Abstract

The rapid growth of digital payment systems has transformed financial behavior among university students. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of online shopping trends, self-control, financial literacy, impulsive buying, and saving awareness on the use of digital payments among students at the FEB UMS. This research employed a quantitative method using a structured questionnaire distributed to 117 respondents. Multiple linear regression was used with SPSS to evaluate the data. The outcomes indicate that online shopping trends, financial literacy, impulsive buying, and saving awareness significantly influence digital payment usage, while self-control shows a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, all variables significantly affect the use of digital payments. These findings highlight the importance of behavioral and financial factors in shaping students’ adoption of digital payments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, efisiensi operasional, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan corporate governance sebagai variabel moderasi pada bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018–2023. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh bank umum konvensional di BEI. Sampel ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria ketersediaan laporan keuangan yang konsisten, keterbukaan data, serta tidak mengalami merger, akuisisi, atau delisting selama periode penelitian. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan resmi BEI dan telah diaudit secara independen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan SPSS, yang meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), serta pengujian efek moderasi melalui variabel interaksi, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebagai ukuran kemampuan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan efisiensi operasional, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Corporate governance terbukti memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas dengan memperkuat hubungan terhadap nilai perusahaan serta memoderasi pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dengan arah pelemahan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan corporate governance yang efektif dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan perbankan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A number of factors, including the company's basic circumstances and market perceptions of investment risk, have a substantial impact on the stock returns that investors earn from capital market investing operations. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the stock returns of LQ45 index businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2021 and 2024 are impacted by Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV). There are 108 samples in the study sample that fit the requirements. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis technique employed. According to the research findings, ROE, PER, DER, and PBV have no discernible impact on stock returns, while EPS has a considerable one.

Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon of declining employee performance, which is often influenced by internal and external organizational factors, such as suboptimal organizational support, suboptimal levels of work engagement, and varying levels of job satisfaction. Employee performance is a crucial factor in supporting the successful achievement of an agency's goals, so it is necessary to analyze the factors that can drive its improvement. The purpose of this study is to strengthen previous empirical findings and provide academic contributions regarding the relationships between variables in the context of public sector organizations. In addition to this primary objective, this study aims to determine the significance of perceived organizational support, job engagement, and job satisfaction on performance. This study employed quantitative methods as its research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees working in the Department of Personnel and Human Resource Development. The data were then analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hypothesis testing was conducted through construct validity and reliability evaluation, as well as path coefficient analysis to determine the relationships between variables. The research findings indicate that increased job satisfaction is positively and significantly correlated with employee performance. Furthermore, perceived organizational support has been shown to positively impact job satisfaction levels, which in turn plays a role in indirectly driving performance improvement. Meanwhile, job engagement has a significant influence on employee performance, but does not show a significant relationship with job satisfaction, so this variable does not function as a mediator in the relationship between job engagement and performance. Overall, these results confirm the importance of job satisfaction and organizational support as key determinants in improving employee performance. The conclusion of this study confirms that employee performance can be improved through job satisfaction derived from adequate organizational support. While work engagement does impact performance, it is not strong enough to increase job satisfaction. Therefore, organizations need to strengthen tangible support for employees and improve job satisfaction management strategies to drive sustainable productivity and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi manajemen di UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Selor dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pelayanan kesehatan, dengan mempertimbangkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang memungkinkan eksplorasi mendalam terhadap proses, tantangan, dan dinamika dalam implementasi kebijakan manajemen di tingkat pelayanan dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tenaga kesehatan dan pengelola program, observasi partisipatif terhadap pelaksanaan program kerja, serta dokumentasi berbagai dokumen perencanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walaupun secara formal manajemen telah dijalankan sesuai pedoman teknis (Permenkes No. 44 Tahun 2016), namun masih ditemukan berbagai kendala, antara lain pada aspek perencanaan yang belum berbasis data, lemahnya koordinasi antartim program, dan minimnya tindak lanjut dari hasil evaluasi internal. Kompetensi SDM terbukti menjadi faktor penting yang dapat memperkuat maupun melemahkan implementasi manajemen dalam memengaruhi kinerja pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kapasitas manajerial dan pelatihan berkelanjutan menjadi rekomendasi utama dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan Puskesmas.

