KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Abstract

Pempek in the Kemayoran area has a unique product taste, which is a taste that fits the taste of Jakarta people without losing its Palembang specialty that cannot be found elsewhere. There are also many small and medium-sized pempek businesses there, one of which is Pempek G Putra, which has been selling since 1990. This study aims to see whether the variables storing atmosphere, location and menu variations have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Pempek G Putra amidst many rivals. The survey method with questionnaires through google form to 201 respondents, data filling techniques purposive sampling and non-probability sampling techniques, the results were tested with SPSS version 25. The results showed that the menu variation variables significantly influence purchasing decisions in Pempek G Putra, while the atmosphere store and location have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Pempek G Putra can do decorations when there are certain events by using the services of an event organizer and must keep the parking lot clean by making cleaning schedules for employees.

Abstract

A barista has a new role now, not only cracking coffee, a barista must be able to communicate with customers for the progress of his coffee shop. Communicating in this study focuses on interpersonal communication of Barista coffee shop Area 9 to retain customers who come, all efforts in the context of communication from verbal and non-verbal, how to persuade and approach by seeing the same background from hobbies, musical tastes to exchange of insights. In addition, this can be used as a place to ask how customers think about the taste of coffee, the concept of the shop and the interior design of the coffee shop. Activeness in interacting will be of added value in consumer attractiveness because communicating with consumers not only adds a good impression but can also provide a sense of comfort and personal image to the barista and of course the image of the coffee shop Area 9. Interpersonal communication will play an effective role in developing the shop Coffee Area 9 if the barista at this coffee shop keeps things like this.

Abstract

This purpose aims to determine how much influence the experiential marketing has on repurchasing Lakuna Kopi products. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS Statistics 20 program with a sample of 160 respondents who are Lakuna Coffee consumers who have already made repeat purchases using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. From the results of the hypothesis analysis it states that experiential marketing has a significant effect on repeat purchases; the five experiential marketing sub-variables have a significant simultaneous re-purchase effect. Judging from Sense Marketing, researchers suggest that Lakuna Kopi owners make cleanliness (SM3) an important point

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on employee performance at XYZ College in East Jakarta. Field research method with quantitative approach. Employee population 150 people with a sample of 50 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the type of random sampling. Data processing using multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study conclude that there is no direct effect of recruitment on performance, there is a significant effect of training on performance and simultaneously recruitment and training have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning adolescents in Jakarta in interpreting parents infidelity in the reality show “Harta Tahta Wanita”. This study uses qualitative approach, constructivist paradigm, and descriptive research types. Researchers use audience reception analysis with Stuart Hall’s encoding-decoding theory which divides audiences into three positions: dominant hegemony, negotiation and opposition. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews. The results of this study show that the negotiation position is the most dominant, because the informants had personal experiences regarding parental infedelity. Meanwhile, the positions of dominant hegemony and the position opposition doesnt dominate in every informations. This classification aims to make researcher know the receptions of adolescent in Jakarta regarding parental infedelity by Harta Tahta Wanita.

Abstract

This research was conducted to design a new trainee acceptance system for Enigma Camp. Enigma previously used a conventional system where the process of accepting trainees was done manually, the obstacle of this system was that it was inefficient in time, cost and labor. The purpose of this research is to design a new web-based system that can be used for uploading trainee data, carrying out tests, and delivering results in one platform. The research method used is a prototype system development method with UML (Unified Modeling Language), Diagrams used in UML, namely: use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The results of the study enable Enigma Camp to run the process of accepting trainees more easily, increase cost and labor efficiency, and reduce human error.

Abstract

SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta is one of the schools where the scheduling process at this school is still done manually by holding meetings first, so that the preparation of subject schedules takes a long time. In the student attendance process and the recapitulation of attendance data is still done manually, namely by recording in the attendance book, so that there is a risk of recording errors, duplicating or manipulating data. This study aims to build a web-based school attendance and scheduling information system at SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta with a prototyping system development method and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the activities that users can perform in the system. System development and programming using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. System testing uses black-box-testing. The result of this research is that the system can make it easier for the school to arrange subject schedules and the student attendance process at SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Amos Indah Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Distributing the questionnaire as many as 197 respondents were employees at PT.Amos Indah Indonesia who had met several criteria. This study uses hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression tests that are processed using the SPSS v.25 program. The results showed that, Work Stress and Work Discipline had a significant effect on Work Productivity, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Banking competition is getting tighter so that each bank focuses on service communication strategies to provide good service for customers. In this case study, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Kelapa Gading has an annual service quality assessment. In 2018-2019, the value of branch service quality decreased. This research uses communication strategy theory with qualitative methodology and descriptive case studies. Data were obtained by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews with informants from PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Kelapa Gading, literature studies, and documentation studies. The results of this research discuss customer service communication strategies in serving customers which include how to deliver messages, selection of communication media, methods of delivering messages and grouping customer categories. From the implementation of this communication strategy, customer service can get a value of 5 (very satisfied). Suggestions from the research are expected to maintain a very satisfied value and improve facilities at the branch.

Abstract

Broadcasters is a broadcast style created by broadcasters so that the programs they deliver have their own characteristics. Elgangga Radio's a Betawi accent as his trademark and builds Radio Elgangga's Brand Awareness as a dangdut radio. The purpose of this study was to determine how air personality is formed to build brand awareness in Radio Elgangga 100.3 FM. This study uses Ben G. Hennke's theory which states that the strategies that must be owned include Communication of Ideas, Communication of Personality, Projection of personality, Pronounciation, Voice Control. This study uses a post-positivistic paradigm with a descriptive qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the way to communicate with Elgangga Radio broadcasters was using Betawi language to build chemistry or closeness in greeting listeners. So that programs on Radio Elgangga always have loyal listeners.
