By examining relational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and contemporary theories of corporate social responsibility (CSR), this study emphasizes that effective management is not only about enhancing efficiency and profitability but also about fostering meaningful relationships, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring sustainable development. The research discusses how social structures, communication forms, and ethical values shape managerial decisions, ultimately influencing organizational success and societal well-being. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of management as a social practice that transcends traditional economic and administrative perspectives. The article highlights the intersection of social philosophy and management, emphasizing the role of philosophical principles in informing management practices. It focuses on human relationships, ethical considerations, and the development of social capital within organizations. Through comprehensive literature review and theoretical analysis, the study underscores the importance of integrating philosophical values into management to enhance organizational efficiency and employee well-being. The socio-philosophical aspects of management emphasize the complex relationships between individuals, organizations, and society. A relational approach to management stresses the significance of social interactions, ethical reasoning, and cultural contexts in decision-making and organizational structures.

Abstract

The article examines the issue of developing social competencies of future teachers. The concept of social competence, its content and significance in the education system are considered in detail. It also describes the transformation of the educational process, that is, the process of acquiring new types of competencies by a teacher, including the development of social and communicative potential. The effectiveness of forming social competencies of future teachers through modern pedagogical methods, such as role-playing, problem situations, trainings and seminars, and innovative and interactive approaches is analyzed. Social competencies help students develop not only communication and social integration skills, but also such qualities as intercultural tolerance, empathy, teamwork and responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in enhancing student learning outcomes in chemistry education. Through a mixed-methods approach combining experimental design and qualitative feedback, a range of ICT tools—such as virtual laboratories, interactive simulations, and mobile learning applications—were implemented in classroom settings. The intervention involved pre- and post-testing, as well as surveys and focus group discussions to assess engagement, understanding, and attitudes. Results indicate a statistically significant improvement in students’ academic performance and engagement in the ICT-enhanced group compared to the control group. Students reported higher motivation and better conceptual clarity, particularly in abstract topics. However, challenges such as limited digital access, teacher training gaps, and technical glitches were identified. This research reinforces the transformative potential of ICT in chemistry education while highlighting the need for supportive infrastructure and professional development to ensure sustainable implementation.

Abstract

Green solvents are intended to provide more sustainable alternatives in chemical synthesis, yet they often come with a trade-off in reaction efficiency. Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES) have recently attracted significant interest due to their intrinsic advantages-namely, biocompatibility, low toxicity, and readiness to biocompatibility, low toxicity, and readiness to biocompatibility, low toxicity, and readiness to biodegrade. Despite these benefits, several practical limitations remain, including their notably high viscosities (50-10,000 cP) , susceptibility to thermal degradation above 80°C , and compositional changes that occur during recycling, all of which restrict their broader applicability. This review critically examines the progress made from (2025 to 2025) in using NADES as a mediator for multicomponent reactions (MCRs) leading to nitrogen- based heterocyclic rings. Using rigorous inclusion criteria relevant to NADES- assisted MCRs within the specified timeframe, a total of 127 articles were found through systematic searches of Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed. Many NADES- mediated transformations demonstrated remarkable efficiencies throughout these investigations; several reports indicated yields of 85 – 98 % and substantial increases in E- factor values of 40 – 70 % . The environmental benefits are somewhat offest by higher energy requirements, primarily because some protocols require higher temperatures and longer reaction times. NADES technology is still a feasible alternative to the conventional hazardous flow synthesis technique , and its promise is especially pertinent to sectors that largely depend on heterocyclic scaffolds, like fine chemicals, agrochemicals, and medicines. Moving forward, research should prioritize the development of task- specific NADES, optimization of reaction conditions for scale-up, and the establishment of standardized experimental procedures to enhance reproducibility across different laboratories. In addition to identifying important research gaps that need to be filled, this study advances the field by offering a fundamental framework for assessing (NADES) performance in industrial settings and setting reasonable standards for upcoming advancements in sustainable synthetic techniques.
