Abstract

The implementation of Organizational Communication is a critical component in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of health services to military personnel and the community. However, this process is often faced with various complex challenges, which can affect the effectiveness and success of implementation. This paper analyzes the various problems that are often faced in the implementation of Organizational Communication in the workplace environment. Factors such as changes in the business environment, lack of resources, internal organizational dynamics, and lack of stakeholder involvement can hinder the successful implementation of Organizational Communication. In facing these challenges, several strategic solutions are proposed to facilitate a more effective and sustainable implementation of the Organizational Communication concept. By focusing on cross-departmental collaboration, in-depth analysis of market trends, intelligent resource management, and an inclusive approach to stakeholder involvement, RSAU dr. Sukirman Lanud Roesmin Nurjadin can overcome existing obstacles and increase the chances of achieving the implementation of the Organizational Communication concept. By combining the right approach and creativity in dealing with the complexity of the health environment, especially in today's military health organizations, RSAU dr. Sukirman Lanud Roesmin Nurjadin can build a strong and sustainable track record of success in implementing the Organizational Communicationconcept.

Abstract

Good leadership and communication are very necessary to achieve organizational goals (puskesmas).Suboptimal implementation of community health center policies can be characterized by a lack ofcommunication, lack of socialization of the community health center program and weak humanresources (HR) in providing services. This can happen because health workers do not fulfill theirduties and responsibilities, so evaluation is needed to produce good performance. The aim of thisresearch is to determine the relationship between leadership and communication and the performanceof health workers at the Uptd Public Health Center in Sipayung. The research method used is aliterature review through analysis of relevant literature. This research aims to obtain leadership andcommunication between health workers who have an impact on patient conditions and provideexplanations related to a deeper understanding of the challenges and solutions in the implementationprocess. The results of the research show that there needs to be improvements in terms of leadershipand communication aspects for health workers so that they influence patients in providing excellentservice so that there is a significant relationship between leadership and communication andperformance. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of effective leadership styles toimprove the quality and quality of health workers. The design of this research is a literature study oneffective leadership and communication styles to improve patient safety. The research results show that an effective leadership style and good communication to improve patient safety is atransformational leadership style. Conclusions in the influence of transformational leadership andcommunication contribute positively to safety climate.

Abstract

In Riau there are several cultures, traditions, and festivals that are used as icons of Riau's distinctive tourism and have captivated foreign eyes, one of which is the Water War Festival (cian cui) which was created by local residents about 10 years ago (antarariau.com). This Water War Festival begins with the Chinese community game when the Chinese New Year. Then Antarariau.com made a discourse on pluralism based on the water war festival. Then the aim of the researcher in this study was to find out the structure of the text on the news of Air war (Cian cui) in the news portal antarariau.com. which contains elements of pluralism, to find out the practice of discourse in the news of the water war on the news portal antarariau.com. which contains elements of pluralism, to find out social practices in the news of water war on the interariau.com news portal. which contains elements of pluralism. In this study using qualitative methods. using Norman Fairclough's Theory. This theory sees the formation of a discourse / discourse in various dimensions that are inseparable from one another. Research locations in Antarariau.com are from 2017 to 2018. Air war news in Antarariau.com is dissected using Norman Fairclough's Theory and is described based on the concept of pluralism. The object in this study is the news portal www.antarariau.com and the subject of this research is the news of the water war (cian cui) in Selatpanjang. Data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. Data validity checking techniques use triangulation and extension of participation. The results of this study indicate that in the reporting of the war on water (cian cui) in the Kota Selatpanjang , the length of the Kepualauan Meranti, antarariau.com displays more activities or activities that contain elements of pluralism. The structure of the text in the seven analyzed news contains elements of tolerance, openness, equality, and wisdom. Then Antarariau.com managed to summarize the discourse of pluralism in the news of the water wars in the Meranti Islands. Finally, there is an element of pluralism in the practice of discourse or social practices established by Antarariau.com when establishing a discourse on pluralism in the news of the Water Warfare Festival.

Abstract

Communication as a form of interaction within an organization creates expectations and roles with certain responsibilities. As an institution that is actively committed to community empowerment, MRI Surabaya has an organizational structure that is formed specifically to support the success of the program and the success of the organization. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of organizational communication in supporting MRI Surabaya's community empowerment program towards Kali Jagir Village by applying a qualitative method and descriptive approach conducted through in-depth interviews with 2 key informants (chairman of MRI Surabaya and residents of Kali Jagir Village ), as well as field observations as data collection techniques and facts that actually occur. The two-way communication that is applied creates active involvement of residents in the empowerment program provided and is able to increase the effectiveness of program success.

Abstract

The modern office environment requires innovative leadership approaches to improve employee productivity and performance. This research aims to see how transformational leadership style affects employee performance. The study will focus on four main dimensions: idealised influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualised attention. Furthermore, this study also investigates the function of work motivation as a supporting component in enhancing the relationship between performance and leadership. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey involving 103 respondents from companies in Surabaya. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.325 and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). As much as 15.5% of employee performance variability is explained by transformational leadership style, while the rest is influenced by other factors. Leaders who provide motivation, appreciation, and inspiration are proven to increase productivity, job satisfaction, and collaboration in the workplace. Implementation of an ideal transformational leadership style requires ongoing leadership training and an inclusive work culture. This research recommends the development of studies that examine the influence of local culture and other sectors to expand the generalizability of the findings.
