Abstract

This article analyzes the financial risks faced by companies in the era of global economic uncertainty, focusing on liquidity risk and credit risk. In the context of a volatile economy, companies are often affected by various external factors that can disrupt their financial stability. Liquidity risk refers to a company’s ability to meet short-term financial obligations, while credit risk relates to the likelihood of debtor default. This research employs qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to evaluate the impact of these two types of risk on the financial health of companies. The analysis results indicate that companies lacking adequate risk management strategies tend to struggle in maintaining healthy cash flows, which can lead to increased borrowing costs. Moreover, global economic uncertainty, including interest rate changes and exchange rate fluctuations, exacerbates companies’ exposure to these risks. This article suggests that companies conduct regular risk assessments and implement effective mitigation policies to reduce the impact of liquidity and credit risks.By doing so, companies can be better prepared to face challenges arising from uncertain economic conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the importance of technical and operational aspects for starting a business. Research uses literature or literature studies where researchers rely on reviewing written sources such as scientific journals, reference books, encyclopedias, and other reliable sources either in written form or in digital format that are relevant and related to the object being researched. The results and discussion obtained on the importance of technical aspects and operational aspects in business feasibility studies, entrepreneurs can make smarter decisions and minimize financial risks.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays an important role in madrasa development, especially in the current digital era. With strategies that include planning, training, evaluation and follow-up, technology-based HRM can increase the efficiency and competence of teaching and staff. The use of technology, such as online training and data-driven performance management systems, facilitates better collaboration and more effective decision making. However, there are still challenges that must be faced, such as limited infrastructure, lack of training programs, limited budgets, and resistance to change. To overcome these issues, madrasas need to invest in technology, organize regular training, provide digital learning resources, and build a work culture that encourages innovation. By implementing these steps, madrasas can make maximum use of technology, improve the quality of education, and more effectively meet the needs of employees and students.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to human resource development and training (HRD), especially in educational institutions. The transformation from conventional methods to technology-based approaches, such as e-learning, webinars, and interactive applications, has opened opportunities to enhance the efficiency and flexibility of training programs. This article examines the transformation of HRD training in the digital era using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze relevant literature. The findings reveal that digital-based training not only enhances technical skills but also supports the development of professional, pedagogical, and social competencies of educators.However, this transformation faces several challenges, including digital literacy gaps, limited infrastructure, and data security risks. Therefore, strategic approaches are needed, such as improving digital literacy, investing in technological infrastructure, and implementing secure data management. By addressing these challenges, educational institutions can create adaptive, innovative, and competitive human resources that meet the demands of the digital age. This article provides a framework for designing responsive and relevant HRD training programs amidst technological advancements.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between quality and service quality Against Customer Loyalty With Customer Satisfaction As Variable Intervention At Customers PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia in Yogyakarta. The population is a customer of PT FAC Securitas Indonesia with more than 1.5 years of PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia. The sample is 100 customers of PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia. The analytical technique uses several techniques supported by t test and Coefficient Determination test with the help of SPSS for windows 17.0 program. The results showed that (1) Customer Relationship Management has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Quality of Service has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Quality of Experience has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Customer Satisfaction has negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. (5) Customer Relationship Management has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. (6) Quality of Service has a negative and insignificant influence on Customer Loyalty. (7) Quality of Experience has a positive and significant relation to Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Educational institutions will easily achieve their goals with sufficient human resources. The purpose of this paper is to improve the understanding of the concept and procedures of human resource management development in Islamic educational institutions. The author uses a qualitative approach, which is in accordance with the type of library research. The author collects research materials, reads literature, makes short notes, and converts the information they read into research data. The analysis shows that planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating are activities included in human resource management development. Education, training, and self-development are part of the human resource management development process. To provide more details about the human resource development process, the first is by identifying needs; the second is by designing problems, programs, participation, and educational calendars.Design individual needs, design group needs, design time, procedures, and evaluation; then, the implementation process, and finally, the implementation of evaluation.

Abstract

Theoretically, the results of this research discussion are expected to provide scientific contributions to the development of science, provide suggestions to schools and other parties in terms of better teacher performance. This study uses a ranking method. by using this method where teacher performance is ranked from the best to the worst. Data were obtained by conducting interviews and direct observations at the school. Data were obtained to analyze teacher performance in improving teacher performance so that teacher performance after this evaluation can be even better. The research subjects were 10 people at SDN X. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded as follows: regarding absenteeism, teaching responsibility, teacher creativity in teaching, teaching quality and teacher discipline in coming to school. Thus, it is hoped that this evaluation will be able to change teacher performance to be better in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam terjadinya transformasi budaya organisasi yang disebabkan adanya implementasi Kaizen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan mengumpulkan artikel, reduksi artikel, display artikel, pembahasan, dan kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian berupa artikel-artikel jurnal nasional dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2014 - 2024). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi budaya dalam penerapan Kaizen didukung dengan adanya pengetahuan konsep Kaizen yang baik, motivasi pada setiap individu, adanya kontribusi nyata, komunikasi yang baik dan dukungan dari perushaan. Sedangkan beberapa hal yang menghambat transformasi yaitu terdapat sikap resistensi atas perubahan, pengetahuan konsep yang terbatas, motivasi rendah, dan keterbatasan sumber daya baik finansial, maupun fisik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management on company performance in the banking sector. The main variables analyzed include the decision to invest, the decision on funding, and the dividend policy as independent variables, while financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA) as an independent variable. The data used are from the results of the annual financial reports of companies in banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions and dividend policies have a significant positive effect on the company's financial performance, while funding decisions do not have a significant effect. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the influence of leverage, profitability and company size on earnings management in 10 banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2013. The results of the study show that only company size has a significant negative effect on earnings management, while leverage and profitability do not have a significant effect. This study concludes that large companies have better financial management capabilities, so they tend to do less earnings management.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the performance of PT XYZ employees based on an assessment of the understanding of work standards, work instructions, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), implementation of 6S and 3M, work reporting, overtime readiness, work motivation, and work responsibilities. This study was conducted at PT XYZ in December 2024 using a quantitative approach with data collected from 10 assembly operators through observation and performance assessment using a scale of 1-4. The results of the analysis showed that 100% of operators had high performance.
