Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) menghadapi tantangan efisiensi dalam manajemen gudang persediaan akibat proses yang masih manual menggunakan kartu barang fisik, sehingga pencarian material menjadi lambat dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pengembangan sistem informasi pergudangan berbasis mobile untuk membantu meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses tersebut. Metode Waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yang mencakup tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan manajer subdivisi Material Stock dan observasi di gudang Purwakarta serta Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyediakan pencarian material berdasarkan nomor, nama, atau lokasi, menampilkan stok secara real time, memperbarui data foto dan lokasi, serta mendukung identifikasi cepat melalui pemindaian QR code. Uji coba dengan metode Black Box menunjukkan bahwa fungsionalitas-fungsionalitas utama yang diuji dapat berjalan sesuai dengan skenario yang dirancang. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat pencarian, menyajikan data akurat, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada metode manual, sehingga mendukung efisiensi operasional dan transformasi digital gudang PT KAI (Persero).

Abstract

Waste management remains a complex environmental issue in Indonesia that requires an interdisciplinary approach. This study aims to design and develop the Clean Earth application as a digital solution for community-based waste management by integrating the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach with Participatory Development Communication principles. A qualitative-descriptive method was employed through field observations, user interviews, interface prototyping, and limited user testing. The Clean Earth app consists of three core features: GoPah (scheduled waste collection), Barter (digital waste-bank system), and Education (interactive learning media on waste utilization). The System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation involving 25 respondents yielded an average score of 84.6, categorized as Excellent Usability. Moreover, the Education feature effectively enhanced public awareness and understanding of sustainable waste practices. The findings demonstrate that integrating information technology with development communication can create a digital medium that is both functional and participatory, fostering behavioral change toward environmental responsibility. This study contributes to the formulation of an adaptive and inclusive Smart Circular Waste Management model applicable to various local community contexts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are pivotal to Indonesia's economy but face significant challenges in devising effective marketing strategies. This research aims to develop a decision support system to assist MSMEs in determining optimal marketing strategies. The study employs the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method, selected for its capacity to proportionally evaluate alternatives against a set of benefit and cost criteria. The system was developed by integrating five main criteria: promotional costs, market reach, sales levels, customer satisfaction, and media effectiveness. Five alternative strategies were evaluated. The social media digital marketing strategy achieved the highest ranking with a utility value of (98.76%). The customer loyalty program (90.57%) and marketplace marketing (83.38%) were the next best-performing alternatives.The proposed decision support system offers objective and measurable recommendations, which enhances the effectiveness of marketing decision-making and supports MSME competitiveness in the digital age. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant contribution to Indonesia's economic growth, particularly in employment. However, many MSMEs have not yet optimally utilized information technology in their business processes. One such business is the Atos-Atos Snacks MSME, which still conducts sales activities conventionally and is limited to its surrounding area. Despite its strategic location, the product sales system is still carried out manually, and the service process is also conventional, without the support of digital devices such as computers or laptops. The payment method is cash directly on site or through an order delivery system to consumers, which is less efficient in terms of time, but also limits the potential for market expansion and increasing sales volume. This study aims to implement e-commerce to simplify the buying and selling process, allowing sellers and buyers located in different locations to conduct transactions online. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall approach, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter4 framework and MySQL as the database, and it applies the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to separate business logic, display, and data processing. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to verify system functionality, as well as direct validation by the MSME owner as the end user. The test results showed that the system can run according to user requirements and help speed up the transaction process and expand product marketing reach. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that the Atos-Atos Snacks MSME can improve operational efficiency and competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Conventional sales of used shoes still face various limitations, including limited market reach, difficulty displaying product variations, and inefficient transaction and stock management processes. These issues result in low marketing effectiveness and an increased potential for errors in transaction recording. This research aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce platform focused on online used shoe sales as a solution to these constraints. The system was developed using a waterfall model approach, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was developed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 4 framework and the MySQL database management system. Testing was conducted using black-box testing to verify the suitability of the system's functionality to user needs. The implementation results showed that the system is capable of providing key features such as a used shoe catalog, product search, user account management, checkout process, and transaction reporting. Overall, the developed platform has been proven to improve sales management efficiency, expand market reach, and reduce the potential for errors in the transaction process. Thus, this system contributes to the optimization of the digitalization of micro-enterprises in the used goods trade, particularly in the shoe sales sector, through integrated and easily accessible technology solutions.

Abstract

The Javanese Herbal Alternative Medicine “Jiwa Mulia” is a traditional health practice that has been operating since 2004 and serves the community with various herbal therapies based on Javanese herbs. Until now, the administration and recording of patient medical records has been done manually, from registration to recording consultation results. This manual procedure causes various obstacles such as delays in patient services, duplication of patient data, the risk of lost files, and difficulties in tracking patient history. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Patient Registration and Medical Records Information System to support operational efficiency and improve service quality. The development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The technology used includes the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter framework, and a MySQL database. The resulting system has several main features, such as online patient registration, visit data management, digital medical record recording, report printing, and automatic queue management. Testing results using the Black Box method indicate that all system functions run according to the design and user needs. The implementation of this system accelerates services, improves data accuracy, minimizes the risk of information loss, and provides more modern, fast, and structured services for the Javanese Herbal Alternative Medicine “Jiwa Mulia”.

