Abstract

Pocari Sweat advertises using anime media and gets 15 million views on YouTube, from the pre-survey it is known that respondents are interested in anime advertising rather than the advertising product. This study aims to find out how much Content Marketing has an effect on Purchase Intention, how much Content Marketing has an effect on Emotional Marketing, how much Emotional Marketing has an effect on Purchase Intention and how much Emotional Marketing intervenes in the influence of Content Marketing on Purchase Intention. This research method uses a quantitative approach method and the Probability Sampling method in sampling respondents. The results of this study are content marketing has a positive and significant relationship to Purchase Intention, content marketing has a positive and significant relationship to emotional marketing, emotional marketing has a positive and significant relationship to Purchase Intention, Emotional Marketing intervenes in the influence of Content Marketing on Buying Interest by The value of the indirect influence of Content Marketing through Emotional Marketing on Purchase Interest is 0.363 > from the direct influence with a value of 0.273

Abstract

Permasalahan bahan baku adalah masalah sentral dalam proses produksi. Untuk mengatasinya, pada tingkat perusahaan pihak manajemen perlu mengadopsi keutamaan dari konsep-konsep modern seperti EOQ, MRP, JIT atau SCM. Jika kelangkaan bahan disebabkan oleh kelangkaan bahan di pasar bahan itu sendiri, maka diperlukan kerjasama dari semua pihak terkait yang tertuang dalam Grand Strategic Management. Di Indonesia pada umumnya, masalah kelangkaan bahan masih diatasi secara parsial.Tata kelalola bahan baku belum dijalankan secara terpadu. Resiko bisnis masih tinggi. Diperlukan pembenahan pasar bahan baku terutama pada bahan baku strategis. Pembenahan dilakukan pada tingkat strukur, pelaksanaan serta kinerja pasar bahan, sehingga berimbas pada kelancaran proses produksi di tingkat perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning and growth mindset to workforce agility at Insurance Company XYZ. This study using qualitative approach as well as observation and interview to collect data and information about the problems that might be happen. This study conducted interviews with 5 persons who are the employees of Insurance Company XYZ.In this study it was found that there were various positive and negative impacts. Even tho, the results of this study show that e-learning and growth mindset have an effect on workforce agility at Insurance Company XYZ. Therefore, the researcher give the suggestion for Insurance Company XYZ is to always empower, motivate and provide moral support for the employees to be able to provide the best for the company and not give up easily at work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence servicescape and service quality on customer emotion through customer satisfaction at the coffee square. This research is a quantitative approach using the SPSS Statistics 20 program with a total sample of 185 respondents whose people live in Jadebek who have eaten or drank at Alun Alun Coffee by using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this research t test shows that servicescape directly affects customer emotion with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t value of 3.463> 1.973 so that servicescape is very important for Alun-Alun Coffee. Service quality variables have a direct effect on customer emotion with a significance value of 0.000> 0.05 and a t value of 10.745> 1.973 which means that partially service quality variables have a positive effect on customer emotion at Alun Alun Coffee. Meanwhile, servicescape directly affects customer emotion through customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000> 0.05 and a t value of 4.598> 1.973. The benefit of this research for Alun Alun Coffee is as input or evaluation in order to maintain and improve facilities and service quality to compete with other competitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to investigate and compare prices and service quality on customer satisfaction of XXI Cinemas and CGV Cinemas in the DKI Jakarta province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to consumers of XXI Cinemas and CGV Cinemas in the DKI Jakarta province. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents to Cinema XXI and 60 respondents to Cinema CGV. The results of this study indicate that the better the service quality, the more satisfied consumers will be. The results of this study can be a reference for companies that manage XXI Cinemas and CGV Cinemas to continuously improve service quality and apply prices according to the benefits that consumers get. This is expected to increase consumer satisfaction in both cinemas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP), Motivasi Kerja, dan tambahan variabel moderasi yaitu Sistem Manajemen Iuran Terintegrasi (SIMANIS) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) Telecollecting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan IBM SPSS 26.0 Statistic For Windows 10 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan melakukan pengujian koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Lalu, uji regresi moderasi dengan membandingkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebelum dan sesudah adanya variabel moderasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari hasil kuesioner yang diisi oleh 202 responden yaitu PTT Telecollecting dan data primer dari hasil wawancara dengan PTT Telecollecting dan Peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja PTT Telecollecting. Abstract

A product is anything that can be offered to a market for attention, acquisition, use, or consumption that can satisfy a consumer want or need. The problem in this research is to determine purchasing decisions in the shoe industry, especially Compass shoes. For this reason, the method chosen in this research is quantitative with the help of surveys carried out in the data collection process. The results of this research reveal that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the product quality variable on the decision to purchase Compass shoes among students in Jakarta, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the product innovation variable on the decision to purchase Compass shoes among students in Jakarta, (3) there is a positive and significant influence jointly between product quality and product innovation variables on the decision to purchase Compass shoes among students in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether service quality, brand image, and consumer perceptions of pricing, affect consumers' intentions to repurchase Golden Lamian goods. Consumers of these products who responded to a survey were asked for information. The link between the independent factors (brand image, pricing perception, and service quality) and the dependent variable (repurchase intention) was investigated using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's conclusions show that repurchase intention is highly influenced by pricing perception, brand image, and service quality. The management implications of these results can help businesses improve their customer service and marketing plans to win over more customers to Golden Lamian products.

Abstract

The development of health technology driving the development of regenerative medicine such as cell therapy faces many challenges including during clinical trials for Covid-19 patients. This research aims to analyze the stem cells’s product development concepts related to Resource-based view and Stage-gate model, including appropriate development to minimize failure, as well as analyzing development challenges. Qualitative data was obtained from literature, observation and in-depth interviews with informants from the industrial, hospital and regulatory sectors in a semi-structured pattern. Analysis using N-Vivo produced seven themes, including development concept, strategy to minimize failure, and the development’s challenges. It was found that QbD principles were followed, but trial failure still occurs resulted from the un-focus gate in the Stage-gate model perspective, less RND organizing and firm capability. Broad differentiation strategy supported by continuous innovation and costs focus are important in business sustainability to overcome challenges involving managing and organizing firm’s resources to create valuable, rare, inimitable, non-substitutable resources and capabilities.

Abstract

The strategy in determining a company’s debt policy must be considered wisely to avoid the risk of bankruptcy in the future. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity, and asset structure on company debt policy. This research use quantitative methods with purposive sampling criteria as the basis for selecting data samples. The data collection method in this research uses observation of published financial report. The number of samples in this research was 66 sample obtained from 16 industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Later, the data will be processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software as a useful program to assist writers in processing various data. The result of this research show that profitability has a negative and significant influence on debt policy, liquidity also has a negative and significant influence on debt policy, while asset structure apparently does not have a significant influence on debt policy.
