KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Abstract

In a company or organization has a social responsibility to the environment around the company which can be an opportunity to achieve economic, social and environmental balance as well as to meet the expectations of the company's stakeholders. One thing that can be done is to carry out CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) through programs Art In a Cup, namely empowerment education for coffee farmers in North Sumatra, especially Karo district. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning and implementation of the CSR Art In a Cup program that Starbucks Indonesia is doing. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods through interviews, observation, documentation, and librarian studies. The results of the research in this study were seen from Starbucks Indonesia's strategy in creating economic, environmental and social sustainability for farmers using the C.A.F.E Practices system which is Starbucks Indonesia's guideline for implementing the CSR Art In a Cup program and with the existence of a team controller, namely Sumatra Specialty Coffee.

Abstract

The EXO boyband community or who have an EXO-L nickname is a community that was formed because of the large enthusiasm of Kpop fans to be able to express their love for their idols. Boyband EXO is a boyband from South Korea consisting of nine members formed by S.M. Entertainment.The purpose of this study was to determine the process social construction of reality from EXO boyband community members in Jakarta. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with the Case Study analysis method. The theory used is the theory Social Construction of Reality proposed by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. The results of this study show that the social construction of reality experienced by members of the EXO or EXO-L boy band community begins with knowing Kpop, knowing the EXO boy band, joining the EXO-L community and making adjustments, interacting with fellow members, to identify themselves with their members in EXO boyband community.

Abstract

Nowadays many well-known companies and offices have begun to analyze how to attract consumers or distributors to cooperate with them and how to also create an attractive promotion which can be said as a way to attract or attract consumers or distributors to their company. The purpose of this study was to determine SociaBuzz's marketing communication strategy in enhancing Brand Awarness. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, telephone, voice note. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy undertaken by SociaBuzz by using several advertising channels, car adversiting also SociaBuzz uses SEO on page and of page. Researchers suggest that SociaBuzz broadens the reach of their marketing targets and develops better marketing strategies..

Abstract

Social media is a site and application that involves internet-based technology. One example for rapidly growing new media is YouTube. YouTube is a social media that delivers messages digitally and can be watched by many people. YouTube is a place to share videos online with other people. This study is determining the effect of game content YouTube Miawaug on subscribers viewing interest. This study a positivism paradigm with quantitative approach. The method use a survey method with questionnaire. Type of research is an explanative. This theory is theory stimulus-response theory. The results of test correlation of Pearson's Product Moment this a sig. 0.762, which means that the level of the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variable is strong level of relationship. Based on the results of the coefficient determination test, the effect of game content on YouTube Miawaug on the interest in watching subscribers with a percentage 58.1%.

Abstract

Seven Peaks Education is an educational consultancy migration company that applies organizational communication to its employees. In this study, there is a phenomenon where there are communication difficulties between superiors and subordinates caused by the distance between them. This research was conducted to find out how the role of organizational communication is carried out at Seven Peaks Education among the employees who work there. The object of this study is employees who work at the Seven Peaks Education company. In this study the technique used in the collection of this data is to use in-depth interviews and observation. This type of research uses descriptive type of research. The results of this study indicate that the role of organizational communication in Seven Peaks among its employees is not maximized because of the vertical and horizontal communication carried out at Seven Peaks is still mostly done online. So that it affects Seven Peaks employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce an application to search and order from the nearest laundry based on Android. Android-based laundry service ordering application provides an alternative to finding the nearest laundry. Laundry search using an internet connection and connected to the Global Positioning System (GPS), for laundry owners can register their business first and for users will able to find the nearest laundry place by comparing the distance between users and laundry places that have been previously registered. The development method used in this research is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the Unified Modelling Language (UML) system modelling. This application was built using Android Studio software with Java programming language, XML, MySQL as a database and PHP as a database management. The results of this study are Android-based laundry service ordering applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop Learning Media for Animal Recognition by utilizing Augmented Reality technology that runs on smartphones. Augmented reality is a technology in smartphones that can visualize virtual objects such as 2D and 3D models in the real world. This research uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method to develop applications. Application development is equipped with an explanation information feature. This research uses Unity software as a tool for application development and Vuforia Software Development qwerty regarding the use of augmented reality technology. The results of the application development in the form of a file with the extension. Apk in order to see real animals and test results, 80% (4 people) of respondents stated that this application is easy to use to recognize animal names for an early age with augmented reality.

Abstract

The objective of this study id to analysis the effect of the employee competence, workload on work stress and its impact on turnover intention at PT. XYZ. This study used quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 120 employees. Sampling technique used nonprobability sampling (saturation sampling). The sampling technique is nonprobability (saturated sample). Analysis in this study used classical assumption test consist of the normality test, heteroskesdaticity test, and multicollinearity test, and multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and determination analysis. Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable employee competency variables do not affect work stress. Workload affects work stress. Employee competency and workload affect work stress. And work stress that affects turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the influence of service quality, brand image and how much influence it has on the repurchase interest in PT Nanda Persada Sentosa. This research research method used is a quantitative method through observation, collecting primary and secondary data and distributing questionnaires to consumers / customers of PT Nanda Persada Sentosa. The number of samples (respondents) in this study were 112 respondents. The results showed that the service quality partially had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in PT Nanda Persada Sentosa (significant 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 7.803> t table of 1.982). Partial brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in PT Nanda Persada Sentosa (significant 0.035 <0.05 and tcount of 2.138> table of 1.982). Service Quality, Simultaneous Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest in PT Nanda Persada Sentosa (0.00 significant <0.05 and 157.770 F value> 3.03 F table). Correlation test shows that 74.3% repurchase intention variable can be explained by service quality variable and brand image. While the difference of 25.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, capital structure, and total asset turnover on performance and firm value in consumer goods companies that listed in IDX from 2014-2018. This study used 35 companies as sample research and considered the associative method with quantitative approach. The secondary data is used in this research to analyze the relationship among variables. The data was obtained from the companies annual reports which can be accessed from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) sites and other official sites. The result of this study indicates that CSR, capital structure, and total asset turnover influence the corporate performance, but CSR, capital structure, and TATO do not affect the firm value. While CSR, capital structure, and TATO influence the firm value with financial p erformance is found as the intervening variable.
