Abstract

SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya (SMAN 12 Surabaya), known as "SMANDALAS," was established in 1982. Initially, learning activities were carried out in the SDN Pakal 1 No. 119 building, Benowo, for one year while waiting for the construction of the permanent building to be completed. This school is also equipped with adequate bathroom facilities for all school residents, a health unit room, meeting room, hall, green house, fish pond, fish pond and school garden. MAN 12 has achieved many achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. This is inseparable from the good cooperation between school leaders, teachers, employees, students and guardians. Every leader who leads at SMAN 12 Surabaya has a program that supports the achievements of students and teachers. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population of the study were teachers at SMAN 12 Surabaya. The selection of respondents was carried out using the saturated non-probability sampling method with a total of 74 respondents. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study showed that the variables of self-leadership, work ability, and organizational climate had an effect on burnout and teacher performance at SMAN 12 Surabaya.

Abstract

Public transportation is a primary necessity for supporting daily activities in Denpasar City. One mode of transport that plays a strategic role is the Trans Sarbagita Bus. As a mass transportation service, this bus system is expected to provide effective, efficient, and affordable mobility. This study aims to analyze: (1) public perception of the effectiveness of the Trans Sarbagita Bus service; (2) the simultaneous effect of accessibility, punctuality, and ticket price on service effectiveness; (3) the partial effect of each of these variables; and (4) the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the Trans Sarbagita Bus system. A quantitative method with an associative approach was employed. Data were collected from 105 active respondents through observation, interviews, and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The findings show that: (1) public perception is generally positive, especially in terms of comfort and safety, although accessibility and punctuality remain suboptimal; (2) accessibility, punctuality, and ticket price simultaneously have a significant effect on service effectiveness; (3) each of these variables also has a positive and significant partial effect; and (4) strengths lie in low fares and safety, while key weaknesses include limited access and delays. Opportunities stem from policy support and rising public awareness, whereas threats include the dominance of private vehicles and low intermodal integration. It is recommended that the government enhance public transport campaigns through media and community partnerships, as well as expand bus stop access and intermodal connectivity to improve service effectiveness.

Abstract

In the digital era, savings and loan cooperatives are required to manage their finances efficiently and accountably through the implementation of effective accounting information systems (AIS). AIS plays a crucial role in producing accurate, timely, and reliable financial reports. However, many cooperatives in Denpasar City continue to face challenges such as delayed reporting and low-quality financial information, despite having adopted information technology. This study aims to examine the influence of information technology sophistication, skills, and work experience on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The sample consists of 98 cooperative employees who use accounting information systems in their work, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that information technology sophistication, skills, and work experience have a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. This research provides empirical evidence supporting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which emphasizes two main factors influencing technology adoption: perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The findings are expected to contribute to cooperative management development and encourage improvements in human resource capacity and the use of technology to support better financial governance.

Abstract

In recent years, both global and domestic economic uncertainties have increasingly influenced the movement of Indonesia’s JCI and GDP. This study aims to examine how various factors including news sentiment, exchange rates, and interest rates affect the JCI as a proxy for economic growth expectations, and GDP as a reflection of actual economic growth. Using quarterly data from 2016 to 2024, the analysis is conducted through the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to identify both short-term and long-term effects. The results show that these variables collectively have a significant impact on both the JCI and GDP. In the short term, the JCI is found to respond more quickly to changes in information and policy, reinforcing its role as a leading indicator. In contrast, GDP responds more slowly, with exchange rates and the BI interest rate showing a significant influence in the long term. These findings highlight that economic information and policies may affect the financial market and the real economy differently, underscoring the importance of understanding expectation dynamics in assessing the direction of Indonesia’s economic growth.

Abstract

The effectiveness of accounting information systems (AIS) plays a crucial role in sup-porting the smooth recording, processing, and reporting of reliable and timely finan-cial information. AIS effectiveness is a key concern for cooperative managers in en-hancing operational efficiency and decision-making quality. This study aims to empiri-cally examine how work experience, educational background, and managerial support influence the effectiveness of AIS implementation. The research was conducted at savings and loan cooperatives operating in the South Kuta District. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, and data were collected from 54 cooperative employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to process the data. The results indicate that work experience, education level, and managerial support have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of AIS implementation. These findings suggest that the higher the em-ployees’ work experience and education, and the stronger the support from manage-ment, the more effective the AIS implementation within the cooperative environ-ment.

Abstract

Firm value is the investors’ perception of a company's success in maximizing shareholder wealth, which is reflected through its stock price. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), investment decisions, and profitability on firm value in the consumer non-cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period, with leverage as a control variable. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The sample consists of 20 companies selected using purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 60 observations over three years. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that CSR and profitability have a positive affect on firm value, while investment decisions do not have an affect. This study implies that companies need to enhance CSR practices and profitability to improve their firm value in the eyes of investors. Additionally, this study contributes theoretically to the development of literature on the factors influencing firm value and can serve as a reference for future research.
