Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis yang kompetitif menuntut perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran, terutama melalui kualitas produk dan citra merek, yang secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kedua faktor tersebut dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk meminimalkan bias dan meningkatkan ketelitian sintesis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk menjadi faktor dominan dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian, dengan konsumen cenderung memilih produk yang memenuhi standar tinggi, daya tahan baik, dan ekspektasi mereka. Sementara itu, citra merek berperan sebagai pendukung melalui persepsi positif, kepercayaan, dan asosiasi merek, bahkan dapat berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi besar, dengan beberapa studi menunjukkan pengaruh gabungan mencapai 77,9%. Namun, temuan juga mengungkap variasi signifikansi akibat perbedaan konteks industri dan karakteristik konsumen. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam cakupan sampel dan faktor eksternal seperti tren pasar, sehingga disarankan penelitian selanjutnya memperluas jangkauan sampel dan mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan seperti persaingan merek atau pendekatan kualitatif. Implikasi praktisnya, perusahaan perlu memprioritaskan kualitas produk dan membangun citra merek yang kuat untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tempe Maju Makmur UMKM in Karanganyar is an UMKM engaged in the food production sector, namely tempeh. Tempe Maju Makmur UMKM in Karanganyar tries to control the cost of raw material inventory with the right raw material control system. The problem in this study is whether the application of the Economic Order Quantity method can make the cost of controlling raw material inventory more efficient at Tempe Maju Makmur UMKM in Karanganyar. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the raw material inventory control system at Tempe Maju Makmur UMKM in Karanganyar and to analyze the application of the Economic Order Quantity method in making the cost of controlling raw material inventory more efficient at Tempe Maju Makmur UMKM in Karanganyar. The usefulness of this study as a consideration for Tempe Maju Makmur UMKM in Karanganyar to make the cost of raw material inventory more efficient and can be used to make decisions related to the efficiency of raw material inventory costs. This study uses the Economic Order Quantity method at UMKM Tempe Maju Makmur in Karanganyar. The data required is a general description of UMKM Tempe Maju Makmur in Karanganyar, production process, production quantity data, storage cost data and order cost data at UMKM Tempe Maju Makmur in Karanganyar. Data sources are primary data. Data collection techniques with observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques use quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the raw materials of Tempe Maju Makmur are not optimal. This is evidenced by the total inventory costs incurred in accordance with the policy of UMKM Tempe Maju Makmur in Karanganyar of Rp 3.041.000 which is greater than the total Economic Order Quantity method of Rp 1.873.000. From this comparison, the Economic Order Quantity method produces the most optimal total cost.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas urgensi penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam pemberian kredit oleh lembaga perbankan serta konsekuensi hukum yang timbul apabila prinsip tersebut diabaikan. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur, artikel ini mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur akademik, dan praktik hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa prinsip kehati-hatian bukan sekadar pedoman internal, tetapi juga menjadi ketentuan hukum yang apabila dilanggar dapat menimbulkan sanksi administratif dari OJK, tuntutan hukum perdata, hingga pidana. Selain itu, pengabaian prinsip ini juga berdampak pada rusaknya reputasi bank dan menurunnya tingkat kepercayaan publik. Dengan demikian, penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian secara menyeluruh merupakan prasyarat mutlak dalam menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan dan kredibilitas sektor perbankan nasional.

