This research aims to evaluate the landslide disaster management policy in Lubuk Begalung implemented by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Padang City. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which was conducted at the BPBD office in Padang City. Informants in this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the evaluation of the landslide disaster management policy by BPBD Padang City in Lubuk Begalung focused on the policy's effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, and equity.

This writing aims to identify the role and position of the creditor in a situation where the debtor violates the mortgage agreement. Legal protection for creditors when debtors violate agreements or do not fulfill promises can be found in the form of documents such as authentic deeds or private statements regulated by Law Number 4 of 1996, as explained in Article 10. The approach used in this writing is type law that is based on norms and is descriptive. The data used in this research comes from secondary sources, through literature study and analysis of various books and data sources available on the internet. The results of this research reveal cases of default or breach of promise made by customers. Thus, this paper aims to understand the legal role of the creditor as the holder of the main mortgage rights in a credit agreement that is violated or not fulfilled by the debtor.

This article discusses the steps of the parenting program for parent meeting classes (KPO) and parental involvement in children's class groups (KOK). The purpose of this study was to find out the steps or ways to carry out parenting programs for parent meeting classes (KPO) and parental involvement in children's class groups (KOK). This study used a qualitative approach, namely to describe and describe the steps of the parenting program in the parent meeting class (KPO) and parental involvement in the child's class group (KOK). The data collection technique used in this study library research, where library research is the activity of collecting research-related materials from books, scientific journals, literature and other publications that are worthy of being used as sources. for research that will be examined by the author, by describing and describing the data through several expert opinions.

Educators in PAUD must at least have D3 Early Childhood Education or S1 non-formal education, but there are still many educators in PAUD who only have high school education or equivalent. The management of teaching staff in play group units (KB), where most of the facts that occur in the field in play group units do not meet the quality of competence for early childhood education teachers, because until now most teachers in these institutions still have not got a bachelor's degree or only graduated from high school or the equivalent. can affect teacher competence, especially in pedagogical and professional competencies so that the results obtained and achieved are not maximized in playgroup units. The purpose of this article is to describe and identify various aspects regarding the management of teaching staff in playgroup units so that later it is expected to be able to improve the quality and quality of teaching staff in various playgroup institutional units so that the desired goals can be achieved, because if the quality of teaching staff is fulfilled then will have a very good impact on students and can achieve goals in the play group institutional unit. The method used in this research is literature review, in which researchers collect various data from various sources to be used as material for making articles about the management of educators in playgroup units (KB).

ABSTRACT:This research is entitled "The Effectiveness of Group Guidance with a Reality Approach in Improving Self-Adjustment in Students at the Darun Najah Islamic Boarding School". The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance using a reality approach in improving student adjustment. This research uses a quantitative approach and this type of research is an experiment with a pre-experimental design. Population of 100 people. From the purposive sampling technique used, a sample of 8 students was obtained. Data collection techniques use documentation, questionnaires and the number of question items is 52 questions from each instrument. After the validation test, the r table is smaller than the calculated r, so the statement is valid. The data normality test used is the Kolmogrov-Smirnov technique, so the pretest and posttest results are normally distributed and the hypothesis test used is the t test with the paired sample test technique. From the t test results there are differences before group guidance was carried out using a reality approach and after a reality approach was carried out. The research results can be seen from the pretest and posttest results where the pretest results are 995 and the posttest results are 1.120 so it can be concluded that the pretest and posttest results increased by a difference of 125 points so group guidance with a reality approach is effective for increasing self-adjustment.

The increasingly advanced and modern development of the business world in Indonesia has resulted in competition in the business world becoming increasingly fierce. The type of business that has recently become popular is the food and beverage business, usually called a culinary business. The culinary business was founded with consideration of affordable capital and maximum profits. Some people see the emergence of opportunities such as the large number of consumers and food as a basic need and the abundant demand for food. The student entrepreneurship creativity program (PKM-K) aims to raise student motivation to become entrepreneurs in managing rice. Methods for implementing input, process (production), output, and evaluation. Product marketing is done online or offline. Online marketing via social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Meanwhile, offline marketing is marketed near the campus and surrounding environments. ABSTRAK Perkembangan dunia usaha di Indonesia yang semakin maju dan modern mengakibatkan persaingan dalam dunia usaha menjadi semakin ketat. Jenis usaha yang akhir-akhir ini sedang populer adalah usaha makanan dan minuman atau biasa disebut dengan usaha kuliner. Bisnis kuliner didirikan dengan pertimbangan modal terjangkau dan keuntungan maksimal. sebagian masyarakat melihat munculnya peluang seperti banyaknya konsumen dan pangan sebagai kebutuhan pokok serta melimpahnya permintaan pangan. Adapun tujuan dari program kreativitas mahasiswa kewirausahaan ( PKM-K ) adalah untuk membangkitkaan motivasi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dalam mengelolah nasi. Metode pelaksanaan input,,proses ( produksi ), output, dan evaluasi. Untuk pemasaran produk dilakukan secara online atau offline. Pemasaran secara online melalui media sosial seperti, Instagram , Facebook dan whatsapp. Sedangkan pemasaran secara offline dipasarkan dekat area kampus dan dilingkungan sekitar. This research aims to determine the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" (Find Pregnant Women's Problems with Mother's Cards) at the Mannanti Community Health Center, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation, data sources come from 10 informants. The results of the research show that the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" at the Mannanti Community Health Center has a relative advantage which provides many economic advantages and benefits, suitability shows that this innovation is in accordance with the value of public services, complexity in the innovation there are only a few obstacles, it is possible to try it so far the program The innovation has been tested and proven to have benefits for pregnant women, and is relatively easy to observe because it can be observed by all levels of society.

Health is a basic need that is important to maintain. Preventive efforts through education are needed to increase public awareness, including in drug management and prevention of infectious diseases. This community service activity aims to provide education on 3CP (Methods of Storing, Using, and Destroying Drugs) and preventing Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) to residents of the Rahadi Oesman Dormitory, Malang. The counseling was held on May 25, 2025 and was attended by 14 participants. The methods used were lectures, discussions, and question and answer sessions. The material includes proper drug storage, use according to the rules, and how to safely destroy expired drugs. Education also includes knowledge about DHF, including symptoms, stages of the disease, and preventive measures such as 3M (draining, covering, and burying), as well as maintaining environmental cleanliness. The pretest results showed that 50% of participants did not understand the material well. However, after the counseling, there was an increase in the score on the posttest, which indicated an increase in understanding. This activity not only increased participants' knowledge, but also formed awareness of the importance of clean and healthy living behavior and proper drug management. Thus, this counseling is expected to be the initial step in preventing drug abuse and the spread of DHF in residential environments.
