Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether service quality, brand image, and consumer perceptions of pricing, affect consumers' intentions to repurchase Golden Lamian goods. Consumers of these products who responded to a survey were asked for information. The link between the independent factors (brand image, pricing perception, and service quality) and the dependent variable (repurchase intention) was investigated using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's conclusions show that repurchase intention is highly influenced by pricing perception, brand image, and service quality. The management implications of these results can help businesses improve their customer service and marketing plans to win over more customers to Golden Lamian products.

Abstract

The development of health technology driving the development of regenerative medicine such as cell therapy faces many challenges including during clinical trials for Covid-19 patients. This research aims to analyze the stem cells’s product development concepts related to Resource-based view and Stage-gate model, including appropriate development to minimize failure, as well as analyzing development challenges. Qualitative data was obtained from literature, observation and in-depth interviews with informants from the industrial, hospital and regulatory sectors in a semi-structured pattern. Analysis using N-Vivo produced seven themes, including development concept, strategy to minimize failure, and the development’s challenges. It was found that QbD principles were followed, but trial failure still occurs resulted from the un-focus gate in the Stage-gate model perspective, less RND organizing and firm capability. Broad differentiation strategy supported by continuous innovation and costs focus are important in business sustainability to overcome challenges involving managing and organizing firm’s resources to create valuable, rare, inimitable, non-substitutable resources and capabilities.

Abstract

The strategy in determining a company’s debt policy must be considered wisely to avoid the risk of bankruptcy in the future. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity, and asset structure on company debt policy. This research use quantitative methods with purposive sampling criteria as the basis for selecting data samples. The data collection method in this research uses observation of published financial report. The number of samples in this research was 66 sample obtained from 16 industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Later, the data will be processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software as a useful program to assist writers in processing various data. The result of this research show that profitability has a negative and significant influence on debt policy, liquidity also has a negative and significant influence on debt policy, while asset structure apparently does not have a significant influence on debt policy.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the number of displayed products, geographical location, and number of providers on transactions in the Platform Marketplace XYZ. Using documentation method, data from 2020 to 2022 were analyzed in depth. The results of descriptive analysis show a growth trend in the number of displayed products, providers, and transactions on the platform. Gorontalo province emerged as the region with the highest transaction value. This research provides insights into the factors affecting e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, particularly on the Platform Marketplace XYZ, and offers valuable insights for the development of more effective marketing strategies. It is hoped that the findings of this study can serve as a reference for other researchers in the field of e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of service quality & brand image on customer loyalty through Nagadigit customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method using SPSS. This research technique uses survey research techniques with online questionnaire distribution data collection methods. The sampling technique used was the Slovin technique with 94 respondents. This study uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions and hypotheses. In the hypothesis test, the results of the path analysis test conducted show that the effect of service quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on customer loyalty (Z) through customer satisfaction (Y) has a smaller coefficient when compared to the effect of service quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on customer loyalty (Z) directly, so that customer satisfaction (Y) cannot be an intervening variable between service quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on customer loyalty (Z).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social media marketing, product quality on purchasing decisions through interest as an intervening in Eldra Pratama stores. This study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests both partial and simultaneous with the help of the SPSS version 22. A sample of 122 respondents was taken. The study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between social media marketing, product quality and purchasing decisions through interest as an intervention in the Eldra Pratama store.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the quality of e-ticketing, price and attraction affect consumer satisfaction at Dunia Fantasi, North Jakarta. An associative quantitative approach was used, which involved analyzing the relationship between two variables through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 respondents who were consumers who had purchased tickets to Dunia Fantasi North Jakarta. This research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, main testing and hypothesis testing. The sampling method used was non-probability using a purposive sampling method. Researchers processed the data using SPSS 22. The survey distributed by the author was a questionnaire using Google from to 115 respondents online. Based on the hypothesis in the t test, overall e-ticketing quality, price and attraction together have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi pencapaian target produksi overburden pada kontraktor pertambangan batubara, PT XYZ. perusahaan ini menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai target produksi overburden di salah satu lokasi operasionalnya. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan dengan kualifikasi khusus dan berbagai latar belakang di industri pertambangan. Pendekatan strategis dalam penelitian ini mengikuti kerangka konsep Fred David, dengan tujuan membantu mengukur ulang strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai target produksinya. Melalui metode pengumpulan data kualitatif, termasuk observasi dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi nuansa tantangan produksi overburden. Perspektif informan, mulai dari peran manajerial hingga keahlian teknis, memberikan wawasan berharga tentang kompleksitas industri pertambangan. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang berkontribusi pada ketidakcapaian target produksi overburden. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang diimplementasikan untuk PT XYZ untuk mengatur ulang strateginya, mengatasi ketidakefisienan operasional, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kemampuannya mencapai target produksi overburden.

Abstract

Currently, many companies do not know about the Deaf disability and do not understand how to implement recruitment procedure for Deaf workers. Because it is difficult to get work everywhere and because of the lack of knowledge regarding the recruitment process for works with disabilities. The aim of this research is to improve strategies for improving accessibility aspects to facilitate the interview process with Deaf applicants. This research was carried out using the Nvivo application using a qualitative approach to interview transcript data so that the results could be known after carrying out interviews with six people. However, the findings concluded that various companies did not provide knowledge or awareness of Deaf disabilities, so they did not seek information about people with disabilities, including Deaf disabilities, which made the interview process with Deaf candidates less smooth.

Abstract

Intense competition among schools during the enrollment period for new students is experienced by XYZ School, specifically SMP Katolik within the XYZ Association located in Koja, North Jakarta. This competition is evidenced by the trend of new student registrations towards the end of the enrollment period. It compels XYZ School to increase the number of new student admissions through the influence of Digital marketing and Customer experience, aiming to stimulate parents' interest in decision-making. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of Digital marketing and Customer experience on influencing parents' interest in decision-making. The study population comprises 318 student’s parents. This research is quantitative, employing inferential statistical analysis and descriptive statistics. The results indicate that Digital marketing does not have a significant influence on parents' interest in registering their children at SMP XYZ, with direct and indirect impact values of 0.06 and 0.03, respectively. Conversely, Customer experience significantly influences parents' interest in deciding to enroll their children at SMP XYZ, with direct and indirect impacts of 0.33 and 0.57, respectively. Therefore, the school can establish a dedicated digital marketing division with research and development teams on creating compelling enrollment content.