Abstract

Industri otomotif Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. PT ASCO Megapart Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi komponen otomotif, khususnya velg baja berstandar SNI dan JIS. Meskipun telah menerapkan sistem informasi internal untuk pengelolaan dokumen seperti PO, SO, dan LBM, sebagian besar proses distribusi masih bergantung pada pencatatan manual dan penggunaan dokumen fisik. Hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman, ketidaksesuaian data stok, dan kurangnya koordinasi antar divisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi proses distribusi saat ini dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi melalui ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), cloud computing, dan Business Intelligence dapat meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup penerapan ERP untuk integrasi fungsi bisnis, pemanfaatan cloud untuk akses data yang fleksibel, serta penggunaan BI untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perusahaan distribusi otomotif dalam merancang transformasi digital yang efektif dan adaptif terhadap dinamika industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi citra berbasis web menggunakan arsitektur Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) multi-modal untuk membedakan citra buatan manusia dan hasil generasi AI. Sistem yang diajukan menggabungkan tiga jenis input, yaitu citra asli, Error Level Analysis (ELA), dan Residual Noise Map (RDM) guna memperkaya representasi fitur pada proses klasifikasi. Model dibangun dengan backbone VGG16 pre-trained dan diuji pada 2.102 data citra yang terbagi seimbang antara dua kelas. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan akurasi validasi sebesar 91% dan nilai macro F1-score sebesar 0,91, mengungguli pendekatan unimodal pada tugas serupa. Sistem diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Flask yang memungkinkan uji keaslian citra secara real-time, sehingga sangat relevan diterapkan di bidang forensik digital, verifikasi hak cipta, dan mitigasi disinformasi visual.

Abstract

Memilih laptop yang tepat sangat penting bagi pelajar ilmu komputer karena langsung mendukung tugas akademik seperti pemrograman, simulasi, desain, dan analisis data. Namun, memilih perangkat yang sesuai bisa sulit karena banyak pilihan yang tersedia dalam hal harga, kinerja, dan spesifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan dua metode keputusan multi-kriteria (MCDM)—Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) dan Weighted Product(WP)—untuk menentukan laptop terbaik bagi pelajar ilmu komputer. Data dikumpulkan dari 30 responden melalui kuesioner online yang menyiarkan lima model laptop berdasarkan sembilan kriteria, yaitu harga, RAM, kecepatan prosesor, penyimpanan, kinerja GPU, daya tahan baterai, berat, reputasi merek, dan jangka waktu garansi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode menghasilkan peringkat yang konsisten, dengan Dell Inspiron 14 (A5) menjadi pilihan teratas, mendapat skor 0.8919 menggunakan SAW dan 0.2376 menggunakan WP. Metode SAW lebih sederhana dan mudah diimplementasikan, sementara metode WP lebih sensitif terhadap variasi distribusi bobot kriteria. Kesamaan hasil dari kedua metode menunjukkan data dan pengugasan bobot yang stabil. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan, terutama dalam skenario pemilihan produk yang melibatkan beberapa faktor evaluasi. Penelitian ke depan dapat mengeksplorasi pendekatan MCDM hybrid atau sistem rekomendasi real-time untuk meningkatkan keputusan dalam konteks teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

Karena meningkatnya kompetisi dalam dunia kerja, seperti Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Ulama (BMT NU) memerlukan implementasi evaluasi kinerja yang benar-benar objektif dan terukur. Baitul Maalqwat TamwilbNahdlatul Ulama (BMT NU) cabang Cermee merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang memerlukan sistem penilaian efektifitas kerja transparan untuk mengambil keputusan calon karyawan terbaik, di mana proses penilaian saat ini rentan terhadap subjektivitas. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan antara efektivitas dan akurasi metodeASAWdanRTOPSIS sebagai Sistem PendukungJKeputusan (SPK) dalam pemilihan calon karyawan terbaik di BMT NU Cabang Cermee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penguumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria penilaian yang dibutuhkan, yaitu: kedisiplinan, kinerja, kehadiran, komunikasi, serta kesalahan kerja. Hasil analisis perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode mampu memberikan penilaian objektif. Hal ini disebabkan TOPSIS mengevaluasi setiap alternatif berdasarkan perhitungan jaraknya dari solusi ideal positif dan negatif, sehingga memberikan penilaian yang lebih terukur. Berdasarkan metode TOPSIS, solusi slternatif Wulan menempati peringkat tertinggi dengan nilai preferensi 0,9603, sedangkan metode SAW menempatkan Salma pada peringkat pertama. Dengan demikian, metode TOPSIS direkomendasikan untuk digunakan oleh manajemen BMT NU Cabang Cermee karena memperoleh hasil yang lebih representatif dan terukur dalam proses evaluasi dan penetapan pemilihan calon karyawan terbaik.
