KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology makes business actors have to follow developments that occur in the entrepreneurial environment. In this research, we do a website-based inventory design at Toko Yuda. The inventory system in the store is still done manually, so this study aims to build an inventory system at Yuda Stores web-based, to cover the process of incoming goods, outgoing goods, recording. The research method used is the development of a prototyping system that includes system analysis using cross-functional diagrams. The modeling in this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), this development system is built with a MySQL database and PHP programming and using Black Box testing. The purpose of this system is to make it easier for users to record inventory activities at Yuda's store and print goods reports. The result of this research is that the system has been successfully built based on the design of business requirements and provides functions that facilitate the storage process.

Abstract

An operational system is a system that is used to simplify and speed up operational processes that occur by recording everything in the system and storing it in a database. That way the data will always be recorded, stored properly, will not be lost and can be used anytime when needed. This research was conducted to develop an operational system that already exists but is not optimal in use, because the process of creating documents manually will be very difficult when creating and storing them, this system should be able to automate the process. Interview and observation methods were used by researchers to collect the data needed to conduct this research. This research produces a proposed system that can be applied to maximize system performance to assist and be useful in operational processes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, discipline, career development, and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This study uses a field research method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by the employee analyst unit of PT XYZ, with a population of 51 employees. The sampling method used is Non-Probablity sampling with saturated sampling with a total of 51 employees with data collection techniques using path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance, there is a negative effect of Discipline on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance and simultaneously Communication, Discipline, Career Development, and Work Motivation have an influence on Employee Performance of PT XYZ.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Under Armour brand apparel for consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which is distributed to 260 respondents. Based on the results of the research carried out, the findings were that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Under Armour apparel. The price variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality variables and price variables together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The mother figure is a very important figure and also has a big role in the family. In the Dancow Fortigro advertisement entitled “My mother is different, but #LoveBundaSempurna” the figure of a mother with a visual disability appears predominately. This study aims to determine the construction of the figure of a mother with visual disabilities who appears in Dancow Fortigro's advertisement entitled "My Mother is Different, but #CintaBundaSempurna" by using the constructivism paradigm. This study was examined using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis, which has three elements of meaning, namely sign, object, and interpretant. The results of this study found that the figure of a mother with disabilities in the Dancow Fortigro ad has maternal instincts, continues to play a domestic role, has independence, educates children to be independent, and still needs help from others.

Abstract

The openness of information is still not able to run optimally in meeting the needs of the community. This indicates the need for increased access to information provided by public bodies. PPID Ministry of Communication and Information is one of the public bodies that can realize the openness of public information. This research aims to find out the communication strategy of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of the Ministry of Communication and Information in disseminating public information. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods. Data collection techniques in the form of observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. The theory used by this research is systems theory. The results showed the communication strategy carried out by public bodies, namely ppid ministry of communication and information in disseminating public information through five stages. The planning is expected to run optimally on the ground so that the public can meet the needs of accurate, transparent, and accountable public information. Furthermore, at the end of the implementation of public information disclosure will hold a public satisfaction index (IKM) supsi aimed to be able to measure the extent of the success of public service programs that have been run.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and capital intensity on tax agressiveness in mining compannies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses quantitative research methods using secondary data. The population in this study uses mining companies listed on the IDX. The sample in this study totaled 20 companies with the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that profitability has a negative effect on tax aggressiveness, liquidity has a negative effect on tax agressivenness, leverage has a negative effect on tax agressivenness, capital intensity has no effect on tax agrressiveness,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and ISO 9001 production SOP on the quality of work of employees in a rubber company. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was condcted with the unit analysis of Rubber Companies, with a population of 41 people. The sampling method used is Non-Probability sampling, with a saturated sample type, sampling with a total of 41 respondents, with a questionnaire data collection technique. Data processing method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that there is a significant effect of occupational health on employee work quality, there is a significant effect of ISO 9001 production SOP on employee work quality, and there is a significant simultaneous influence between occupational health variables and ISO 9001 production SOP on employee work quality.

Abstract

The increasing interest in sports in the community at this time is evidenced by the increasing number of field rental businesses. In fact, there are still many field rentals who still implement manual ordering and booking systems, such as coming directly to the location or by telephone. Manual field ordering is considered ineffective because there is a high probability of human error occurring which makes some ordering processes not work properly such as inaccurate information, and there are two orders at one time. The research objective is to produce a system that is used to place online field orders. The development method used is Waterfall, with Unified Modelling Language (UML) system modelling, Hypertext Pre-processor (PHP) system programming, database using MySQL and system testing using Black Box Testing. Data was collected by observing, interviewing and studying literature. This research produces a web-based field ordering information system that can be used by field managers and tenants according to functionality requirements.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country is intensively developing infrastructure in variousregions to support economic and socio-cultural development. In essence, all developments carried out will be financed by the State Budget (APBN) and the Regional Budget (APBD) which comes from state tax revenue. Tax is a very basicthing, in the procedure for collecting taxes mustbe based on laws and regulations. In essence, those who bear the tax burden are the people. The issue of tax base and tax rate must gothrough the consent of the people represented bythe people's representative institution and theresult of the approval is described in a law thatmust be obeyed by all parties subject to taxobligations. In the Self Assessment systemeverything related to the amount of tax payable must be left entirely to the taxpayer and the success of this Self Assessment System dependslargely on the compliance of the taxpayer.
