Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to find out what factors influence the fraudulent act of budget management and (2) which factors are the most dominant in influencing the fraudulent act of budget management in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Gerokgak District. This type of research is a quantitative study using a factorial research design. The population of this study were all BUMDes administrators in Gerokgak District. Data collection using a questionnaire was analyzed using factor analysis assisted by the SPSS 24.0 for Windows program. The results showed that the factors that influence the fraudulent actions of BUMDes budget management in Gerokgak District consist of 2 factor components, namely: factor 1 (pressure) consists of pressure, arrogance, competence and factor 2 (opportunity) consists of opportunity and razionalization factors. The most dominant factors affecting the fraudulent act of BUMDes budget management in Gerokgak District are as follows. (1) Component factor 1 (pressure) with a varimax rotation of 52.170% with the dominating factor, namely pressure which has the highest loading factor of 0.898; and (2) component factor 2 (opportunity) with a varimax rotation of 21.237% with the dominant factor, namely the opportunity which has the highest loading factor of 0.864.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of tourists. It is a descriptive study, which aims to describe the tourist attraction of the Angseri Hot Springs. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 2,400 tourists visiting Angseri Hot Springs. A sample of 342 respondents was taken using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results showed that: tourist perceptions of the tourist object of Angseri Hot Springs in terms of (1) attractions, (2) amenities (3) accessibility is in the category of strongly agree with a score of 5863, in terms of the dimensions of the availability of facilities in the very category. agree with a score of 10154, in terms of the accessibility dimension, the category strongly agrees with a score of 7351. This means that the Angseri Hot Spring tourist attraction has a unique and beautiful nature, and there are supporting facilities available to provide easy access to tourist objects to the Angseri Hot Spring.

Abstract

Electronic money providers can be divided into two. First is a provider of electronic money from banks in the form of a physical chip card. Examples are e-money from Bank Mandiri and Flazz from BCA. The second is a server-based, non-banking e-money provider. Examples of products are GoPay, OVO and DANA. Competition is very tight to dominate the electronic money market share, encouraging server-based electronic money providers to compete to expand services, and provide facilities and discounts to its users. This has the potential to seize competitors' marketshare, where electronic money users will switch to other providers.  This article aims to analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty of server-based electronic money users in Denpasar, Bali. The object of this research is the factors that affects customer loyalty in using server-based electronic money. This research uses modified technology acceptance model. The collection of data on the perception of electronic money was carried out using a questionnaire. The results obtained from this questionnaire are: (1) perceived user convenience, (2) perceived usefulness, (3) perceived price suitability, (4) perceived discount has a positive dan significant effect on user loyalty in using server-based e-money.

Abstract

This study aims to determine that Moodle-based E-Learning media have an effect on student learning outcomes in class XI IPS at SMAN Bali Mandara. Conducted in August 2019. This study used a quasi-experimental method with pretest and posttest designs. The sample data was collected using Test. The research sample consisted of 30 students for the control class and 30 students for the experimental class. Collecting data using a test instrument in the form of multiple choices, data analysis using the t test. The results obtained by the Independent Sample Test above are guided by the value contained in the "Equal variances assumed" table where the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so as the basic decision making in the independent sample t test it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The average increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class is 79.33 and the control class is 62, 40. So that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted so that there is an influence on the use of Moodle-based E-learning on student learning outcomes. It is suggested that the school should provide support for the development of E-Learning-based learning by facilitating the use of the internet in schools as a learning aid, so that students can study independently and economics teachers, especially in SMA / MA, use E-Learning in learning so that students don't feel bored. Learning activities are very flexible because they can be adjusted according to the time available for students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify (1) public perception reviewed from the dimension of perception performers, (2) public perception reviewed from the perceived object dimension (3) public perception reviewed from the context dimension of the perception situation, (4) community participation reviewed from the indicators of engagement results, and (5) community participation reviewed from special interest indicators to the implementation of the Pertiwi Lestari Waste Bank program in Penyaringan Village. The sample of this study was determined through purposive random sampling in total of 96 respondents. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that (1) public perception reviewed from the dimension of perception performers obtains a score of 4311, in the range of scores of 4032-4800 and categorized as strongly agreed. (2) Public perception reviewed from the dimensions of the perceived object obtains a score of 856, being in the range of scores of 806-960 and categorized as strongly agreed. (3) Public perception reviewed from the context dimension of the situation obtains a score of 2532, in the range of scores 2420-2880 and categorized as strongly agreed. (4) Community participation reviewed from the indicator of engagement result obtains a score of 331, in the range of scores 288-384 and categorized as active. (5) Participation reviewed from special interest indicators obtains a score of 599, in the range of scores 576-768 and categorized as active.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining public perception of traditional market revitalization in Banjar people's market. The type of research was a descriptive study with a quantitative approach to describe the public perception of traditional market revitalization in Banjar people's market. The population in this study are visitors at the Banjar people market with a sample of 405 respondents who were searched using the sampling incidental. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis. Based on the result of the study, public perception of the expectation dimension obtained a score of 23.798 included in the appropriate category, the need dimension obtained a score of 7.090 included in the strongly agree category, the experience dimension obtained a score of 9.543 included in the good category.