Abstract

Green accounting is an approach that integrates environmental aspects into traditional accounting practices. This study aims to prove whether companies that implement green accounting and environmental performance actually implement it or it is all just a company's business narrative. Through a systematic literature review of recent studies, it was found that although several studies show a positive relationship between green accounting and environmental performance, there are also indications that the implementation is often symbolic without any real impact on environmental performance. The results of this study indicate that there are still many companies that only use green accounting and environmental performance as a marketing tool or social legitimacy without any concrete efforts in improving the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and product quality on purchasing decisions using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This study was conducted by reviewing various relevant scientific articles in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of how digital marketing strategies and product quality can influence consumer decisions in making purchases. The results of the review show that digital marketing has a positive influence because it is able to attract consumers' attention through various digital platforms, while product quality is the main factor in forming consumer satisfaction and trust that drives purchasing decisions. This finding shows that both variables support each other in increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah perbankan yang menjadi korban pembobolan dana oleh oknum internal bank. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk menganalisis dasar hukum, tantangan perlindungan konsumen, serta tanggung jawab bank dalam sistem keuangan nasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah belum sepenuhnya efektif karena lemahnya pengawasan internal bank, kurangnya edukasi terhadap nasabah, dan belum optimalnya peran otoritas pengawas seperti OJK dan BI. Dalam menghadapi kompleksitas kasus pembobolan dana, perlu diterapkan sistem perlindungan hukum yang komprehensif, transparan, dan berbasis keadilan. Perlindungan ini mencakup tanggung jawab hukum bank, pemberdayaan nasabah, serta penguatan peran lembaga penyelesaian sengketa. Kajian ini merekomendasikan perlunya reformasi regulasi dan penguatan kelembagaan untuk menjamin hak-hak nasabah dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem perbankan..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of revisit intention and satisfaction as a mediator of revisit intention at Warung Kopi Klotok Kaliurang using the TPB and ECT theoretical frameworks. This research predicts consumer revisit intention using the variables of traditional atmosphere and eWOM, mediated by satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 164 respondents. The sampling technique employs non-probability sampling. A survey method was conducted to collect data using an online questionnaire. The researcher utilized Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) Smart PLS 4.0 for data analysis. The results of this study demonstrate that eWOM plays a role in influencing consumers to have a revisit intention at traditional restaurants.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat pedesaan karena tidak hanya menekankan pada pendalaman ilmu agama sebagai pedoman hidup, tetapi juga pada pembentukan moral, etika, dan akhlak santri dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi dakwah yang diterapkan Pondok Pesantren Kyai Syarifuddin dalam meningkatkan life skill para santri, khususnya di Asrama Khadijah, Aisyah, dan Tahfidz Al-Yumna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi para pengurus dan santri aktif dari ketiga asrama tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren mengintegrasikan kegiatan dakwah dengan program pembinaan keterampilan hidup yang meliputi keterampilan spiritual, sosial, dan vokasional. Strategi yang digunakan melibatkan penguatan kurikulum berbasis nilai keislaman, pembiasaan kegiatan produktif, serta pendampingan intensif melalui pendekatan personal dan kolektif. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan adaptasi santri dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan di masa depan.

Abstract

Repurchase intention is an activity of purchasing more than once on a particular product where consumers do it because of satisfaction with previous purchases. Kopi Story UNS Surakarta is a place to eat that still has problems regarding consumer satisfaction which is suspected to be caused by factors of service quality and location so that it has a negative impact on consumer repurchase intention. This study aims to analyze the significance of the partial influence or mediation of service quality and location on repurchase intention with satisfaction as a mediator. The population of this study was consumers of Kopi Story UNS Surakarta with a sample size of 100 samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis with mediating variables, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test and Sobel test. The data instrument test showed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The classical assumption test obtained the all research variables passed the classical assumption test. The results of the linear regression analysis obtained all variables have a positive effect on repurchase interest with the equation Y = 1.848 + 0.240X1 + 0.408X2 + 0.755Z + e. Hypothesis testing obtained partial service quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction and repurchase interest. Location partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and repurchase interest. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interest, and consumer satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of service quality and location on repurchase interest at Kopi Story UNS Surakarta. The F test of the model's accuracy obtained the research model used was appropriate. The determination coefficient test obtained the ability of service quality, location and consumer satisfaction in influencing repurchase interest of 82.8%.

Abstract

The phenomenon of underpricing is characterized by a significant increase in stock prices in the secondary market compared to their initial offering prices. This reflects the presence of information asymmetry and market uncertainty regarding the true value of newly listed companies. Underpricing can lead to potential losses for issuing firms while offering early investors the opportunity to gain initial returns. This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, leverage, firm size, and underwriter reputation on underpricing. The research focuses on companies that conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. From a population of 297 companies, a purposive sampling technique was applied based on specific criteria, resulting in a sample of 202 companies. The study employs secondary data and applies multiple linear regression analysis, grounded in signaling theory. The findings reveal that profitability, leverage, firm size, and underwriter reputation collectively have a significant effect on underpricing. Partially, profitability has a significant negative effect on underpricing, while leverage shows a significant positive effect. In contrast, firm size and underwriter reputation do not have a significant impact on underpricing. These results suggest that investors place greater emphasis on financial performance indicators such as profitability and leverage when deciding to invest in IPO firms, as they believe that companies with strong financial performance will yield favorable returns in the future, prompting them to pay a premium for such stocks.
