Abstract

Futsal game is a game that has one goal, namely, to be a winner by scoring goals and trying to prevent opponents from scoring goals in accordance with the rules of the game. This sport is in great demand by various groups that do not know their age, both men and women. Futsal sport is not just a sport that people are interested in implementing healthy lifestyles, but now, futsal has become a goal for achievement. The purpose of this study is to find out what percentage of successful passing and error, what percentage of successful passing and error, what percentage of success and error control, and what percentage of shooting on target and off target carried out by all UNESA female futsal players in four matches in the East Java Conference Season 7 Student League Data Collection techniques were obtained through video documentation observation. As for what was investigated was how much the success rate of team passing, how much the success rate of a team to control, and how much accuracy a team did shooting, in the team in the 2019 Regional Student League match. Namely the data was taken through video observations of the match and inputting data observation results on blank. The conclusion of this research is the success rate of successful passing is very high reaching 703 times (76%), the success rate of successful control reaches 748 times (86%), and the accuracy rate of shooting on target technique reaches 51 times (54%).

Abstract

This development research aims to produce a learning model for game-based or turbo-based learning that can improve students' motivation and ability in the basic motion of throwing numbers.Stages of teaching material development conducted by researchers based on the stages of research development or development research. The results of the validation at the small group stage regarding the quality of the learning model have entered into the "valid" criteria of the validation that is filled out by the validator obtained an average value of 3.85 and a tcount of 10.172 with a 2.262 table then a tcount of 10.172> a table of 2.262. In the validation test of a large group stated "Valid" with an average value of 4.15 and obtained the tcount of 16.397 with a ttable obtained is 2.66 the results of this analysis are tcount of 16.379> ttable 2.66 so it was concluded that the learning model developed influential in increasing students' abilities in turbo or throwing athletic activities. As well as the results obtained 82% feasible in small groups and 84.8% feasible in large groups when conducting guttman test for the results of the questionnaire given to students. From these results it can be stated that the developed learning model in throwing or turbo numbers learning based games is valid, practical, and efficient so that it can be used in athletic learning throwing numbers in primary schools. Abstrak. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran pada pembelajaran nomor lempar atau turbo berbasis permainan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan siswa pada gerak dasar nomor lempar. Tahapan pengembangan bahan ajar yang dilakukan peneliti berdasarkan tahapan penelitian pengembangan atau development research. Didapat hasil validasi pada tahap small group mengenai kualitas model pembelajaran telah masuk kedalam kriteria “valid”  dari validasi yang diisi oleh validator tersebut didapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,85 dan thitung sebesar 10,172 dengan ttabel 2,262 dengan demikian thitung  10,172 > ttabel 2,262. Pada uji validasi dari kelompok besar dinyatakan “Valid”dengan nilai rata-rata 4,15 serta didapatkan hasil thitung sebesar 16,379  dengan ttabel yang didapatkan adalah 2,66 hasil analisa ini adalah thitung 16,379  > ttabel 2,66 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik  dalam aktivitas atletik turbo atau lempar. Serta didapatkan hasil 82% layak pada kelompok kecil dan 84,8% layak pada kelompok besar saat melakukan uji guttman untuk hasil angket yang diberikan kepada peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran nomor lempar yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efisien sehingga dapat di gunakan pada pembelajaran atletik nomor lempar di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a basic motion learning model jumping numbers based on traditional games in elementary schools. The method in this study is a method of development with procedures in research, namely: (1) Requirement analysis, (2) Initial model, (3) Validation of the initial model, (4) Description of expert validation data, (5) Revision of the initial model draft, ( 6) Small group outcome data, (7) Revision of the model after the small group trial, (8) Large group outcome data, (9) Model revision after the large group trial. This research was conducted at SDN 02 Sungai Pinang. In this study, the results of questionnaire questionnaire validation obtained from expert validators namely the physical education teacher on the draft product model of jump-based learning numbers on average game 3.8 so that it is included in the valid category. The results of student motivation questionnaire analysis obtained a percentage of 86.4% while the t-test results obtained were 12,387 with ttable = 3.24 then tcount = 12.387> ttable 3.24 as well as the results of the validation of psychomotoric results of students in both 64% categories, and 32% categories very good, obtained tcount of 15.601 with ttable 2.667 which is stated tcount> ttable. So it can be concluded that the new learning model or game-based Jump learning model given to students is valid, practical, and effective to make students motivated to learn jump-based games and actively move in learning and can already be used in the game-based jump learning process in Primary Schools ( SD). