Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Orientama Prosperous Eternal. The population in this study were employees of PT. Orientama Prosperous Eternal. Sampling technique using saturated samples. The analytical method used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of PT. Orientama Prosperous Eternal. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) show that the workload variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable. This is indicated by the t arithmetic value of 3.375 > t table 1.984 which is greater than t table. Likewise, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance variables with t count 4.855 > t table 1.984 which is greater than t table. Abstract

Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return On Assets (ROA) on stock return of in food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period, Partial. The sample in this study is the food and beverage subsector company proposed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique, and obtained a sample of 18 companies. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that the partial NPM and ROA variables affect stock returns, and the CR and EPS does not affect stock returns. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-squared) obtained a value of 0.159, this value explains the variables CR, EPS, NPM, and ROA has effect on stock return on food and beverage company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2018 amounted 15.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions and to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for goox shoes. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study is the whole. while the sample that meets the criteria for sampling the observations made amounted to100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. Partially it is known that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for goox shoes where it is obtained (tcount.6,692) > (ttabel 1,984) and sig 0.000 <0.05. Partially it is known that the price has a positive and significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (tcount.4.453) > (ttabel 1.984) and the sig. 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, it is known that product quality and price have a significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (Fcount.37.694) > (Ftabel 3.09) and sig 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to understand the effect of quality product and relationship marketing towards customer satisfaction Ngemil Banana Chips. The data on this research is using quantitative metods with saturated sampling with the criteria that consumed product and as reseller Ngemil Banana Chips. A sample this research is 60 respondents. Multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test which is done by using SPSS 25 is applied as the data technique. The result of this research show that the quality product has effect customer satisfaction with significant score of 0.001 < 0.05, relationship marketing has effect customer satisfaction with significant score of 0.027 < 0.05, and also quality product and relationship marketing simultaneously effect the customer satisfaction with fscore >ftable or 38.514 > 3.16.

Abstract

This Study aims to be able to know and analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency, activities on profitability in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population of this study are all conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The number of samples of this study are 10 convensional bankslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 that meet the criteria for a complete and periodic quarterly financial report in 2015-2019. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis which was tested using Eviews version 9. The result of this study indicate that Liquidity, Solvency, Activities affects the rentability of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the social media marketing, service quality, and location on purchasing decisions on Sate Taichan Goreng. This study uses a nonprobability sampling technique. The results of 132 respondents who processed using the SPSS Statistics 13 program showed that social media marketing variables influence purchasing decisions with a calculated T value> T table = 4.242> 1.978. Service quality variable influences the purchase decision with the calculated T value> T table = 2.710> 1.978. Location variable influences the purchase decision with a calculated T value> T table = 4.316> 1.978. Variables of social media marketing, service quality, and location simultaneously influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value> F table = 4.695> 2.675. This explains that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that social media marketing, service quality, and location variables affect purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and product knowledge on purchase decisions of mika ramen kari with purchase intention as an intervening variable. There are four variables in this study, namely social media marketing, product knowledge, purchase decisions and purchase intention. This study uses quantitative methods using purposive sampling technique which is part of non-probability sampling. The questionnaire was distributed using google form with a sample of 180 respondents who were people who knew and had consumed mika ramen kari. The tests used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis test. The results showed that the variables of social media marketing and product knowledge had an effect on purchasing decisions and buying interest. But the buying interest variable as an intervening variable does not mediate between the independent variable and the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy on firm value in healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 14 companies. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis on panel data, namely classical assumption test, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing. The results show that: 1) profitability has no effect on firm value, 2) liquidity has no effect on firm value, 3) dividend policy affects firm value, 4) profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy simultaneously affect firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and price on purchasing decisions for Lacoco en Nature products. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling through distributing questionnaires to 165 who had seen the content of local skincare brand Tiktok, and had used Lacoco en Nature stain or scar removal products. Data processing techniques in this study using multiple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that product quality affects purchasing decisions, promotions affect purchasing decisions, and price affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and activity on firm value with profitability as intervening variables. The research population is the food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. This study use quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from financial statements and use panel data. There are 23 samples from purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed: liquidity have no effect on firm value, solvency have an effect on firm value, activities have an effect on firm value, liquidity have a significant effect on profitability, solvency have no effect on profitability, activity have a significant effect on profitability, profitability have an effect on firm value, profitability can mediate liquidity on firm value, profitability is not able to mediate solvency on firm value, and profitability can mediate activity on firm value.
