Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of series and the similarities of Air Jordan sneakers so that the series of the Air Jordan sneakers is hard to recognize. Therefore, this research intends to solve the Air Jordan sneakers classification problem with building a web-based application to classify Air Jordan sneakers images. This research aims to develop a web-based software to classify Air Jordan sneakers images. The data that are used in this research are 11641 Air Jordan sneakers images for training and 560 Air Jordan sneakers images for testing with 35 classes. The methods that are used in this research is incremental methods which is made with two increments. The first increment produces a classification model and the second increment produces an application that implemented the classification model. The result of this research is a web-based application that can classify an Air Jordan sneakers image with the output of the predicted series of that Air Jordan sneakers image.

Abstract

Convolutional Neural Network can be implemented on various deep learning approach for scientific or problem solving real world case. This research discusess implementing Convolutional Neural Network for music genre classification. Researcher will classified 8 genres music on this research. Music will be converted first to MFCC so its features can be extracted. Researcher use GTZAN Dataset as the base line for Convolutional Neural Network to learn each feature on a bunch of genres. Validation Accruacy with GTZAN dataset is 79% and Real world classification resulting in 60%. The classification progam can be used on android devices. This research also serve music suggestions based the result of predicted genre.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze effect of tranformational leadership style, organizational culture and employe motivation to employe performance mediated by job performance at PT. PLP Indonesia. The data were obtained from 179 employees working at PLP Indonesia were selected as respondents using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression methods and path analysis which was operated through SPSS Software. The results of this study indicated that Transformational leadership style has no significant effect on job satisfaction (1) and employees’ performance (4). Organizational culture has significant effect on employees’ job satisfaction (2) and employees’ performance (5). Motivation has significant effect on employees’ job satisfaction (3) and meanwhile no significant effect on employees’ performance (6). Job satisfation has significant effect on employees’ performance (7). Job satisfaction mediates the influence of tranformational leadership style (8) and the influence of organizational culture (9) has no significant effect on employees’ performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of work motivations on employees’ performance significantly (10). Transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation simultaneously affect on job satisfaction (11) and affect on employees’ performance (12).

Abstract

Vaccine hoax news circulating on social media Facebook. The hoax news stated that it contained pork oil and microchips thus making people afraid to receive the vaccine. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the Covid-19 vaccine hoax news on people's behavior in Jatinegara Village. This research uses stimulus response theory. The research approach uses quantitative research with an explanatory type. Samples were taken as many as 150 respondents. The researcher concluded that there was an effect of the Covid-19 vaccine hoax news on people's attitudes to receiving vaccines in the Jatinegara village. Based on the data obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire, the hoax news variable shows that people are affected by hoax news. However, the percentage result of 21.3% can be said that the influence of hoax news is not large enough to influence people's attitudes.

Abstract

A single mom performing a dual role is not an easy thing to do, especially in taking care of and raising children alone. A single mom decided to remarry to be one of the realistic choices of a single mom who wants to have a more decent life and still feel safe because she has a companion. The goal is to find out the process of communication between single moms and children about second marriage. The research methods used in this study are observations and in-depth interviews. The theories and concepts used in this study are, uncertainty reduction theory, and the concept of interpersonal communication. The results of this study suggest that closeness between mother and child can determine the good relationship in it. Interpersonal communication carried out by the mother to the child runs effectively because the mother invites the child to communicate face-to-face even though some of the children do not really like the mother's decision.

Abstract

PT ABCD is one of the big companies based in Jakarta. PT ABCD has several branches in several cities. PT ABCD uses Information Technology to run operational activities more effectively. But in these activities, various departments also experience problems caused by user errors or system bugs. Therefore, the IT team has a helpdesk division that functions as the first person to be contacted if users experience problems. To make reports of problems experienced by users more effectively, a web-based support ticketing application is designed. The function of the application is that reporting can be done so that it can be reported to superiors and this incident does not occur if the same incident occurs with the helpdesk team knowing what the solution is. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the promotion strategy and price on Indihome buying interest in the North Jakarta Region. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 23 program. The sample taken is 110 respondents. This study uses quantitative research methods, and with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set and can determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The method that will be used by researchers for data collection is obtained by giving several questions to respondents through questionnaires. using a Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that the Promotion Strategy had no and significant effect on Buying Interest, Price had an effect on Buying Interest, and Promotion and Price Strategy had an effect on buying interest in the North Jakarta area.Keywords: Promotion Strategy, Price, Buying Interest.

Abstract

The SAPA MANTAN program highlights the conflict and drama of the love story experienced by the character concerned. Various kinds of responses were expressed by young people on social media regarding the SAPA MANTAN broadcast, some of the young people liked the show with this theme, but some did not like it. This study aims to determine the effect of the DGITM Radio Prambors Program on Adolescent Listening Interests in Jakarta. This study uses a positivistic paradigm with a quantitative approach by using questionnaires as a survey method. This study uses stimulus response theory by testing the Pearson's Correlation Product Moment correlation with a sig value of 0.811, which means that there is a positive relationship between variables X and Y, in linear calculations it is stated that variable X has an effect on variable Y with <0.05. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the proportion of variable X in influencing Variable Y is 65.8% while 34.2% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of salary and work motivation on teacher productivity.The conceptual model is a summary of a thought, the relationship between the variables. In this research, the researcher used variables namely, the effect of salary, work motivation, and productivity. With the object of research, namely SMA Della Strada teacher. This study uses a quantitative method with saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires via google form to 30 respondents who will be processed using SPSS 25.Based on the results of the research, the following conclusions can be drawn as follows: There is a significant positive effect of salary on teacher productivity at Della Strada High School which means that the more appropriate the salary given, the productivity will increase and vice versa. There is a significant positive effect of motivation on teacher productivity at Della Strada High School which means that the more appropriate the motivation given, the productivity will increase and vice versa. There is a significant effect of motivation on teacher productivity at SMA Della Strada. Salary and motivation variables can affect productivity by 61.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine how the effect of profitability, earnings management, and firm size on tax avoidance. the population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017. Sample selection method using purposive sampling method in the selection of samples and obtained the number of research samples as many as 65 companies with a total of 260 observational data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results show that partially earnings management affects tax avoidance. Profitability and company size do not affect tax avoidance. Simultaneously profitability, earnings management, and company size do not affect tax avoidance