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran gerak dasar nomor lompat berbasis permainan tradisional di sekolah dasar.  Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan dengan prosedur dalam penelitian, yaitu : (1) Analisis kebutuhan, (2) Model awal, (3) Validasi model awal, (4) Deskripsi data validasi ahli, (5) Revisi draft model awal, (6) Data hasil kelompok kecil, (7) Revisi model setelah uji coba kelompok kecil, (8) Data hasil kelompok besar, (9) Revisi model setelah uji coba kelompok besar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 02 Sungai Pinang. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil validasi angket kuisioner dari validator ahli yaitu guru penjaskes pada draf produk model pembelajaran nomor lompat berbasis permainan rata-rata 3,8 sehingga sudah masuk dalam kategori valid. Hasil analisis kuisioner motivasi siswa didapat persentase sebesar 86,4%sedangkan hasil t-test yang didapat adalah 12.387 dengan ttabel = 3,24 maka thitung = 12.387> ttabel 3,24serta hasil validasi hasil psikomotorik siswa kategori baik 64%, dan 32% kategori sangat baik, didapatkan thitung sebesar 15,601 dengan ttabel 2,667 yang dinyatakan thitung>ttabel. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa Model pembelajaran baru atau model pembelajaran Lompat berbasis permainan yang diberikan pada siswa valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk membuat siswa termotivasi untuk belajar lompat berbasis permainan serta aktif bergerak dalam pembelajaran dan sudah bisa digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran lompat berbasis permainan di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a swimming learning model through the introduction of water activities in elementary schools. The learning model is in accordance with the psychomotor characteristics of students and helps students in learning the introduction of water activities. The method used in this research is the method of development. The subjects in this study were 56 students of grade II SD Banding Agung. This development research uses the ADDIE development model consisting of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study include validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests of basic water activity abilities. Expert testing is carried out by material experts and psychomotor experts. The results of the validation of the resulting learning model meet the validation requirements according to the student's psychomotor stages and learning objectives. The one to one test stage obtained the results of the questionnaire all the sample students agreed that mode. In the small group test, the average gainscore result was 0.75 and was included in the high category and the results of the student motivation questionnaire were 92.5%. At the implementation stage of the learning model, the learning results obtained from a gainscore of 0.78 are in the high category and 82.975% agree that the model used is fun and provides motivation to dare to play in the water. The implication of this research is that the development of a swimming learning model through the introduction of water activities is valid, effective and practical and can be used by physical education teachers in elementary schools. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran renang melalui materi pengenalan aktivitas air di sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran tersebut sesuai dengan karakteristik psikomotorik siswa serta membantu siswa dalam pembelajaran pengenalan aktivitas air. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD banding Agung sebanyak  56 orang siswa. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan  ADDIE terdiri atas tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi lembar validasi, angket, dan tes kemampuan dasar aktivitas air. Uji ahli dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli psikomotorik. Hasil validasi model pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat validasi sesuai dengan tahapan psikomotorik siswa dan tujuan pembelajaran. Tahap uji one to one didapatkan hasil angket semua siswa sample setuju bahwa mode. Pada tes small group didapatkan rata-rata hasil gainscore 0,75 dan masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan hasil angket motivasi siswa didapatkan 92,5%. Pada tahap implementasi model pembelajaran didapatkan hasil gainscore 0,78 termasuk kategori tinggi dan 82,975% setuju kalau model yang digunakan menyenangkan dan memberikan motivasi untuk berani bermain di air. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran renang melalui materi pengenalan aktivitas air ini valid, efektif dan praktis serta dapat digunakan bagi guru penjas di sekolah dasar .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether skiping training can improve the ability to do spikes in volleyball games in class VI SD Negeri 197 / IX Pematang Gajah. The research method uses classroom action research. The results of the study of skiping exercises can improve spike ability.The conclusion that can be drawn in this classroom action research is that using skiping exercises can improve the ability to do spikes in volleyball. