The concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) that has been sparked by Deming, Juran and Crosby initially aimed to overcome several problems in the business and industrial fields, especially in improving quality quality. The concept has been implemented very successfully by the business and industrial world in Japan, and other countries in the world. And then TQM began to be adopted in the world of education around 1980. Implementation of TQM in the world of education has been widely carried out in Indonesia today, and experts have discussed it a lot in their books. However, most are only for education in general, in the sense that there is very little or even no one has discussed the implementation of TQM in Islamic religious education specifically. Considering the current religious education is a priority in order to instill moral values in generations in Indonesia. So it is very necessary to find ways how to improve the quality of quality in religious education, especially Islam. TQM is a management system that involves all components of the organization that are carried out continuously to produce quality products / services in accordance with customer needs and oriented to customer satisfaction. Based on several definitions of TQM above, there are at least four concepts in TQM, including: Quality / Quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, involving all components of the organization. The steps for implementing TQM in Islamic Religious Education are as follows: a). Leadership and commitment to quality must come from the top. b). Delighting customers is the goal of TQM. c). Appoint quality facilitators. d) Form a quality control group. e) Appoint a quality coordinator. f). Hold a senior management seminar to evaluate the program. g). Analyze and diagnose the situation. h). Use examples that have already developed elsewhere. i). Hire external consultants. j). Initiating quality training for staff. k). Communicate the message of quality. l). Measuring quality costs. m). Apply quality tools and techniques through developing effective work groups. n). Evaluate the program at regular intervals.

As-Suyuthi is one of the hafiz (memorized a hundred thousand hadiths along with their sanad and matan) who mastered seven discipline, namely: tafsir, hadis, fiqh, nahwu, ma’ani, bayan, and badi’. Among his works in hadith are Lubab al-Hadits and al-Jami’ alShagir. Both of those books are widely used as reference in the university and pesantren (school of Koranic for people). Jami’ al-Shaghir being used as reference to look for primary hadith resource caused by its characteristic using hadith indexed. These book allows people to look for hadith that they needed and arranged alphabetically from alif to ya’ by including hadith’s matan. The assessment method used by as-Suyuthi is by mention the hadith then provide information about the quality of the hadith. While, Lubab al-Hadits is a book of hadith which contains a collection of hadith that explain about ethics and the virtues of charity. The method to evaluate hadith used by al-Suyuti are explained in the muqaddimah (preface). It said that all hadith that have been mentioned are sahih, so the sanad was discarded. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of consistenty of As-Suyuthi in evaluating the quality of hadith in his two books mentioned before accompanied by an example of application and also to find out what factors related to that. This research is a library research that investigate figure (people). The research conduct qualitatively by collecting data through documentation from primary and secondary resources and using inductive method. Result of the study show that: as-Suyuthi is not consistent on assessing the quality of the hadith in his two books, al-Jami’ al-Shaghir dan Lubab al-Hadits. This is due several factors, including: (1) the differences in assessment methods, (2) the difference of the time (year) when the book was written, and (3) the difference of social and educational settings that experienced by As-Suyuthi.

Tolerance is convenience, while in terminology the attitude of respect and acceptance of a choice, as well as the basic concepts of fiqh which are in accordance with human instincts, basically humans are tolerant and not intolerant. In the discipline of tolerance always accompanies human life wherever and whenever because Jurisprudence uses it as the main foundation in formulating a law and applies in all chapters in Jurisprudence both in the chapter worship, merryed, jinayah, social, political, health and so on, as in ubudiyyah chapter; humans in doing prayer fardlu if unable to stand can be done by sitting, and if sitting is not able to do it can be done by lying down and so on, all of that as a tolerant fiqh attitude towards the people in doing worship. Tolerance has been known for a long time and its relevance remains valid in the modern era.

Para Ulama‟ yang mencoba untuk memahami dan berusaha untuk manjelaskan kandungan alQuran dan Hadis menemukan ayat-ayat yang secara sepintas tedapat gejala kontradiksi dengan satu sama lain. Mereka berbeda pendapat tentang bagaimana menghadapi ayat-ayat yang sepintas lalu menunjukkan gejala kontradiksi tersebut. Salah satu langkah ulama dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah menggunakan metode nasikh dan mansukh. Penelitia ini berfokus pada bagaimana metode nasikh dan mansukh ini digunakan oleh para ulama‟ dalam memahami al-Qur‟an dan Hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah Library Research atau studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan analisis historis dan analisis datanya menggunakan teknik deskriptif analsisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghapuskan hukum syara‟ dengan dalil syara‟ yang lain dinamakan dengan Naskh. Sesuatu yang menggantikan, menghapus dan mengubah disebut nasikh, sedangkan sesuatu yang digantikan, dihapus, dan diubah disebut mansukh. Pedoman untuk mengetahui nasikh-mansukh dalam al-Qur'an ada 3, yaitu : keterangan tegas dari Nabi SAW atau sahabatnya, kesepakatan umat bahwa ayat tersebut nasikh atau sebaliknya mansukh, mengetahui ayat mana yang lebih dahulu temurun dan mana yang kemudian dalam prespektif sejarah. Usaha para ulama‟ untuk mengkompromikan ayat-ayat al-Quran yang secara sepintas terdapat gejala kontradiksi telah mencapai peningkatan, hal ini dapat diketahui dengan semakin berkurangnya jumlah ayat yang dinilai terdapat gejala kontradiksi tersebut, yang semula menurut para ulama‟ mutaqaddimin ayat mansukh tersebut berjumlah 500 ayat direduksi oleh Imam asSuyuthi menjadi 21 ayat hal ini juga sesuai dengan pendapat ulama muta‟akhirin, yang kemudian dikurangi lagi oleh Syeikh Waliyullah ad-Dahlawi menjadi 5 ayat. Dengan demikian jumlah ayat yang mansukh akan terus berkurang jika kita bisa mengkompromikan ayat-ayat tersebut.

