Abstract

Indonesia's national education system is currently undergoing a complex transition amid the demands of globalization, technological advancements, and public expectations for a more relevant and inclusive system. This study aims to analyze adaptive and inclusive strategies in building a sustainable national education system. The method used is a qualitative literature study with a thematic analysis approach to policy documents, scientific articles, and relevant institutional reports. The findings indicate that although policies such as *Merdeka Belajar* have been initiated to improve the quality and equity of education, their implementation still faces several challenges, including disparities in teacher quality, limited infrastructure, and digital gaps between regions. Furthermore, 21st-century competency-based education has not yet been fully integrated into the existing learning system. This research emphasizes the importance of a holistic, flexible, and data-driven approach to educational reform in order to address the multidimensional challenges currently faced. The implications of these findings highlight the need to strengthen collaboration between the government, society, and other stakeholders in designing educational strategies that are responsive to changing dynamics and oriented toward long-term equity and sustainability.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect in shaping students’ personalities from an early age. In the context of elementary schools, teachers play a central role as role models who can transform character values through their daily behavior and interactions. This study aims to describe how teacher role modeling contributes to the formation and transformation of students’ character values at SD Negeri Badran Yogyakarta. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The participants included students, a religious education teacher, and the school principal. Data were analyzed descriptively by interpreting the findings based on character education theory. The results indicate that teachers who demonstrate exemplary behavior in dress, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, friendliness, cleanliness, and social care are able to effectively instill character values in students. Such role modeling is not only imitated by students but also shapes their positive attitudes and behaviors in everyday school life. These findings suggest that teacher role modeling is an effective strategy in character education and should be consistently integrated into elementary school learning practices.

Abstract

The development of the digital economy has created both opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to compete on a global scale. Amid this transformation, digital education plays a crucial role in equipping MSME actors with the knowledge and skills needed to optimally utilize technology. This study aims to analyze various digital education strategies that can be applied to enhance the capacity of MSMEs in facing the era of digitalization. The research method used is a literature review and descriptive analysis of various digital training programs implemented in different regions. The results show that the integration of digital literacy, e-commerce training, and the use of data analytics are key strategies in developing resilient and competitive MSMEs in the global market. In addition, support from educational institutions, the government, and the private sector is essential in building an inclusive and sustainable digital education ecosystem. With the right strategy, digital education has the potential to become a driving force in empowering MSMEs towards sustainable global transformation.

Abstract

Agricultural roads are one of the infrastructures that play an important role in encouraging the growth and economic development of rural communities, especially in Cimanggu Village, Langkapjaya Village, Lengkong District, Sukabumi Regency. The problem faced by farmers is the limited access to agricultural land in residential areas, which slows down the distribution of harvests and has an impact on the slow turnover of the local economy. This study aims to analyze the contribution of agricultural road development to the economic growth of the community. The methodology used is qualitative, with data collected through literature research, interviews and field observations. The results of the study indicate that agricultural roads play an important role in increasing production efficiency, expanding market access, and creating new jobs in the agricultural transportation sector.

Abstract

Educational institutions are institutions that have a large target in the realization of education in accordance with the mandate of the national education goals, namely the development of students' self-potential to become individuals who believe and fear God and be able to compete globally. The magnitude of the challenge is supported by the dynamics of changing times which are very fast changing. The challenge is not only in the knowledge sector but also the morale and competency competitiveness of graduates. The achievement indicator depends on the right decision making by the school principal. This research was conducted using the library research method. Based on the context analysis carried out, theologically, decision-making must be done by deliberation because the considerations in the decisions taken are obtained from the core organization of the educational institution. If studied from a philosophical aspect, then the basis of empiricism is needed in decision making so that it is rational. If examined from the psychological aspect of decision making, it includes the role of a group of people in determining alternative decisions to be taken so that the consequences can be solved together. If examined from a sociological perspective, decision making must be based on internal and external analysis so that the decisions taken are able to respond to the dynamic demands of the times. Therefore, it is recommended for school principals in making decisions to use a transactional leadership style that prioritizes analysis of the situation and condition of the institution and prioritizes mutual agreement.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Kampoeng Recycle in fostering ecological citizenship in the digital era. Addressing the environmental challenges posed by digitalization, such as increased consumerism and electronic waste, this initiative integrates community-based waste management with digital tools to enhance public participation. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature studies, analyzing the strategies of Kampoeng Recycle, including eco-structures, eco-literacy, and eco-preneurship. Key findings highlight the involvement of youth, the use of social media for networking, and the dissemination of ideas through digital platforms as pivotal in creating sustainable environments. The study concludes that Kampoeng Recycle significantly contributes to raising ecological awareness, though further research is needed to expand its application to broader communities.