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah latihan skiping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan melakukan spike dalam permainan bola voly pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 197/IX Pematang Gajah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian latihan skiping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan spike. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah dengan menggunakan latihan skiping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan melakukan spike dalam permainan bola voly.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the level of volleyball playing skills of the Volleyball Student Activity Unit (UKM) of Sports and Coaching Department was not yet known, therefore this study aims to determine the level of volleyball playing skills of the Volleyball Student Activity Unit (UKM) in the Sports and Coaching Department. This research is a descriptive study, the method used in this research is a survey method with a test instrument. The research subjects were 20 participants of the Volleyball Student Activity Unit, Department of Sports and Coaching. The data collection technique used the upper passing test using the AAHPER face wall volleyball test, the under passing test using the Brumbach forearms pass volleyball test, the smash test using the Stanley spike test, the accuracy test using the AAHPER service accuracy test. The data analysis technique used descriptive percentages. The results showed that of the 20 students who took the volleyball skill level test, 9 students were included in the medium category (45%), 6 students or as many as (30%) were in the good category, as many as 4 students or as much as (20%) were included. Very poor category, as many as 1 student or as large as (5%) are in the very good category, as many as 0 students or as much as (0%) are in the poor category. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena belum diketahuinya tingkat keterampilan bermain bola voli peserta UKM Bolavoli Jurusan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan bermain bola voli peserta UKM Bolavoli Jurusan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan instrumen berupa tes. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta UKM Bolavoli Jurusan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes passing atas menggunakan AAHPER face wall volleyball test, tes passing bawah menggunakan Brumbach forearms pass volleyball test, tes smash menggunakan stanley spike test, tes ketepatan servis menggunakan tes ketepatan servis AAHPER. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 20 siswa yang mengikuti tes tingkat keterampilan bola voli, sebanyak 9 siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang (45%), sebanyak 6 siswa atau sebesar (30%) termasuk kategori baik, sebanyak 4 siswa atau sebesar (20%) termasuk kategori sangat kurang, sebanyak 1 siswa atau sebesar (5%) termasuk kategori sangat baik, sebanyak 0 siswa atau sebesar (0%) termasuk kategori kurang.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the effectiveness of online learning in practical teaching and learning activities in physical education subjects at SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh. This research was conducted at SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh in December 2020. The research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires using Goggle Forms to students. After the questionnaire was returned, the data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively with the percentage formula. The results showed that the low effectiveness of online learning in practical teaching and learning activities in physical education subjects at SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh. This can be seen from the research results described in several indicators, namely the internet access indicator with a total percentage of 48.5%. Then, the indicator of understanding the material in online learning was 47.5%. Furthermore, the effectiveness indicator in online learning was 48.1%. Then the indicators of online learning implementation in practical teaching and learning activities amounted to 46.6%. From the four indicators described above, an average value of 47.7% can be taken, from this percentage it can be concluded that the effectiveness of online learning in practical teaching and learning activities in physical education subjects at SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh is low. From the results of this study it is suggested that teachers can be more creative and innovative in providing physical education learning online. In addition, teachers as role holders in learning activities should improve teaching skills, use of media, and vary the right strategies in learning, so that online learning in practical teaching and learning activities can be better in the future. Keywords: Effectiveness, Online, Practice Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran daring pada kegiatan belajar mengajar praktik dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh pada desember 2020. Data penelitian  diperoleh  dengan  cara  menyebarkan  angket  online  menggunakan Goggle  Formulir  kepada  siswa.  Setelah  angket  dikembalikan,  data  dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya efektivitas pembelajaran daring pada kegiatan belajar mengajar praktik dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMP N 4 Sungai penuh. