting home based meatball businesses by enhancing their production processes, packaging methods, and business strategies to adapt to evolving market demands. The program aimed to empower small-scale producers by providing mentorship, introducing technology for inventory management, and promoting sustainable practices. The primary methods used included Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which involved both producers and consumers in the research process. The results demonstrated significant improvements in operational efficiency, product quality, and market responsiveness. The integration of digital tools and sustainable practices enabled businesses to remain competitive while maintaining product authenticity. This initiative highlights the importance of community collaboration and continuous innovation for small business success.