As long as man stood throughout the ages at every word and thought and thought of the significance of his meaning, intentionally or unintentionally,and since man lives in his social nature,it must be imagined or scrutinized in everything that is said to him. The semantic studies is not new and if some of his terminology is modern and the semantic studies are old but In order contexts,the greeks Indians and another nation have a share of the semantic lesson. In this research, the accuracy of what is meant by this science has been examined and it has stood at the suspicion of some of it and what is seen by some scholars of theology and its difference from the meaning of the word, the context language of the linguistic root (Q and S) and the word source (the meaning refers to language is (revenue). Dr tammam hasan emphasize these linguistic meaning that indicate the sequence or revenue. The meaning of the context, and the seen in two respect, first: Sequeltial element that achive the structure and texture,and the context of this angle is called. And the second: the sequence of event that accompanied the performance of language and was related to communication and in this context is called the context. The term context in the study of modern language of the term is difficult to exact identification. Although it represent a theory of the most semantic and tried to narrow research without redundant useless,but chose what the student can learn from the door of this science and god is the guardian of success.

Religious psychology studies mental problems that are related to one's religious beliefs. When humans try to cure psychiatric disorders through religious teachings, because religion offers a transcendental relationship to things through worship and religious ceremonies that provide an emotional basis for a stronger sense of security and identity amid the uncertainty and impossibility that humans experience in their lives. Psychology and religion are two different elements, but both are closely related and affect humans in attitude and behaving. Due to the way to behave, think and behave a person cannot be separated from his beliefs, because the beliefs he has are included in the personality section.

As a component of science, the method can deliver an educational process can achieve their education goal quickly and precisely. This will happen when the methods of education and teaching which is in line with the substance and purpose. Therefore an educator must master many learning methods, so that he can choose the method that is appropriate to the circumstances. In the world of Islamic education, learning and educational goals let in accordance with the Koran and the Hadith as the source of the basic teachings of Islam. In the two sources of the law there had to be a strong foundation on educational methods, as has been done by the Prophet Muhammad in preaching and educating Muslims. Through the study of thematic interpretation (Tafsir thematic), this study aims to uncover methods of education contained in the Koran, as well as explore the hadiths relevant to such methods. The results of this study indicate that there are several methods of education in the Quran include: storytelling (Hud : 120), and answer method (Al-Baqarah : 189), the method of wisdom, advice, discussion (An- Nahl : 125), and the method of demonstration (al-Kahf : 77).

The Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method is a method that prioritizes learning meaningfulness and effectiveness by creating a cognitive-constructivism framework-activity conceptual framework. Students' cognitive ability is one of the domains in the taxonomy of education, Cognitive theory emphasizes how the process or efforts to optimize the ability of rational aspects or thinking abilities possessed by others. The problems of this research are as follows: 1) To what extent is the implementation of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus?. 2) To what extent are the students' cognitive abilities in the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus?. 3) Is there any effect of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on the cognitive abilities of students in the class X Qur'an Hadith subject at MAN 1 Kudus?. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques used through questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation of related agencies at MAN 1 Kudus. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The implementation of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on the subjects of the X Qur'an Hadith class at MAN 1 Kudus is considered to have a good influence because the results of the mean (average) questionnaire method of Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) shows a value of 80.48 from 40 respondents and is included in the interval (78-81) which is the "good" category. 2) Cognitive ability of students in the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus is considered to have a good influence because the mean (average) result of the student cognitive ability questionnaire shows a score of 80.35 out of 40 respondents and is included in the interval ( 78-81) which is the “good” category. 3) There is a significant effect of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on students' cognitive abilities in the subjects of the X Qur'an Hadith class at MAN 1 Kudus by using linear regression statistical analysis one predictor found Freg = 11.75, then consulted on Ftable regression with df = 40-1-1 = 38. At the 5% significance level, the Ftable = 4.10 and at the 1% significance level the Ftable = 7.35. Then it is known that (11.75 > 7.35 > 4.10) the Freg value is above or greater than the rejection limit for both. Thus, the hypothesis that "there is a positive and significant effect of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on students' cognitive abilities in the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus", is accepted both at a significance level of 5% and 1%

Analysis of Work Motivation and Islamic Leadership in Improving Employee Performance at Cv. Indonesia 100 Publishing. The purpose of this study are, First to determine work motivation in improving employee performance. Second, to find out Islamic leadership in improving employee performance. Third, to determine work motivation and Islamic leadership in improving employee performance. With the results of research work motivation and Islamic leadership in improving employee performance if supported by several conditions: First, understand the basic process of motivation, needs models, action objectives and the influence of experience and expectations. Second, knowing the factors that renew motivation, the pattern of needs that drive towards the target and the circumstances in which these needs are met or not met. Third, Knowing that motivation cannot be achieved simply by creating a state of complacency can lead to complacency and weakness. Fourth, leadership is a one-way or reciprocal influence process to achieve obedience. Fifth, Islamic leadership can touch from various aspects of life such as how to make friends in companies, live in companies according to Islamic sharia and live as a state. Sixth, employee performance goals are a specific statement that explains the results that must be achieved, when and by whom the targets to be achieved are completed. Seventh, performance standards explain what managers expect from workers so that employees must understand them. Performance standards are the yardstick against which performance is measured to be effective.