Abstract

Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, embodies fundamental values in shaping the character and identity of the nation. In the modern era, characterized by technological advancements, globalization, and rapid social changes, the challenges of implementing the values of Pancasila have become increasingly complex. This research aims to explore how the values of each principle of Pancasila can be applied in the context of everyday life amidst various contemporary challenges. The methods used in this study include literature review and interviews with various stakeholders, including educators, community leaders, and the younger generation. The findings indicate that although there are obstacles such as the influence of foreign cultures and a lack of understanding of Pancasila's values, there are opportunities to strengthen implementation through education based on Pancasila values and the use of information technology. This study recommends the need for synergy between the government, society, and educational institutions to integrate Pancasila values into various aspects of life, thereby building a character-driven society with a national perspective in the modern era.

Abstract

Education and innovation are two strategic pillars in supporting economic development and improving the quality of human resources (HR) in Indonesia. Amidst the challenges of globalization, the industrial revolution 4.0, and the dynamics of digital transformation, Indonesia still faces a number of fundamental problems, such as inequality in access and quality of education, low relevance of the curriculum to industry needs, and a weak research and innovation culture in both academic and business environments. Although the government has issued various strategic policies, such as the Independent Curriculum, strengthening vocational education, and establishing the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), the implementation of these policies has not been fully effective in addressing existing structural and systemic challenges. This study aims to analyze the role of education and innovation in building superior HR that can contribute to national economic growth. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to examine various government policies and their impact on HR development, by referring to secondary data and recent literature studies. The results of the study indicate that stronger synergy between the education sector, government, and industry is needed to create a sustainable innovative ecosystem. In addition, restructuring education policies based on local needs, improving the competence of educators, and providing incentives for innovation are the keys to accelerating the realization of productive and globally competitive HR. By strengthening the pillars of education and innovation, Indonesia can achieve inclusive and sustainable economic growth towards the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

This research discusses the urgency of political and legal education in strengthening democracy in Indonesia, especially in the midst of the rise of corruption, collusion and nepotism practices (KKN) which undermines the integrity of the government system.Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes how low political literacy and community legal awareness contribute to the weakness of public participation and supervision of power.Data obtained through literature study of policy documents, anti -corruption reports, and the latest academic literature, which were then analyzed thematically.The results showed that political and legal education in Indonesia is still normative and not yet contextual, so it fails to form critical and active citizens.Transformative education, based on democratic values and legal supremacy, is very necessary to build a society that is able to fight the practice of KKN and demand public accountability.The conclusion of this study confirms that the strengthening of political and legal education must be a national strategic agenda in order to realize substantive democracy and clean governance.

Abstract

Education and health are two main components in human resource development that have a significant impact on a country's economic growth. This study aims to examine how the quality and access to education and health services directly and indirectly affect the economic development process. Quality education improves the skills, productivity, and innovation of the workforce, while good health allows individuals to work optimally and actively participate in economic activities. The results of the study show that investment in education and health not only accelerates economic growth but also encourages the creation of inclusive, sustainable, and equitable development. Therefore, national development policies need to pay special attention to improving the quality and equality of access to education and health services as a primary strategy in strengthening the foundation of the long-term economy.