Abstract

In the era of bureaucratic digitalization and public service transformation, the government is required to provide excellent and responsive services to meet public needs, particularly in the City Government of Cilegon. Issues related to organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction pose significant challenges that can influence employee loyalty. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee loyalty through job satisfaction. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of human resource management policies in the public sector. The research method uses an explanatory quantitative approach, with a sample of 177 respondents from the City Secretariat and the Human Resources and Development Agency of Cilegon City. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and work environment significantly influence job satisfaction and employee loyalty, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction in the Cilegon City Government environment. In conclusion, organizational culture and work environment play a strategic role in enhancing employee loyalty within the Cilegon City Government. Enhancing loyalty cannot be achieved through partial measures but requires a holistic approach through strengthening organizational culture, creating a conducive work environment, and improving job satisfaction as a bridge to support the performance of local government organizations.

Abstract

This study evaluates the Indonesian government’s fiscal accountability in managing public debt and ensuring fiscal sustainability during 2020–2024. Using a qualitative approach based on document analysis, the research examines official fiscal reports from the Ministry of Finance (State Budget/APBN, Fiscal Risk Statements, and debt disclosures), complemented by audit findings from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) and triangulated with verified public statements from national news sources. Data were reduced and coded into two main categories: fiscal sustainability and government debt, and interpreted using principles of public sector accountability and transparency under Law No. 17 of 2003 and Law No. 1 of 2004. Findings indicate fiscal accountability through compliance with debt and deficit rules, progressive post-pandemic deficit reduction, and the publication of debt composition and issuance strategies. However, accountability gaps exist in fiscal risk disclosure, especially regarding contingent liabilities and medium-term debt exposures, which were reported narratively but seldom quantified. Overall, Indonesia’s fiscal practices 2020–2024 show strong procedural accountability but moderate explanatory accountability, suggesting future transparency can be strengthened via deeper analytical disclosure. This study contributes to public sector accounting literature by providing evidence-based insights on fiscal governance post-economic crisis.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a key factor in determining the quality of education, particularly at the Vocational High School (SMK) level, which demands an integration of pedagogical, professional, and work discipline competencies. Low teacher performance can impact the quality of learning and the achievement of educational goals. Various studies have shown that competence and work discipline are important factors influencing teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on teacher performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at private vocational high schools in the Pancoran area, South Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population comprised all teachers at SMK Cyber ​​Media Jakarta, SMK Wali Songo, and SMK Karya Teladan in the Pancoran area of ​​South Jakarta. Data collection used a questionnaire structured based on the indicators of each variable. The data were analyzed using path analysis to examine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of human resource management studies in education and practical contributions for school administrators in improving teacher performance by strengthening competency, work discipline, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Nilai Perusahaan mencerminkan kemampuan finansial perusahaan yang ditunjukkan kepada investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, kemampulabaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor basic material yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022–2024. Nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value, sedangkan struktur modal diukur melalui Debt to Equity Ratio, kemampulabaan melalui Return on Equity dan Net Profit Margin, serta ukuran perusahaan melalui total aset. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria perusahaan yang mempublikasikan laporan keuangan tahunan yang lengkap dan telah diaudit. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data dialkukan untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal, kemampulabaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Keputusan investasi merupakan suatu opsi pilihan investasi dengan harapan dapat mendatangkan passive income. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, lingkungan sosial, pengetahuan akuntansi, dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Solo Raya. Data penelitian diperoleh dari responden Generasi Z yang memiliki pengalaman atau minat dalam investasi melalui penyebaran kuesioner elektronik berbasis skala Likert lima poin, yang melibatkan 278 responden dari Generasi Z dan dipilih melalui teknik convenience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen, literasi keuangan, lingkungan sosial, pengetahuan akuntansi, dan pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z. Secara spesifik, literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi membantu responden dalam mengevaluasi risiko dan potensi imbal hasil, sedangkan lingkungan sosial dan pengetahuan akuntansi memperkuat keyakinan dan logika mereka dalam memilih instrumen investasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor kognitif dan sosial memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku investasi Generasi Z, sehingga peningkatan edukasi dan pemahaman investasi menjadi hal yang strategis untuk mendorong pengambilan keputusan investasi yang rasional.
