Abstract

This article is explain of ritual commucation pilgrim "ngalap berkah" in the Kemukus mountain, ethnographic study of communication about cultural tourism zone ritual pilgrimage in Mount Kemukus, Pendem Village, District Sumber Lawang, Sragen, Central Java. The results showed that for the local community a message of what is hidden behind this ritual is still ambiguity. But in the process of social interaction between indigenous communities with immigrant communities, both in terms of livelihoods, different behavior patterns, causing local people trying to accept changes to the meaning of "ngalap berkah". It is caused when the pilgrimage locations have changed or constructed for tourist commodification, and is thought to enhance the growth of local economies, which have an impact on improving social and economic conditions of the communities in Pendem.

Abstract

The Thousand Islands are islands that are famous for their maritime territory. Development through cultural values in these islands needs to be done, namely with a technological approach. The technological aspect approach as an information center from the results of the internalization of maritime culture with local wisdom, cultural value products can produce products in the form of physical, which consists of art, culinary, building art (architecture) and non-physical in the form of maritime norms and values, which then become an attraction for information both from the element of tourism and the implementation of maritime culture which has economic value. The research method used qualitative with the technique of collecting through interviews, observation and document study. The results of this study indicate that the community development program is an important factor in increasing the capacity of the community through the formation of public awareness by forming behavior patterns in the application of a sustainable maritime culture, which can make the community prosperous. This is in line with the strengthening of the people of Kelapa Island, with the awareness of having a maritime area, it will develop the spirit to defend the maritime area, which is in accordance with the characteristics of Kelapa Island, so that it can improve the welfare of its people, through people's economic efforts with marine production and development of social aspects. , physically and culturally, will be created. However, maritime culture technology is needed which will produce a community-based information network prototype, as a means of information about maritime cultural values, so that it will strengthen the coconut island as marine tourism in accordance with local wisdom.

Abstract

The development of tourism in Indonesia is currently experiencing a significant increase every year. This also affects the industrial development of food and beverage services. These services can usually be a restaurants coffee shops and cake shops. In general Journal of Indonesian Tourism and policy Studies Vol. 3 No. 1 ISSN 2541-5360 restaurants serve processed foods and beverages cooked by the chefs. But in the restaurant Triple Combo also sell a variety of cakes that attract the attention of the public. One of cake enough to be the attraction for tourists who visit is swiss roll cake. To keep the quality of swiss roll cake the main thing to be considered is the aspect of sanitation and hygiene in the process of making it. There are several things that must be considered in this case is the health and hygiene of the chef, the cleanliness of the tools, and the cleanliness of the manufacture site. This is due to the health of consumers who will buy and consume these foods. In collecting data writer use qualitative method in the form of interview and observation. The results of this study indicate that the manufacture of swiss roll cake in Triple Combo has aspects of sanitation and hygiene are quite good and very noticed by the cook.

Abstract

This final project assignment deals with the Invitation of Convention of Rector Indonesia Forum 2017, as well as the obstacles encountered and problem solving. Based on data collection methods used by the author is by way of direct observation to the field and literature study through books and online. The process of this activity is important in the success of the Indonesia Rector Forum Convention 2017, because in it there are several stages which is the standard for distributing invitations.

Abstract

Indonesia International Wedding Festival 2017 is the largest wedding and honeymoon exhibition at the beginning of the year held by Weddingku and Radyatama. Each operation certainly does not escape from the problem, especially in operational aspect. Therefore, the organizer has its own procedures in operational operations. This paper will discuss the operational issues of special hall procedures being undertaken by participants in the operation of their booth. This discussion is required to know anything. The method used in the manufacture and writing of this Final Project Task is a descriptive method through the written or oral words of the people and the behavior observed. I also use observation method that is work practice that exist in PT Dyandra Promosindo. I found the most common issue is marking and electric power. Handling is done to identify the problem and after found the source, direct advance more than ten minutes.

Abstract

The focus of this study is discussing about pre-event exhibition preparation process of universitys in Indonesia Building Technology Expo (Indobuildtech) 2017 PT. Debindo ITE, as well as the implementation and solution for the obstacle. PT. Debindo Gave chances for 23 universities as the exhibitors for indobuildtech to show their works and abilities as a part of the architectural industry which has the same theme as the exhibitor itself.

Abstract

The focus of this study is about Promotional Mix "Halal Tour Packages of South Korea" on Cheria Halal Holiday. The purpose of this study is to know promotional mix activities on Cheria Halal Holiday in marketing "Halal Tour Packages of South Korea" and their obstacles. South Korea became one of the countries that began to develop halal tourism. This is an opportunity for Cheria Halal Holiday to promote South Korea's halal tour packages. In this study using Qualitative Descriptive method by interviewing with resource person and direct observation at Cheria Halal Holiday office. The concepts used in writing are Tourism, Halal Tourism, Tourism Promotion, and Tourism Promotion Mix. Promotion mix is very important to support the sales activities of Cheria Halal Holiday’s packages, for example Halal Tour Packages of South Korea. Based on the observations, Cheria Halal Holiday has done the promotion mix accordance with the concept. Cheria is considered to be able to market South Korea halal tour package products well although still encountered some obstacles such as expensive price. However this does not diminish the interest of the community because of the halal tourist services that become the hallmarks of this product.

Abstract

Batu City is one of the tourist cities in Indonesia that has many tourist destinations, so a POSE strategy is needed to promote Batu City tourist destinations. The management of promotional activities is carried out by stakeholders and the Batu City Tourism Office as direct actors who develop and promote tourist destinations. The concepts used are tourism, strategy, marketing, and promotional media. The method used in this research is qualitative, supported by data sources from observations, interviews and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the POSE strategy is carried out through P (paid media), namely, Agropolitan TV (Local TV), Magazines and billboards, O (own media) through the Official Website (www.batukota.go.id), among applications city, calendar of events, while S (social media) via TikTok, YouTube, blog and Instagram. and E (Endoser), namely Tourism Ambassador. The name of the Tourism Ambassador used is Kangmas Nimas Batu City. POSE is carried out in order to promote tourist destinations in Batu City, each party always collaborates and integrates to achieve the same goals, namely to make Batu City a tourism city that can bring in domestic tourists and also foreign tourists. Suggestions for the future always use a new promotional media strategy in order to achieve the goal of developing Batu City tourism in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The Kota Tua Jakarta area is one of the leading tourist attractions in DKI Jakarta Province based on cultural heritage. Currently, the City Government of DKI Jakarta has carried out a revitalization, namely the construction of a rearrangement of the old city, so that it becomes an urban tourism area in the past (history). The purpose of this research is to build a community empowerment program as a tourist attraction and create a creative economy in Kota Tua. The concepts used are empowerment, community, attraction and creative economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. This research resulted in a community empowerment program, namely building community awareness and communication in creating economic improvements for the welfare of communities around Kota Tua. To realize the need for community information community mapping, namely the initial stage of conducting initial mapping of communities in Kota Tua, designing community empowerment for economic improvement and building the community's creative economy.
