Educators in PAUD must at least have D3 Early Childhood Education or S1 non-formal education, but there are still many educators in PAUD who only have high school education or equivalent. The management of teaching staff in play group units (KB), where most of the facts that occur in the field in play group units do not meet the quality of competence for early childhood education teachers, because until now most teachers in these institutions still have not got a bachelor's degree or only graduated from high school or the equivalent. can affect teacher competence, especially in pedagogical and professional competencies so that the results obtained and achieved are not maximized in playgroup units. The purpose of this article is to describe and identify various aspects regarding the management of teaching staff in playgroup units so that later it is expected to be able to improve the quality and quality of teaching staff in various playgroup institutional units so that the desired goals can be achieved, because if the quality of teaching staff is fulfilled then will have a very good impact on students and can achieve goals in the play group institutional unit. The method used in this research is literature review, in which researchers collect various data from various sources to be used as material for making articles about the management of educators in playgroup units (KB).

This research aims to increase children's interest in the national compulsory song. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method which uses data triangulation analysis techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that using the singing method in increasing children's interest in the national compulsory song is very effective, because the singing method is a method that is almost favored by all early childhood, therefore by using the singing method children's interest in the national compulsory song has increased, but there are several factors that can hinder children, namely environmental factors, therefore parents must pay attention to children's environmental factors, because environmental factors are one of the influences on child development.

Piaget's theory of cognitive development seeks to explain how children can adapt and interpret objects and events around them. A problem is a situation faced by people who are aware of the problem and are looking for ways or actions to solve the problem at hand. Problems can arise in many ways, including in learning. Problems can be experienced by anyone, not only adults, children can also experience problems. Problem solving skills are the most important thing in the learning process, with problem solving skills can help students' daily lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the theory of cognitive development by Jean Piaget on the problem-solving ability of elementary / MI students. The sources of data used in this study are books, journals, articles, and other scientific works. The data collection technique is Literature Study. The results of this study show that the application of Piaget's theory of cognitive development can contribute to the problem-solving ability of elementary / MI students. Different stages of cognitive development affect students' ability to solve problems in different ways. Students who are at higher stages of cognitive development tend to have better problem-solving skills, including analytical skills, systematic problem-solving and flexibility of thinking.

Seni rupa adalah cabang seni yang membentuk karya seni dengan media yang bisa ditangkap mata dan dirasakan dengan rabaan. Ada banyak sekali jenis seni rupa untuk anak usia dini salah satunya melalui kegiatan kolase dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan nantinya guru dapat mengelola pembelajaran di kelas sehingga kreativitas anak usia dini dapat meningkat. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah agar anak bebas berkreasi sesuai imajinasi anak melalui kegiatan kolase tersebut. Serta mengatur lingkungan belajar yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Metodelogi Penelitian ini menggunakan Literatur review, literatur Review disini adalah suatu kegiatan menganalisis yang dapat berupa kritikan dari suatu penelitian yang sedang dilakukan terhadap suatu topik khusus yang merupakan bagian dari bidang keilmuan. Hasilnya bahwa untuk mengelola pembelajaran seni rupa malik kegiatan kolase agar dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini tentunya guru harus mengetahui tahapan perkembangan seni rupa anak usia dini, memahami unsur-unsur dalam seni rupa dan kemudian barulah kita menstimulasinya melalui kegiatan kolase sehingga nantinya kreativitas anak dapat meningkat.

