Abstract

The application of information technology to support a business process should be consistent with the goal to be achieved, for if it is not appropriate it would be risky especially if it was abused. Risk assessment measures are intended to identify the risk profile of information technology, which is then assessed for risk, and then respond to that risk so that there are no adverse effects that such risks can cause. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk management of the college's online learning information system when facing the covid-19 pandemic with the title "College Education Risk Management Analysis Coping With The Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study: Amikom Purwokerto University)". The study uses a method that begins with the data-collection activity of identifying assets and then conducting asset values calculations. If value is obtained, then threat identification and asset deficiencies are made, then conduct business impact analysis, and then next conduct risk level and one last count of risk value to identify asset levels. The results of risk analysis and recommendations for online learning systems at Amikom Purwokerto University are 7 possible risks with high criteria, 1 possible risks with medium levels, and 5 possible risks with low levels.

Abstract

The village service information system is an application to assist the village government in an effort to provide excellent service to the community through the availability of data and is integrated with an information system that is created and developed specifically according to the needs and problems surrounding services in the village government. As in the village of Melung Kec. Cilongok, the application of service information systems in the village aims to grow a sense of self-service technology. The importance of the introduction and application of technology can help Melung Village towards the concept of a smart village in accordance with technological developments that are currently developing rapidly. Because of these possible problems, it is necessary to hold an evaluation by applying the UTAUT2 method model to determine the factors that influence the use of the public service system seen from the independent variables Performance Expectancy (X1), Effort Expectancy (X2), Social Influence (X3), Facilitating Condition (X4), Hedonic Motivation (X5), Price Value (X6), Habit (X7) on the dependent variable Behavioral Intetnion (Y) in implementing the village service system, namely SILANDESI.id so that users can understand and feel comfortable using the village service information system that is in Melung Village, Cilongok District.

Abstract

One of the problems that will be faced by all countries in the face of a pandemic is the problem of food. A pandemic is a condition in which a disease outbreak occurs globally. Problems in food security are the responsibility of the government and must be considered very seriously. The guarantee of food availability is very important because the impact that this problem can cause will be devastating for various sectors. For example in the health sector, when people do not have enough nutrition and food, their immunity will become weak, causing them to fall ill and catch viruses. One of the efforts to ensure the fulfillment or security of food for the entire community is through food security. In today's digital era, this can be done easily using information technology. Information technology can be implemented more deeply with the Luponas (national online food barn) application with the built-in AI capabilities that will help the government and the public to estimate the amount of food needed in each region and provide subsidies accurately and quickly. The RAD method is using in this application.The Lupomas application is implemented in small government groupings such as at the subdistrict and rural area to facilitate monitoring of community food. Abstract

Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is a set of documents that defines every activity, action and procedure that disaster recovery must carry out, continue business processes in a short time and can save assets in information systems during a pandemic. The final result produced is a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) document which contains guidelines for carrying out stages in disaster recovery, policies for carrying out activities, procedures for carrying out activities and forms to fill in the information obtained in recovering when faced with a pandemic using the NIST SP 800-34 standard.

Abstract

The spread of information technology around the world has many changes in systems and lives. Internet technology turns conventional systems into digital systems, where everything becomes efficient and effective. In terms of the utilization of information technology in the Tessellant Instrument Works Music Store, the processing of transaction data is still conventional or uncomputed, therefore data processing is less effective and efficient. The new system proposes an integrated system of online trading and user- friendly. In designing this system, the researchers used six stages in the Spiral method, namely information gathering, planning, analysis, designing, application creation and program testing. Abstract

The purpose of this research to manage order data online and improve customer service using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method. Application built programming languange and database mysql. The research method is by direct observation, interviews, and document analysis. System development methods used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The result of the implementation of the application Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method make it easy for customers to find out what product are being sold and order product quickly. In addition, there is a feature to be able to send notifications to make repayments.

Abstract

The development of information technology takes place rapidly, it is also happening in our beloved country. However, technological growth itself does not always coincide with the maximum application of technology. Lack of application knowledge is the main reason the problem occurs. The same thing also happened to the Office of Religious Affairs in Pamulang District. The Office of Religious Affairs in Pamulang Subdistrict is one of the agencies that uses less technology in terms of the registration process. Where people who want to register for marriage must register manually by going to the office and filling in the registration form and completing the marriage requirement documents. This is a problem because the Covid-19 pandemic has spread widely, knowing that marriage registration is not optimal. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. Therefore, a system has been developed that can assist the process and provide information about marriage registration. The system that will be created is designed to help people carry out web-based marriage registration.
