Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak tingkat pertumbuhan, leverage operasional, profitabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas terhadap struktur modal perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020-2022. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, studi ini menyaring dari 182 perusahaan awal menjadi 47 perusahaan. Menggunakan data sekunder yang memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, studi ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk analisisnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan, diukur dengan perbedaan penjualan tahunan, memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal. Leverage operasional, diwakili oleh Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL), tidak menunjukkan dampak negatif, sementara Return on Assets (ROA) sebagai ukuran profitabilitas, juga berdampak positif terhadap struktur modal. Namun, Total Asset Turnover (TATO), sebagai ukuran aktivitas, tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Hasil ini menekankan peran beragam metrik keuangan dalam membentuk struktur modal di sektor manufaktur Indonesia, menawarkan wawasan berharga untuk strategi manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

Tiktok merupakan salah satu media sosial yang dijadikan sarana penyebaran informasi melalui video, aplikasi tiktok juga memiliki fitur live streaming untuk memasarkan dan membeli langsung melalui aplikasi tiktok sendiri, sehingga peluang besar untuk bisa mendapatkan konsumen yang sebelumnya belum mengenal produk penjual bisa mengenal bahkan merubah keputusan pembelian produk penjual. Malaikamoza salah satu toko online yang memasarkan produknya melalui tiktok shop dan penjualan melalui live streaming tiktok. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Malaikamoza melalui live streaming tiktok untuk menciptakan produk top of mind. Penelitian ini dikaji menggunakan dua komponen strategi pemasaran yaitu strategi pesan dan strategi media. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme.hasil yang ditemukan penggunaan strategi pemasaran dengan strategi pesan dan strategi media pada live streaming tiktok Malaikamoza berhasil meningkatkan jumlah audiens dan kualitas akun toko mulai dari jumlah followers sampai penjualan. dan kualitas akun toko mulai dari jumlah followers sampai penjualan.

Abstract

Currently, there are many beauty and facial care products circulating in the midst of society. One of the beauty products that has gained a place in the midst of society is Scarlett products. This product is a very popular beauty product because of its outstanding quality. Scarlett is also registered with the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) and has received Halal certification from MUI. This study aims to determine the perspectives, attitudes, subjective norms and behavioural control of Muslim consumers towards the halal label of Scarlett products. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using a targeted sampling method through distributing questionnaires and interviews with 80 respondents. In this study, the data were analysed using regression coefficient test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and classical hypothetical test. The results showed that attitude affects the Halal label, while subjective norms do not affect the halal label, and consumer behaviour control affects the halal label for Scarlet products. According to this study, Muslim customers in Jember Regency should pay attention to halal labels on skin care products. In addition, future researchers are expected to test the formulation of the problem using different research methods or improve and add independent variables and dependent variables. In addition, providing more precise theories so that it is easier for readers to understand.

Abstract

Perjanjian lisan banyak terjadi dalam pergaulan sosial yang sederhana, dan seringkali tidak disadari namun telah terjadi, perjanjian, misalnya dalam kegiatan berbelanja di berbagai tempat, misalnya di pasar kebutuhan sehari-hari, hutang piutang dengan teman, dan lain-lain. Dapat dikatakan bahwa perjanjian lisan banyak dijumpai pada perjanjian sederhana. Dalam artian perjanjian tersebut tidak mempersulit hubungan hukum dan juga tidak menimbulkan kerugian yang besar bagi para pihak apabila terjadi wanprestasi. Apalagi ketika diperkarakan di pengadilan, pihak yang disangka melakukan wanprestasi melakukan pembelaan dengan tidak mengakui atau mengingkari telah membuat perjanjian lisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam memutus perkara utang piutang apakah hakim telah memenuhi asas-asas perjanjian yang ada dalam masyarakat dan akibat hukum yang timbul apabila hakim dalam mengadili perkara tidak berdasarkan penerapan asas-asas yang hidup. di dalam komunitas. Penelitian ini diawali dengan kajian yang cermat terhadap fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi terkait dengan munculnya kasus-kasus konkrit di masyarakat. Abstract

Essentially, ethics and morals are guidelines for human action, and science seeks to explain reality as it is. Science is a systematic effort to investigate, discover and improve human understanding of various aspects of human nature. These aspects are limited to produce clear formulations. By limiting the range of their views, science provides confidence, and this confidence comes from its limitations. Science is not just knowledge, but encapsulates a body of knowledge that is based on recognized theories and can be tested with a set of recognized methods in a particular field.

Abstract

This article discusses the scientific heritage of the enlightened Jadids, their views on education and upbringing, and their significance in developing the spirituality of the youth, who are the builders of New Uzbekistan today. This study explores the enduring significance of the Jadids’ scientific heritage in fostering spirituality among youth in New Uzbekistan. The research employs a qualitative methodology, including historical and textual analysis, to examine the contributions of prominent figures like Mahmudkhodja Behbudi and Abdulla Avloni. Results highlight that the Jadids’ reforms in education, such as establishing new-method schools and promoting national consciousness, continue to influence modern strategies for youth development. The findings underline the importance of integrating their values into contemporary educational frameworks to nurture spiritually mature and socially responsible individuals. In conclusion, the study reaffirms that the Jadids’ legacy serves as a vital blueprint for cultivating well-rounded youth, essential for building New Uzbekistan.

Abstract

This article presents the opinions of our country and foreign scholars on the hermeneutic foundations of the socio-ethical views of the thinkers of the Timurid era. The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of studying the socio-ethical views of thinkers from the Timurid era, as well as the hermeneutic basis of their socio-ethical perspectives. Abstract

Through this investigation, the researchers examine the definition of human in English, Russian, and Uzbek using comparative linguocultural methodology. The fundamental human concept undergoes perceptual modification because of linguistic influence despite its inadequate study across multiple languages. Previous research has studied the concept of humans within individual languages, but there is insufficient systemic analysis between various linguistic traditions. The current investigation utilizes dictionary definitions and corpus-based and discourse analysis to conduct an intercultural examination of humans in English, Russian, along Uzbek. Each language demonstrates universal and specific linguistic features manifest in individualistic agency, followed by collectivist moral responsibility and communal social regulations. Historical, philosophical societal factors thus determine how language expresses humanity. These research findings help advance cognitive linguistics in addition to intercultural communication and translation studies due to evidence showing why translations from direct words lack full cultural contextual meaning. Evaluating these conceptual distinctions helps us understand people from different cultures and improves both communication between them and their mutual understanding. This study shows why combining cultural viewpoints matters for linguistic sciences while providing real-world benefits to translators and diplomats. Future investigations should include more research languages and experimental approaches to enhance our knowledge about language's function as an identity encoder.

Abstract

The significance of international evaluation initiatives, specifically the PIRLS (Progress in International Reading Literacy Study) programme, in raising educational standards is examined in this article. By evaluating primary school pupils’ reading and comprehension abilities, this program – which involves more than 100 countries worldwide – assists in determining the advantages and disadvantages of national educational systems. Additionally, the article compares research conducted by local scholars, historical pedagogical heritage, and international experiences, including creative approaches in Finland’s educational system. The PIRLS programme should be seen as an opportunity to enhance education rather than as a tool for teachers and students to control one another. This strategy is essential to bringing Uzbekistan’s national education system up to date with contemporary, global norms.
