Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of online shops and hedonistic lifestyles on the consumer behavior of FEBI UIN STS Jambi students from an Islamic perspective. Meanwhile, this type of research uses a quantitative approach method with the types of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN STS Jambi. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling and random sampling. The research results show that the Onlineshop Variable (X1) partially has a positive effect on Student Consumptive Behavior. The results of the research show that the Online Shop has a significance value of 0.000<0.05, which means the hypothesis shows that the Online Shop has a positive and significant effect on Student Consumptive Behavior. Hedonistic Lifestyle (X2) partially has a positive effect on Student Consumptive Behavior. The results of the research show that the Hedonistic Lifestyle has a significance value of 0.027 <0.05, which means the hypothesis shows that the Hedonistic Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Student Consumptive Behavior, and there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the influence of the Onlineshop and the Hedonistic Lifestyle on Student Consumptive Behavior. This is based on the results of ANOVA calculations where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence Service Quality and Promotion has on Consumer Satisfaction at Fitri Rias in Ranca Iyuh Tangerang Banten Partially or Simultaneously. The method used by researchers is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all consumers at Fitri Rias Ranca Iyuh Tangerang Banten. The sample collection technique used the Slovin formula which obtained a sample of 60 respondents. This research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the value of tcount > t table (6.183 > 2.001) with a significance level of (0.000<0.050) which means that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. The calculated t value > t table (3.707 > 2.001) with a significance level of (0.000<0.050) which means that promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality and promotion simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction. This can be seen based on the calculated F value > F table (25.682 > 3.160) with a significance level of (0.000 < 0.050). With the multiple linear regression equation Y= 16.004+0.442X1+0.267X2

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and service quality on sales volume at Viral Fried Dumplings in South Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative research method and uses a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, a proportional stratified random sampling technique with sampling using the Slovin formula of 99 respondents. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that price has a positive and significant influence on sales volume. Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Sales Volume. Price and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Sales Volume. Price and service quality contributed to sales volume by 84.1%. The most dominant independent influence is service quality with a contribution of 67.5%. Meanwhile, price contributed 57.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio affect Return On Equity at the Gandaria Complex Residents' Cooperative. This research method uses a quantitative method and research data in the form of secondary data obtained from financial data at the Gandaria Complex Residents' Cooperative. The population is all financial reports at the Gandaria Complex Residents' Cooperative with the number of samples selected in the period 2013 to 2022 for 10 (ten) years. The analysis used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test, and Hypothesis Test processed using SPSS 26. The results of the study indicate that the Current Ratio variable does not affect Return On Equity, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.063> 0.05. The Debt Equity Ratio variable affects Return On Equity, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.045 <0.05. The Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio variables have an effect on Return On Equity, this is proven by a significant value of 0.030<0.05.

Abstract

In providing education, schools must have quality as a manifestation that the school is quality. The quality of schools can be seen from various directions, one of which is the quality of Islamic education. the quality of Islamic education is urgent and can be done in two ways, the first is by using Branding image and Customer relationship management Branding image for madrasas is important because building a good image and reputation will grow benefits for scholl, including increasing customer trust and customer loyalty to choose scholl as an option for teaching and learning places. These two ways are the main thing to do as an effort to strengthen the quality of Islamic education.. This study aims to reveal about how: (1) the concept (2) process, , (3) out put, branding image andcustomer relationship management (CRM) as strengthening the quality of Islamic education in SMA Khadijah Surabaya This study uses a qualitative approach, descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data analysis used descriptive analysis method.

Abstract

. This research aims to analyze the promotion of the use of Shopee Onlineshop E-Commerce at PT Angkasa Multitama. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and key informants. Researchers used triangulation from informants to draw data. The data analysis technique uses data from semi-structured interviews. The results of this research state that promotions based on attractive and good advertising can attract the hearts of consumers so that companies can increase their sales through the use of Shopee online shop E-Commerce. This is stated in several statements from informants that they need to improve their product copywriting and increase the supply of product stock. when the buyer experiences order broadcasting and uses advertisements optimally to get closure on every advertisement clicked by the buyer. Increasing human resources is also an evaluation for the owner to create increased sales because increasing human resources can help encourage promotions in order to increase sales for the company.

Abstract

The background to this research is the development of marketplaces in the digital era where purchases of various kinds of products can be accessed anytime and anywhere, this creates opportunities for people to create the business ventures they desire. The aim of this research is to find out whether product quality, product design and product price influence Prabotmama consumer purchasing decisions at Shopee. The sample was 96 respondents calculated using the Rao Purba (1996) formula. “This analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that product quality (X1) and product design have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price variable (X3) has an effect. significant to purchasing decisions.”

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence price and product quality have on purchasing decisions for Mr. Bread at Indomaret Timbul Parung Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of 94 respondents and Probability Sampling sampling technique, as well as data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is data instrument test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient and determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that, Price (X1) had an effect on Purchasing Decisions by 49% while the remaining 51% was influenced by other factors, Product Quality (X2) had an effect on Purchasing Decisions by 49.6% while the remaining 50.4% was influenced by other factors, Price (X1) and Product Quality (X2) had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with the regression equation Y = 12.368 + 0.225 X1 + 0.554 X2

Abstract

Risk management is an important element in managing a cafe business to improve efficiency and ensure operational sustainability. This research aims to analyze risk management at “Muka Bumi Café” with a focus on Operational Risk, Human Resources Risk, Financial Risk, Marketing Risk, and Inherent Risk. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and data analysis. The results showed that Muka Bumi Cafe has implemented a comprehensive risk management strategy, through risk identification, measurement, and control. This research provides a practical contribution for café managers in building resilient risk management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk using Profitability and Solvency ratios. This research was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely data in the form of numbers which include financial reports in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss data reports at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk from 2014 to 2023 which describes real conditions or events at the company. This research uses Profitability ratio analysis using return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) calculations and Solvency ratios using debt to assets ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) calculations. The results of the research show that the financial performance of PT Astra Internasional in terms of Profitability Ratios is above the average of similar companies with a return on assets value of 7,8% compared to 6,9%, a return on equity value of 14,0% compared to 11,0% and a Ratio Solvency is below the average of similar companies with a debt to asset ratio of 45,6% compared to 47,0%, a debt to equity ratio of 84,4% compared to 127,7%. This is because the company is quite capable of optimizing the resources owned by the company. Both from resources in the form of capital, assets and investments that are sufficient to produce a profit or profit in terms of their use.
