Abstract

The financial sector, especially through online loan applications, has seen new opportunities thanks to technological advances, especially in the field of communications. Although online loans are easy to use, they also present risks regarding personal data security and unsafe lending practices. Along with the popularity of online loans, crimes in the digital world, such as data theft and misuse of information, are increasing. Although vulnerable to detrimental lending practices, especially illegal loans that have not been registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), people with low incomes see online loans as an attractive option. The aim of this research is to study how the protection of consumer personal data in online loan transactions is protected by law, especially considering the phenomenon of violations and unprofitable lending practices. This research examines how Law no. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) protects personal data and how it impacts borrowers socially and psychologically. This research shows regulatory and practical innovation in dealing with the problem of personal data leakage which is detrimental to consumers when borrowing money via the internet. Through regulatory analysis and case studies, this research is expected to provide insight into how effective personal data protection is in online loan transactions. Therefore, this research helps build better regulations and efforts that protect customers in the ever-growing era of online lending.

Abstract

The source of the State Budget is Taxes. Tax is a mandatory contribution that is coercive because it is regulated by law. One of the tax collection systems is self-assessment, where taxpayers are given the freedom to pay and report their taxes independently, the fiscal officer supervises and checks the tax returns reported by taxpayers every year. This difference in opinion on the results of the examination between taxpayers and tax officers is what raises the problem of tax disputes. The problem of tax disputes has existed from the Dutch colonial era to the present. The Tax Court is the body that decides tax dispute cases, the name and duties of the tax court have changed from time to time and with the decision number 26/PUU-XXI/2023 concerning the Tax Court. The authority of the tax court changed to the full authority of the Supreme Court. This article concludes that the Tax Court developed over time, and along with tax reform the Tax Court also underwent reform with the transfer of organizational, administrative, and financial coaching authority to the Supreme Court (MA). With this transfer of authority, it is hoped that the Tax Court can decide tax dispute cases fairly and have legal certainty for the parties to the dispute.

Abstract

Electricity is one of the most important needs in everyday life due to technological advances. So various efforts are needed to increase electricity production, one way is to build a power plant that can produce productive electricity so that this happens, one way to determine electricity productivity is the value of cycle efficiency. If the value of the cycle efficiency is higher in a generator, then the PLTG performance will be maximized. And if the cycle efficiency value gets smaller, it can be said that the PLTG's performance is not good. Therefore, to maintain PLTG performance, it is necessary to carry out an overhaul to maintain optimal PLTG performance. In this study using cycle efficiency to determine the increase in efficiency before and after overhaul at a load of 100 MW and the causes, after analyzing the efficiency of the brayton cycle increased from 41% to 42%, the cause was a decrease in turbine efficiency from 74 to 91% and compressor efficiency from 73 to 82% after overhaul the increase affected fuel consumption so that the requirement of kcal/kwh decreased to 3196.4 kcal/ Kwh