In the era of globalization and advances in information technology, the use of foreign languages has become an increasingly common phenomenon in various countries. Foreign languages are often used in daily communication, mass media, the entertainment industry and the business sector. This phenomenon has sparked widespread debate about the social and cultural implications that arise as a result of the onslaught of foreign language use. In some cases, the use of foreign languages can threaten the sustainability of a country's indigenous language and culture. This has prompted efforts to defend local languages and cultures, as well as stirring feelings of nationalism. Such use can bring benefits such as greater access to global resources and study abroad opportunities. Penelitian ini berjudul pengelolaan bahan Pustaka di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kota Lubuk Linggau. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengelolaan bahan Pustaka di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kota Lubuk Linggau. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengelolaan bahan Pustaka di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kota Lubuk Linggau, dan apa saja kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengelolaan bahan Pustaka tersebut. Perpustakaan Kota merupakan perpustakaan daerah yang terletak di pusat pemerintahan kota dan berfungsi sebagai perpustakaan pembina, perpustakaan referensi, perpustakaan penelitian, dan perpustakaan pelestarian. Perpustakaan kota sudah seharusnya mampu mengolah dan menyediakan seluruh informasi yang ada dalam koleksinya sebagai sarana penyediaan informasi. Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan koleksi perpustakaan akan terus bertambah. Koleksi perpustakaan harus diolah terlebih dahulu sebelum siap dimanfaatkan oleh pemustaka. Tentu saja jika tidak dilakukan pengolahan koleksi, pengunjung akan kesulitan mencari informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan informasi melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yaitu proses pengolahan koleksi di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kota Lubuk Linggau demulai dengan melakukan kegiatan inventarisasi dengan memberi cap/stempel, melakukan klasifikasi bahan pustaka dengan menggunakan panduan DDC edisi 23 dan menempelkan warna klasifikasi pada punggung buku, input buku ke sistem otomasi perpustakaan yaitu INLISLite, membuat kartu kelengkapan buku, terdiri dari label nomor panggil (label punggung buku), kartu dan kantong buku, serta lembar tanggal Kembali, dan terakhir, memilah-milah koleksi yang telah diolah untuk disimpan dan disusun dalam rak.

This research aims to reveal the extent to which the role of the Palembang community in maintaining traffic order in the local area. The research approach used is qualitative with a focus on literature review equipped with supporting data to support the content of the research results. This research aims to identify the influence of culture and social norms on traffic awareness in Indonesia. Values that support high traffic awareness, such as mutual respect, concern for shared safety, and individual responsibility, are important factors in shaping public awareness of traffic. In addition, this research also highlights the role of communities in shaping traffic awareness. Through community activities, such as safety campaigns, joint patrols, and participation in educational programs, people are actively involved in maintaining traffic order in their neighborhoods. Based on the results of the research, it can be said that the Palembang community still does not play an active role in the implementation of traffic order and is still dependent on what is done by the Palembang Police Traffic Unit itself.

Brunei Darussalam is a unique country with the majority of its population being Muslim and having a rich Malay culture. In an era of globalization full of information flows and foreign cultural influences, Islam and Malay culture continue to play a central role in shaping the identity of this country. Islam is not just a religion official, but also permeated various aspects of Brunei society's life. Religious practices, moral values ??and customs based on Islam form a strong foundation in society. The magnificent mosques which are the center of religious life and the beautiful art of Arabic calligraphy are visual evidence of Islamic influence in architecture and art. Malay culture also remains alive and well. Malay is used as the official language, and many words and phrases in this language have Arabic roots. Traditional Malay art, dance, music, and clothing remains relevant in cultural events and religious celebrations.

Early childhood education is the initial stage in forming a child's character and potential. The aim of this scientific journal is to analyze and describe efforts to improve the quality of early childhood learning at Fatimah Palembang Kindergarten. The research method used was observation and interviews with teachers at Fatimah Kindergarten in Palembang. The results of the research show that there are several factors that contribute to improving the quality of early childhood learning at Fatimah Palembang Kindergarten. First, the important role of teachers in providing innovative and fun learning approaches. Teachers need to apply interactive learning methods, such as role playing, stories, and playing while learning. Second, collaboration between teachers and parents is very important in improving the quality of early childhood learning. Parents need to be involved in their child's learning process at home and communicate regularly with teachers to monitor their child's development. Third, adequate learning facilities also contribute to improving the quality of learning. Fatimah Palembang Kindergarten needs to pay attention to adequate facilities, such as a safe and comfortable playroom, a complete library, and attractive learning equipment.
