Abstract

The performance appraisal system is one of the most important parts and development and improvement of the quality of Human Resources (HR) in an organization, so its existence must always be evaluated so as not to deviate from its original purpose, namely to find out whether employees have met the standards previously set by the company or not during their work so far. Thus, the performance appraisal at Astra Honda Branch of PT Honda Senama is carried out using the checklist method, namely analyzing the company's environment on employee performance, observation, surveys and conducting questionnaires and analyzing employee assessment evaluations to be used as data in research. With high dedication and loyalty of employees in doing their work, and based on the skills and expertise they have, the efforts made will be more fruitful. This is where the company begins to appreciate their efforts and hard work by assessing the performance that has been carried out, performance itself comes from the word job performance or actual performance which means work achievement or actual achievement achieved by someone.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee performance in various companies. Organizational culture, which includes values, procedures, and norms adopted by members of the organization, has a crucial role in achieving company goals. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with data collection through surveys distributed to employees. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value that is greater than the t table, indicating a strong correlation between the two variables. Characteristics of a good organizational culture, such as innovation, respect for individuals, and an orientation that will occur, have been shown to increase employee productivity and job satisfaction. This study concludes that companies need to develop and manage a positive organizational culture to improve employee performance holistically.

Abstract

This research examines an interesting phenomenon in the tourism industry: the perception and memory of tourists and the often misunderstood role of documentation. Although some consider documentation to be less influential and insignificant, this study reveals that for tourism players, the role of documentation is actually very crucial. In the competitive dynamics of the tourism industry, documentation is a vital element in marketing and client acquisition strategies. Travel agencies utilize high-quality documentation as a persuasive tool in their presentations, creating a compelling visual narrative and building trust with potential clients. Documentation is actually a separate service from the travel agency itself, with documentation service providers operating under a standard operating procedure (SOP). This research highlights the complexity of the relationship between documentation, traveler perception, and tourism business dynamics, opening new insights into the importance of visual representation in this highly competitive industry.

Abstract

Evaluasi proyek merupakan langkah penting dalam memastikan pencapaian tujuan dan keberhasilan proyek. Penelitian ini membahas strategi dan teknik dalam manajemen evaluasi proyek yang efektif guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proyek. Pendekatan evaluasi proyek yang tepat melibatkan pemantauan dan pengendalian yang ketat, analisis kinerja berdasarkan indikator kunci, serta penggunaan metode evaluasi seperti Analisis Nilai Tambah (Earned Value Analysis) dan Manajemen Risiko. Penelitian ini juga membahas teknik evaluasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menilai aspek keuangan, kualitas, waktu, dan sumber daya proyek. Di samping itu, pentingnya komunikasi dan pelibatan pemangku kepentingan secara aktif dalam proses evaluasi dibahas sebagai strategi untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan dan penyesuaian yang diperlukan. Hasil dari penerapan strategi ini adalah peningkatan efektivitas dalam mencapai target dan efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi strategi dan teknik evaluasi yang tepat tidak hanya menolong dalam mengenali dan memitigasi risiko, namun juga meningkatkan nilai proyek secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan panduan bagi para manajer proyek dalam mengoptimalkan proses evaluasi sebagai bagian integral dari keberhasilan proyek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam pengembangan strategis bisnis berkelanjutan. Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk mengintegrasikan praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dalam strategi mereka. SIM berfungsi sebagai alat penting yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan, perencanaan, dan pengendalian dalam konteks keberlanjutan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis kasus pada beberapa perusahaan yang telah berhasil menerapkan SIM dalam strategi bisnis mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga memfasilitasi inovasi produk dan layanan yang ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, SIM membantu perusahaan dalam mengukur dampak sosial dan lingkungan dari aktivitas bisnis mereka, sehingga mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan SIM yang efektif dapat menjadi pendorong utama bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif melalui praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung strategi keberlanjutan mereka, serta menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam implementasi SIM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic pricing on customer loyalty in e-commerce platforms. Dynamic pricing is a flexible strategy that allows price changes based on factors such as demand, product availability, and consumer behavior, optimized through advanced technology. Although it provides a competitive advantage, the implementation of dynamic pricing presents challenges, especially related to consumers' perceptions of price fairness. This study uses qualitative methods through interviews and observations to explore consumers' perceptions, experiences, and views on this strategy. The results show that transparency and good communication in the implementation of dynamic pricing play an important role in building consumer trust. Price changes accompanied by real benefits, such as discounts, can increase customer loyalty, while ambiguity in price changes can reduce trust and encourage consumers to switch to other platforms. Therefore, dynamic pricing strategies need to be designed with attention to fairness and consumer satisfaction in order to maintain a positive long-term relationship with customers.

