Abstract

Bone Bolango Regency is one of 6 districts in Gorontalo Province which has tourism potential in the form of a coastal area directly bordering Tomini Bay. One of the villages that has superior tourism potential in the form of beaches is Botutonuo Village, located in Kabila Bone District, where some people take advantage of this potential as a source of income. Unfortunately, some of the tourism potential is managed by investors, thus there are significant differences between management. For instance, the availability of amenities, investors managed their place with attractive concepts and facilities, while those managed by local communities were still traditional. This means that the benefits of tourism do not raise significant results to the community welfare, because tourists generally prefer the private sector destinations. Ideally, tourism should be managed by the community and the benefits can be distributed to improve the standard living of the community, therefore there is a need for a community-based tourism (CBT) concept. CBT focuses on empowering and developing communities to plan, implement and evaluate the results of managing existing tourism potential. Hence, this research and service is focused on exploring tourism potential and implementing CBT in tourism management in Botutonuo Village through the preparation, realization and evaluation stages by fully involving the community. The result showed the community was able to form a tourism management structure to coordinate some activities, such as preserving the underwater environment through coral reef planting and managing marine waste to make souvenirs from shells.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a comprehensive training program for catfish farmers, focusing on the integration of Green Water System (GWS) and Red Water System (RWS) Techniques to achieve sustainable catfish farming. The research methods used include field surveys, primary and secondary data collection, and statistical analysis. The aim of this study was to identify the main challenges faced by catfish farmers and design appropriate training programs to address those issues. In addition, this study aims to understand the benefits of applying GWS and RWS techniques in catfish farming. The results showed that catfish farmers face several problems, such as poor water quality, fish diseases, and low feed efficiency. The comprehensive training program developed involves a series of modules covering an understanding of the basic principles of GWS and RWS, water quality management, fish disease control, and improving feed efficiency. Through the implementation of this training program, catfish farmers can improve water quality in aquaculture ponds using GWS techniques, which involve the use of aquatic plants to help clean the water and improve environmental quality for fish. In addition, by applying RWS techniques, cultivators can optimize feed use, reduce feed waste, and improve feed efficiency. It is expected that the development of this comprehensive training program will help catfish farmers in increasing aquaculture productivity, reducing losses due to fish diseases, and maintaining the sustainability of catfish farming businesses. This training program can be a practical guide for catfish farmers in applying GWS and RWS techniques for sustainable catfish farming in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the use of applications on various digital platforms in buildingcreative businesses as an effort to increase creative human resources and have a competitive advantagein Air Batu Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses a qualitativeapproach with the aim of looking at the relationship between the use of information andcommunication technology in building a creative economy in the digital era, especially in the use ofsmartphone applications to increase the income of Micro, Small and Medium Units (MSMEs) as aneconomic mode for the residents of Air Batu Village, in Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency,South Sumatra. The relationship between the role of applications on smartphones and increasing MSMEincome in Air Batu Village was researched based on Information and Communication Technology theoryand Creative Economy theory. From the analysis carried out, findings in the field can be obtained that the vast Air Batu Village which has various business units has many good profit niches in increasinghousehold income and reducing unemployment through the MSMEs that are run, but there is still notenough education and motivation and innovation in society so that it does not reach its maximum pointin carrying out the technical use of information communication technology available on smartphones,namely online marketing communications and other advantages of social media.

Abstract

Personal branding is a way of representing oneself by exploring one's potentials. It is fitting that the personal branding that is created must be clear, strong and attractive so that a person can give a deep impression to the public easily. In this digitalised world, one of the methods for developing personal branding can be done through seminars. Students of SMK Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai, Banyuasin Regency, received hands-on training from influencers as an effort to create their own self-image and dare to show their potential and build a confident race as a form of readiness to enter the world of work and the public. One of the activities in the seminar included providing tips on building personal branding by creating an attitude that is in accordance with norms and religion, utilising social media and applications that are widespread and easily accessible to students and applying this knowledge by publishing a curriculum vitae. Based on the results of this seminar, it can be concluded that the participants have understood the material presented. By showing a conducive atmosphere and high enthusiasm from the participants. And with the courage of the participants to express constraints by asking several questions to the speakers.

Abstract

P4K KEMPLEE stands for P4 Development (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) Kemplang LeleEntrepreneurship. P4K KEMPLEE is the big theme for the STISIPOL Candradimuka ThematicReal Work Lecture (KKNT) 2020 chosen by Group 10 to be implemented at the selected KKNlocation, namely the UMKM Lele Anugerah in Pulau Harapan Village, Sembawa, Banyuasin,South Sumatra. The theme that can learn about the world of entrepreneurship is more challengingto apply because students can learn and try to apply the theories they get in college to help UMKMAnugerah Lele further develop their business. Development of the 4P or P4 Concept in theMarketing Mix, namely Product, Place, Price, Promotion, was chosen as the main theory in theimplementation of KKNT SC Group 10. Based on Creswell (2010), this research includes aqualitative approach because it wants to understand how the rePlaatiolensmhipb abnetgween the implementation of the Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) STISIPOL Candradimuka which wa carried out during 1-31 December 2020 with P4 Development (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) Entrepreneurship of Kemplang Lele at UMKM Anugerah Lele in Pulau Harapan Village, Sembawa, Banyuasin. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the theme of Independent Entrepreneurship would be very effective in its development by demanding the activeness of Field Supervisors (DPL) in guiding and assigning assignments to students. KKNT Group 10 students is well offered community service programs that are effectively implemented at the UMKM Anugerah Lele under the name Panca Action KKNT SC 10, (1) Namely naming brands, (2) Making product logos, (3) Creating social media accounts, (4) Conducting entrepreneurship seminars, and (5) Provision of production facilities assistance.
