Abstract

Indonesia, dengan 17.504 pulau dan garis pantai 81.000 km, memiliki potensi pesisir besar namun menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan berkelanjutan. Di Aceh Utara, perempuan memainkan peran vital dalam pengelolaan sumber daya pesisir yang kaya namun seringkali kurang dihargai. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi peran perempuan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam pesisir di Aceh Utara, serta tantangan utama yang dihadapi dan kontribusi mereka dalam mempertahankan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa perempuan berkontribusi signifikan dalam pengelolaan meskipun perannya sering terbatas pada pekerjaan pendukung dan kurangnya kesempatan kerja setara. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi perempuan termasuk minimnya dukungan pemerintah dan kesenjangan dalam kesempatan kerja yang adil. Kontribusi mereka penting untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan lingkungan dan mendukung ekonomi keluarga serta komunitas. Untuk meningkatkan peran perempuan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam pesisir, diperlukan upaya pemberdayaan yang lebih besar dan dukungan dari pemerintah, yang akan membantu memperkuat kontribusi perempuan dalam mempertahankan keseimbangan ekosistem pesisir serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi di masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Lingkungan hidup yang sehat merupakan hak dari setiap warga negara dan anugerah yang tentunya harus di  syukuri oleh Masyarakat Indonesia, Dengan demikian negara bertanggung jawab dan menjamin setiap warga negara untuk mendapatkan hak berupa lingkungan yang bersih, nyaman serta tentram. Seiring bertambannya kegiatan pembangunan di era modern saat ini sangat berdampak pada lingkungan hidup, Maka dalam mengurangi tindak pidana lingkungan hidup perlu diberlakukan sanksi pidana secara  primum remidium penulis ingin mengkaji pertanggung jawaban pidana dalam tindak pidana lingkungan hidup melalui jurnal yang berjudul : Analisis Hukum Terhadap Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Dalam Tindak Pidana Lingkungan Hidup. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah penelitian hukum normatife yaitu meneliti hukum dari perspektif internal dengan objek penelitiannya adalah norma hukum. Berdasarkan pada sudut pandang hukum pidana, dapat dilihat bahwa Upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana lingkungan hidup meliputi 3 aspek kebijakan kriminalisas, aspek pertanggungjawaban pidana,dan aspek pemidanaan. Dalam hal ini masyarakat maupun pemerintah wajib ikut serta berperan dalam menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

This article explores the exemplary character of Uwais al-Qarni as a spiritual figure relevant to the development of moral character among today’s Muslim youth. Using a descriptive-reflective approach and examining authentic hadiths, classical Islamic literature, and contemporary social contexts, this paper highlights three core traits of Uwais: devotion to his mother, steadfastness in worship despite poverty, and humility despite being praised by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). These virtues are analyzed within the framework of a modern crisis of spirituality, hedonism, and the culture of self-image. Uwais is presented as a counter-narrative to viral culture and a symbol of transcendental leadership rooted in sincerity. The study’s implications point toward integrating Uwais’s values into the Islamic religious curriculum and character education programs that emphasize spiritual and social dimensions. The article recommends utilizing Uwais as a character model that fosters not only cognitive achievement but also inner integrity, humility, and social responsibility. Emulating Uwais is expected to inspire a generation that is not only successful in worldly matters but also noble in the sight of heaven.

Abstract

This research discusses language acquisition in homeschooling children at the preoperational stage (2-7 years) based on Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development. Children at this stage begin to develop symbolic thinking skills and use language to express themselves and understand their surroundings. Homeschooling as an educational alternative provides flexibility and personalization in learning, where the active role of parents determines the child's language development. A qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach was used to understand children's subjective experiences and the role of parents in the language acquisition process. Data were obtained through interviews with one of the resource persons named Mrs. Rifah, who acted as the main source in language acquisition in preoperational stage homeschooled children. The results show that homeschooled children acquire language skills gradually and meaningfully through intensive interaction with family and consistent language stimulation, such as shared reading activities and daily communication. The aspects of language that develop include vocabulary, phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics. Although the language development of homeschooled children is quite good, there are challenges in social communication skills outside the family environment. This study emphasizes the importance of family support as the main foundation in early childhood language learning in homeschooling and recommends increasing social interaction to support children's communication skills more broadly.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the implementation of specific steps of SQ3R which can improve the students’ ability in comprehending explanation text and to describe the improvement of students’ ability in comprehending the explanation text. This study was conducted at SMPN 8 Banda Aceh. The background of this study is based on the students’ problem in comprehending the text in English and their difficulties in expressing the idea of the text in a complete, coherent and systematic summary. This study used descriptive qualitative method in analyzing the data. Based on the result of two cycles done at second year students of SMPN 8 Banda Aceh, there is an improvement in students’ ability in comprehending the explanation text. In the first cycle tehe result shows that the students summary which gained 80 or more (KKM) is 66,66% while the second cycle the percentage of students who a chieved the score 80 or more (KKM) is 95,45. It can be concluded from the result of both cycles that implemantation of SQ3R can improve the students ability in comprehending the explanation text at SMPN 10 Banda Aceh.