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian yang dijelaskan dalam beberapa indikator yaitu indikator akses internet dengan jumlah persentase sebesar 48,5%. Kemudian, pada indikator pemahaman materi dalam pembelajaran daring sebesar 47,5%. Selanjutnya pada indikator keefektifan dalam pembelajaran daring  sebesar  48,1%.  Kemudian  pada  indikator  implementasi  pembelajaran daring pada kegiatan belajar mengajar praktik sebesar 46,6%. Dari keempat indikator yang telah dijelaskan diatas dapat diambil nilai rata-rata sebesar 47,7%, dari persentase tersebut disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran daring pada kegiatan belajar mengajar praktik dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh tergolong rendah. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar guru dapat lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam memberikan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani secara daring. Di samping itu, guru sebagai pemegang peran dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mestinya meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar, penggunaan media, dan memvariasikan strategi yang tepat dalam pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran daring pada kegiatan belajar mengajar praktik kedepannya dapat lebih baik. Abstract

Bridge sport is a sport that is not yet well known in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Although this sport nationally has been able to gain achievements in the international world, but especially in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency this sport is not well developed. The development of bridge sports in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency is also not yet supported with adequate facilities and infrastructure that can deliver this sport in order to excel. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study. This research aims to introduce bridge sports to the community, so that this sport can develop. The introduction of Bridge Sports is done using video tutorials about Bridge games that are spread through various social media accounts such as Youtube. The tutorial video is uploaded on the yuotube account, which is then spread through Facebook and WhatsApp. Video tutorials that researchers uploaded on Youtube, Facebook, and WhatsApp for 12 days received 57 comments, 122 likes, 73 subscribers, and were watched 310 times. Which overall response is a positive response. While the results of filling out the questionnaire by 35 respondents, obtained a percentage score of 74.01% with good criteria. Based on these data it can be concluded that the effort to introduce Bridge sports in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency is effectively carried out through video tutorials. Keywords: Introduction, Sports Bridge, Video Tutorial Olahraga bridge merupakan cabang olahraga yang belum begitu dikenal di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Walaupun olahraga ini secara nasional sudah mampu mendulang prestasi di dunia internasional, namun khususnya di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat olahraga ini kurang berkembang. Perkembangan olahraga bridge di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat juga masih belum didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai yang bisa mengantarkan olahraga ini supaya bisa berprestasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan olahraga bridge kepada masyarakat, agar olahraga ini dapat berkembang. Pengenalan Olahraga Bridge ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan video tutorial tentang permainan Bridge yang disebarkan melalui berbagai akun media social seperti Youtube. Video tutorial di upload pada akun yuotube, yang kemudian disebarkan melalui facebook dan whatsaap. Video tutorial yang peneliti unggah di Youtube, Facebook, dan WhatsApp selama 12 hari mendapatkan 57 komentar, 122 like, 73 subscriber, dan telah di tonton sebanyak 310 kali. Yang mana keseluruhan tanggapan tersebut merupakan tanggapan yang positif. Sedangkan dari hasil pengisian angket oleh 35 responden, didapatkan persentase skor sebesar 74,01 % dengan kriteria baik. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya pengenalan olahraga Bridge di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat efektif dilakukan melalui video tutorial. Abstract

The long jump results achieved by the students were still in the poor category because there were some students who could not meet the jump result standards that had been set for the amount. Researchers need some precise steps to be able to improve students' long jump results. