Abstract

Profit growth is an increase in company profits compared to previous period earnings Good company profit growth reflects that the condition of the company's performance is also good, if the economic conditions are good the company's growth is generally good. Because profit is a measure of the performance of a company, the higher the profit achieved by the company, indicates the better the company's performance, thus investors are interested in investing their capital. ZThe object in this study is PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk which is listed on the IDX for the Quarterly Period from 2016-2022. The sampling method in this study used nonprobabilin sampling with purposive sampling. The results of this study stated that partially the CR variable had a significant negative effect on profit growth, while the DAR, DER NPM, ROA and ROE variables partially had no effect on profit growth simultaneously with the CR variable. DAR DER NPM ROA and ROE affect profit growth at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk which is listed on the IDX Quarterly period from 2016/2022

Abstract

This study analyzes the role and effectiveness of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in increasing community income in Desa Pematang Serai, Langkat, using a SWOT analysis and scoring approach. The findings reveal key strengths, such as the diversity of local products, the provision of job opportunities, and low operational costs due to the use of local resources. Major weaknesses include limited access to technology, insufficient business capital, and a lack of structured management. Opportunities identified include growing market awareness of local products, governmental and financial support, and the potential for digital market expansion. However, threats, such as competition from external products, fluctuations in raw material prices, and economic instability, pose challenges to UMKM growth.The weighted scores indicate that strengths have the most significant impact, with a total score of 3.30, emphasizing the potential for UMKM to boost local economic growth. Weaknesses scored a total of 2.75, indicating the need for improvements in technology access, financial support, and management. Opportunities, with a score of 2.50, highlight the importance of utilizing government support and digital marketing. Threats scored the lowest at 1.80, though they underscore the need for UMKM to adapt to external pressures. Overall, this analysis underscores the importance of supporting UMKM through improved financing, training, and sustainable practices to optimize their role in enhancing rural income.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Nageri Village, Juhar District, Karo Regency. This research is motivated by Village Fund Management to Improve Community Welfare. This study used quantitative and qualitative data and the model used was Path Analysis then the sample used amounted to 110 households of data collected by distributing questionnaires. This study was conducted to determine the direct, indirect and total influence between variables, the variables used include Village Apparatus (X1), Community Participation (X2), Village Fund (X3), Agricultural Infrastructure (Y1), Agricultural Distribution (Y2), and Agricultural Community welfare (Z).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sektor pariwisata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian menggunakan data time series dari tahun 2017 hingga 2024 yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu, Badan Pusat Statistik, dan sumber referensi lainnya. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pariwisata tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain yang tidak hanya berasal dari sektor pariwisata. Simpulan, bahwa pentingnya mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek lain dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, sekaligus mengoptimalkan potensi sektor pariwisata sebagai salah satu penopang pembangunan daerah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan terhadap kesediaan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu dalam membayar zakat profesi melalui mekanisme pemotongan gaji. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesediaan ASN dalam membayar zakat profesi. ASN dengan pendapatan lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki kesediaan yang lebih besar untuk membayar zakat profesi melalui pemotongan gaji. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya edukasi dan sosialisasi terkait zakat profesi, khususnya mengenai manfaat dan mekanisme pemotongan gaji, guna meningkatkan kesadaran serta kepatuhan ASN dalam menunaikan kewajiban zakat. Kata Kunci : Zakat Profesi, Pendapatan, Pemotongan Gaji
