Abstract

Nilai skor docking yang tinggi menunjukkan potensi aktivitas biologis, meskipun tetap membutuhkan verifikasi lanjutan melalui penelitian in vitro maupun in vivo.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine the influence of service quality and physical evidence on revisit intention in healthcare settings. As patient loyalty becomes increasingly critical in competitive health service markets, understanding non-medical service factors is essential. This review systematically analyzes 20 empirical journal articles published between 2016 and 2024, focusing on how tangible environmental elements and frontline service delivery affect patients' likelihood of returning to the same healthcare facility. Data were collected from journal databases using keywords such as "service quality," "physical evidence," and "revisit intention." Most of the reviewed studies used quantitative methods, applying statistical tools such as PLS-SEM and multiple regression analysis. Results show that service quality—particularly empathy, assurance, and responsiveness—has a consistently strong positive effect on revisit intention. Physical evidence, including facility cleanliness, layout, and comfort, also influences revisit behavior, although its impact varies depending on context. This review highlights the need for hospitals to improve both environmental and interpersonal service dimensions to enhance patient retention. Limitations include a focus on selected studies and potential publication bias. Future research should explore moderating variables and conduct longitudinal or comparative studies.

Abstract

Background: Advances in information technology now play an important role in various sectors of life, one of which is the health sector. One form of information technology implementation that is currently a global trend in health services is Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This study aims to assess the extent of the implementation of electronic medical records in inpatient services at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in South Sulawesi Province. Research Method: This type of research uses a mixed-method approach, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in hospitals. The quantitative approach is used through descriptive-analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach, as well as the application of the DOQ-IT (Digital Organizational Quality - Implementation Tool) method.Sample: The sample size was 71 employees involved in the use of electronic medical records at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in South Sulawesi Province. Research Results: The quantitative results show that the implementation of EMR in the human resources component scored 3.75, which falls into the "sufficiently meets" category. The infrastructure and budget components obtained an average score of 3.89, also in the "sufficiently meets" category. The average score for the organizational work culture component was 3.99, which falls into the "sufficiently meets" category. The governance and leadership component got the highest score, which was 4.22, and falls into the "meets" category. Conclusion: The overall implementation of EMR falls into the "sufficiently meets" category with an average score of 3.96.