Abstract

This research has been conducted to determine (1) the effect of income on the welfare of fishermen families in Bunutan Village, Abang District, (2) the influence of consumption patterns on the welfare of fishermen families in Bunutan Village, Abang District, (3) the influence of income and consumption patterns on the welfare of fishermen families in Bunutan Village, Abang District. This research has been categorized as causal research. The number of samples involved in this research were 285 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire method, analyzed using multiple linear regression, which includes the t-test and F test with the help of the SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of income on the welfare of fishermen families in Bunutan Village, Abang District partially, this is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the consumption patterns on the welfare of fishermen families in Bunutan Village, Abang District partially, this is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected, and (3) there is a positive and significant effect of income and consumption patterns on the welfare of fishermen families in Bunutan Village District Simultaneously, this is proven by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected. The magnitude of the influence of income and consumption patterns on fishermens' families' welfare in Bunutan Village, Abang District, is 52.2%. The coefficient of determination of 0.522 proves this result.

Abstract

This study aims to anaIyze (1) the factors that determine the decision to purchase Honda motorbikes at Astra Motor Ayani Singaraja Branch, and (2) the most dominant factors determining the purchase decision for Honda brand bicycIes at Astra Motor Ayani Singaraja Branch. This research uses quantitative research. Data coIIection techniques were coIIected using a questionnaire and anaIyzed by factor anaIysis. The sampIe in this study were consumers who had purchased Honda motorbikes at Astra Motor Ayanai Singaraja branch with purposive sampIing technique, the totaI sampIe of respondents was 100 peopIe, the resuIts of this study indicate that (1) the factors that determine the decision to purchase a Honda brand at Astra Motor Ayani Singaraja Branch are psychoIogicaI factors, personaI factors, sociaI factors, cuIturaI factors and (2) the most dominant factor determining the decision to buy a Honda motorbike at Astra Motor Ayani Singaraja Branch is a psychoIogicaI factor with a varimax rotation score of 44,115.

Abstract

This paper is the result of research that aims to identify and analyze whether religiosity and lifestyle partially or simultaneously contribute to the influence of Muslim consumer attitudes in Lombok. The research results were processed by SPSS 20.0 testing. and the results both partially and simultaneously affect the behavior of Muslim consumers. And of the two variables, the more significant contribution to Muslim consumer behavior is the religiosity factor. It was found that at the level of religiosity most of the respondents stated their agreement on the elements that make up the dimensions of aqidah, shari'ah, religious knowledge, appreciation, and practice dimensions. This means that the consumer's decision to buy a product is in accordance with the content of their faith. Religious activities do not only occur when a person carries out rituals, but also when carrying out other activities such as buying and selling methods, consuming etc. For lifestyle variables, 78% of respondents reported their agreement on the main factors that make lifestyles, namely demographic factors such as education, age and total income that affect a person's lifestyle. Meanwhile, on psychographic factors, 91% of respondents agreed that psychographic factors such as interests, interests, hobbies and opinions affect a person's lifestyle. In this study, the determining variables in consumption activities are the consumption foundation and the consumption principle.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the knowledge (cognitive) of the Public Service Agency manager in managing university assets. This research was conducted at three State Islamic Religious Universities that have received the mandate of the Public Service Agency, including the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, and Walisongo Semarang. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews with an unstructured approach. The key informants in the research were the chancellor, vice-rector and head of the general affairs bureau, and the head of the business unit. Data analysis used domain analysis and content analysis methods. The study results indicate that the knowledge of the Public Service Agency manager at the Islamic Religious College is still at the stage of applying the regulations on the Public Service Agency. There have not been many thoughts on the management of the Public Service Agency that analyze and evaluate the mandate of the Public Service Agency from the government. Moreover, creating or developing asset management owned. In general, the cognitive management of the Public Service Agency at Islamic Religious Universities is not total. This condition has an impact that is not optimal in managing assets as a source of non-academic higher education income.
