Abstract

The Influence of Cyberspace, Computerization, and Technology on Information Systems is a scientific literature review article within the scope of ESBB. The aim of this article is to establish the influence between variables that will be used in subsequent research. The research objects are online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method is library research sourced from e-books and open access e-journals, with qualitative descriptive analysis. The following are the findings of this analysis: 1) Cyberspace influences information systems; 2) Computerization influences information systems; and 3) Technology influences information systems.

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in the Indonesian economy with a contribution of 61.07% to GDP and absorbing 97.2% of the workforce. In the digital era, MSMEs face intense global competition. To remain competitive, they need to carry out digital innovation to increase efficiency and competitiveness. HR and capital competency are also crucial in determining the quality and competitiveness of MSMEs. Big Data is important in managing large and complex information, helping MSMEs increase global competitiveness. This research highlights the role of Big Data, digital innovation, quality of human resources and capital in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. The methods used include literature study and observation. The research results show that Big Data and digital innovation can increase the competitiveness of MSMEs by optimizing cost and differentiation strategies. Good quality human resources improve business capabilities. Adequate capital is significant in the development of MSMEs. This research emphasizes the importance of information technology, Big Data, digital innovation, quality of human resources and capital in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

In the pandemic era and the highly competitive national and international economic landscape, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenging times. This is due to the increasingly intense competition in domestic and foreign industries. The government needs to pay greater attention to MSMEs as they are one of the drivers of economic growth, especially in Indonesia. Growing the MSME sector and reducing poverty are signs of successful development. Especially for low-income countries, the expansion of the MSME sector and the reduction of poverty are signs of successful development income per capita. The best tool to help MSMEs decide on marketing plans and forecast changes in the corporate environment is SWOT analysis. Where SWOT analysis can be applied Threats, Weaknesses, and Strengths are internal elements that affect MSMEs. MSMEs internal threats and Opportunity factors arising from competition or outside sources. Four marketing strategies were derived from this research to help MSMEs become more competitive. These strategies include the S-O Strategy of MSMEs, which calls on MSMEs to innovate, create unique features for their goods, and use technology as a tool for sales and promotion.