Abstract

This study aims to identify reviews, such as credibility, content quality, or vlogger personal experience, which have an impact on purchasing decisions and evaluate the level of consumer confidence in the information conveyed by vloggers regarding beauty products. there is a positive influence of Variable X (Vlogger Review) on Variable Y (Purchase Decision). This research method uses quantitative methods, the data in this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the simple regression method. Based on research conducted on students of the Islamic Economics Department of UINSU by giving a questionnaire regarding the effect of Vlogger Reviews on purchasing decisions, the authors draw the conclusion that vlogger reviews have an effect on consumer purchasing decisions of students of the UINSU Islamic Economics Department. This is evidenced by the results of the t test which shows the sig value, for the effect of variable X on Y of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count 14.947> t table 1.984. Which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between variable X (Review Vlogger) and variable Y (Purchase Decision).

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran terdiri dari pengambilan keputusan tentang biaya pemasaran dari perusahaan, bauran pemasaran dan alokasi pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran dapat dinyatakan sebagai dasar tindakan yang mengarah pada kegiatan atau usaha pemasaran.Pembelajaran melalui teaching factory bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan karakter dan etos kerja yang dibutuhkan industri, dunia usaha dan dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kualitas hasil pembelajaran dari sekedar membekali kompetensi (competencybased training) menuju ke pembelajaran yang membekali kemampuan memproduksi barang/jasa (productionbased training).Berdasarkan hasil analisis matrik IFAS merupakan prioritas yang paling dominan dalam peningkatan daya beli dan analisa pemasaran pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil IFAS= 2.080 dan EFAS= 2.125. Hasil matrik Internal Eksternal (IE) strategi pengembangan pemasaran produk TeFa SMK di Kabupaten Jember berada pada sel V. Strategi pertumbuhan konsentrasi melalui integrasi horizontal. Strategi yang digunakan adalah konsolidasi untuk menghindari kehilangan penjualan maupun profit perusahaan dengan pertahanan dan pemeliharaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas produk.

Abstract

The massive development of infrastructure and property that occurs also increases the need for cement products as one of the supports for development. The large number of requests can create industry competition which can later affect company finances. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio which has an impact on Return On Asset of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were all financial statements of PT Semen Beturaja Tbk for the period 2014-2023. the analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and simple linear analysis. hypothesis testing using F-test, t-test and determination which is assisted using the IMB SPSS Statistics 29 program. The results showed that the Current Ratio partially had a positive and significant effect on Return On Asset, Debt to Asset Ratio partially had no significant effect on Return On Asset, and simultaneously, the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio had a significant effect on Return On Asset

Abstract

From 2013 to 2023 the company PT Kalbe Farma Tbk which is a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia has experienced fluctuations in its financial performance. The number of competitors that have emerged requires PT Kalbe Farma Tbk to maintain the company's financial stability. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) which affects the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The research population used in this study were all financial statements of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 2014-2023. research samples were obtained using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of complete financial statements such as income statements, statements of financial position, and cash flow statements during the study period. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. In addition, this study uses the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), multiple linear regression analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis testing uses t-test, F-test which is assisted by the IBM SPSS Statistics program version 29. The results showed that ROA, and TATO partially had a significant effect on DPR, while EPS partially had no effect on DPR. The results of simultaneous research between ROA, EPS and TATO show that together they have an effect on DPR
