Abstract

A website requires an attractive design so that users can be comfortable and interested in processing the information contained on the website. User interface and user experience are two important things that cannot be separated in the design process of a digital product. This study discusses the problems faced by website users of PT. Inti Diva Mandiri. This study aims to solve the problem with a solution in the form of an interface design. This research uses qualitative research methods. Researchers used the design thinking method as a data processing method. In the data processing stage, the researcher used figma and user experience questionnaire (UEQ) as testing instruments. The results of the study are prototypes and UEQ predicate values.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create an e-commerce for selling pump products for PT. Grahanindo Mecanitron. The current working system, which has not yet adopted modern technology, can cause disruptions in the buying and selling process. Therefore, this application is created to facilitate the company in processing pump sales. The method used to build this application is the Scrum method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling and MERN Stack with Chakra UI styling for application development. The application is tested using black box testing. The result of this research is a web-based e-commerce application.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based club profile application for the FAST Pulomas club. At present, the FAST Pulomas club does not yet have a portal that provides club information digitally, and the promotion process is still being carried out word-to-mouth. Therefore, this application was designed and developed to promote the club and create an official website to provide information about the club. The software development life cycle used the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the Unified Model Language (UML) as the modeling system. Laravel used a framework in it’s development. The black box testing results show that all the application functionalities work as expected. And based on the user experience testing, it shows that the application provides positive results.

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance at PT. XYZ. The research method used is quantitative, employing numerical data analysis and statistics. A conceptual model is utilized as a diagram depicting the relationships among the factors that affect employee performance. The dependent variable studied is employee performance (Y). The results of the study reveal that motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance, while work discipline does not have a significant positive influence on employee performance. However, when considered together, motivation and work discipline have a significant impact on employee performance. Based on the research findings, it is recommended for the company to ensure a proper balance between wages and employee performance, encourage measured innovation and risk-taking, effectively manage time and target achievement, and prioritize employee development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth variables through promotions on social media. The use of social media to market products is very interesting to observe, especially in terms of looking at customer behavior. The sample for this research is consumers who have purchased Somethinc products, who have seen promotions on social media about Somethinc products and are active followers of Somethinc social media. The sample for carrying out this research test was 100 people who were calculated using the hair formula. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, f tests and t tests. The results of the following research show that the electronic word of mouth variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Social media promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The influence variables of electronic word of mouth and promotions on social media jointly influence purchasing decisions. Suggestions for Somethingc to improve e-WOM, promotions on social media to increase purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Indonesia's failure to host the U20 World Cup was conveyed by players from the Indonesian U20 National Team following Rosi's YouTube video content on Kompas TV. The aim of this research is to find out the meaning of members of The Jakmania regarding Indonesia's cancellation of hosting the U20 World Cup in Indonesia in Rosi's talk show. The research method used in the research is the audience reception analysis method. The theory used in this research is Stuart Hall's Encoding-Decoding Theory. This research approach uses qualitative descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research showed that five informants were in the Dominant Hegemony position regarding the discussion of Indonesia's failure to host the U20 World Cup, one informant was in the Negotiation position regarding the discussion of Indonesia's future opportunities to host the World Cup and three informants were in the Opposition position regarding the discussion of the impact of PSSI after failed to host the U20 World Cup.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of education level, accounting comprehension, and SAK EMKM socialization on MSMEs’ financial report preparation in North Cikarang. Data from 104 MSME actors were collected via purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression with STATA 16. The results show that accounting comprehension and SAK EMKM socialization have a significant positive effect, while education level does not. These findings highlight the need for practical training and SAK EMKM dissemination to enhance MSMEs’ financial reporting transparency and accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to build sentiment analysis application using Naïve Bayes method to analyze public view about an application called PeduliLindungi, and measure it’s accuracy by using twitter dataset. PeduliLindungi is an application developed by the government in order to track and stop Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). The dataset used in this study is collected by using crawling method with Tweepy. Collected dataset will then go through data pre-processing and labeled by using VADER in order to separate it into positive and negative sentiments. The data will be weighted based on the frequency of its occurrence in all tweets using the TF-IDF method. The weighted data will then be classified using the Naïve Bayes method. This research used the incremental method both in model and software development. The results obtained in this study is a model with an accuracy score of 85% and an average precision, recall, and f1-score of 85%.

Abstract

The study of this research is to determine the impact of corporate size, leverage, profitability, and sales growth on tax avoidance among listed property and real estate companies in Indonesia from 2017 – 2020. The research uses secondary data from exchange listed financial statements. This study uses secondary data on the financial statement on listed of property and real estate from. The sample were drawn using a targeted sampling technique. The population was 98 companies, the sample was 21 companies, and there were 84 observation. Data anaylisis used panel data regression with the Stata 16 program. The result show that company size and sales growth have a positive and insignificant impact on the tax avoidance. ROA and DER have a negative impact on the tax avoidance.

Abstract

Taxes is one of sources income for countries, in which taxes contribute 71% of total revenue. Taxes are considered as a burden by the company, it is necessary to do a strategy to reduce the tax burden. Reducing the tax will cause companies to be aggressive towards taxes. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and company size on tax aggressiveness in consumer goods subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017-2021. The type of data used in this study is secondary data from financial statements and company annual reports sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 120 based on certain criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using the Stata 17 program. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and firm size have no significant effect with a negative direction on tax aggressiveness. While, leverage leads to a positive direction and has no significant effect on tax aggressiveness.