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of running speed with long jump results, to determine the effect of leg muscle power on long jump results and the effect of variations in exercise using box jump media on long jump results of SMA Negeri 9 Batanghari students. This research was conducted using quasi-experimental research or quasi experiment. Where in this study, will be applied to the One Group Pre test Post test design. The population in this study was 100 people, who were then used as samples of 26 people, by means of sampling through quota sampling and purposive sampling. The samples were students with a height of ± 165cm. The results of the research that have been conducted by researchers mean that from the initial test is 3,629 and the average for the final test is 3,945. The pre-test standard deviation is 0.8541 and the post-test standard deviation is 0.6141. Hypothesis testing in this study used t-test, where t-count was 7,191 and t-table was 2,060 with α = 0.05. Comparison of prices between t-count and percentile values ​​from the distribution table obtained t-count (7.19)> t-table (2.060). So that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of research and discussion, where t-count (7.19)> t-table (2.060), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between running speed, leg muscle power and training using box jump on jumping results. far away from class X students at SMA Negeri 9 Batanghari  Keywords: Running Speed, Leg Muscle Power, Box Jump, Long Jump Hasil lompat jauh yang dicapai oleh siswa masih dalam kategori kurang dikarenakan ada beberapa siswa yang tidak dapat memenuhi standar hasil lompatan yang telah ditetapkan besarannya. Peneliti membutuhkan beberapa langkah tepat untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil lompat jauh siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan lari dengan hasil lompat jauh, mengetahui pengaruh power otot tungkai terhadap hasil lompat jauh dan pengaruh variasi latihan menggunakan media box jump terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa SMA Negeri 9 Batanghari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian eksperimen Semu atau quasi experiment. Dimana pada penelitian ini, akan diterapkan pada desain One Group Pre test Post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang, yang kemudian dijadikan sampel adalah 26 orang, dengan cara pengambilan sampel melalui quota sampling dan Purposive sampling. Yang dijadikan sampel adalah siswa yang memiliki tinggi ±165cm. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti rata-rata dari tes awal yaitu 3.629 dan rata-rata tes akhir adaldh 3.945. Standar deviasi pre-test adalah 0.8541 dan standar deviasi post-test adalah 0.6141. pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan t-tes, dimana thitung adalah 7.191 dan ttabel 2.060 dengan α = 0.05. Perbandingan harga antara t-hitung dan nilai persentil dari tabel distribusi diperoleh t-hitung (7.19) > t-tabel (2.060). Sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima Berdasarkan dengan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dimana t-hitung (7.19) > t-tabel (2.060) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecepatan lari, power otot tungkai dan latihan menggunakan box jump terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 9 Batanghari Kata Kunci : Kecepatan Lari, Power Otot Tungkai, Box Jump, Lompat Jauh

Abstract

The use of instructional media during the COVID-19 period is expected to make it easier for students to stay enthusiastic about learning at home. Researchers innovate by changing the volleyball that is commonly used for learning in school into a number of simple tools that are more easily found by students.The purpose of this study was to determine the media modification of the basic techniques of passing under volleyball through video tutorials for elementary students, as well as to find out students' understanding through video tutorials of under passing techniques given by the teacher as learning media. This research was conducted in 190 Tanjung Jabung Barat Elementary School, Jambi Province, in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year.  By using descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were grade 5 students, amounting to 35 students. The results of research conducted by researchers are by uploading video tutorials that have been made to Youtube. Researchers will begin to assess the effectiveness of the video based on input from viewers of the video. In addition, researchers also made a questionnaire / questionnaire containing opinions, and evaluations of videos that have been uploaded. Based on the questionnaire, 54.30% of respondents said the video was effectively used as a learning medium for elementary school students. Keywords : Video Tutorials, Passing Down Penggunaan media pembelajaran di masa COVID-19 diharapkan dapat memudahkan siswa untuk tetap bersemangat belajar di rumah. Peneliti berinovasi dengan mengubah bola voli yang biasa digunakan untuk pembelajaran di sekolah menjadi beberapa alat sederhana yang lebih mudah ditemui oleh siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui modifikasi media teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli melalui video tutorial untuk siswa SD, serta untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa melalui video tutorial teknik passing bawah yang diberikan oleh guru sebagai media belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 190 Tanjung Jabung Barat Provinsi Jambi, pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020.  Dengan menggunakan  metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini siswa kelas 5 yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan mengunggah video tutorial yang telah dibuat ke Youtube. Peneliti akan mulai menilai tentang keefektifan video berdasarkan dengan masukan dari penonton video tersebut. Selain itu, peneliti juga membuat angket/kuesioner yang berisikan tentang pendapat, dan evaluasi dari video yang sudah diunggah. Berdasarkan angket tersebut, sebanyak 54.30% responden mengatakan video tersebut efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar. Kata kunci: Video Tutorial, Passing Bawah
