Abstract

Islamic counseling guidance is a form of knowledge as well as a form of assistance to provide direction in solving problems properly. Especially on teenage morale. Adolescence is often used and misunderstood. Both in terms of association, social, and the environment. In fact, the important point that must be cultivated in the soul of youth today is good morality ethics. In fact, adolescents today have experienced significant setbacks. Very few teenagers have and understand how moral ethics are in social, social and environmental terms. Some opinions say that the souls of teenagers are souls who have more curiosity than usual, want to try things that should not be in accordance with their youthful condition. In this case, a very important role is needed to accompany the growing adolescence. Namely parents and the school environment are very influential roles to limit, oversee how the process of healing children who are approaching adolescence. By guiding and strengthening faith in God almighty. In addition, Islamic counseling guidance is also a good means of providing direction, sharing about problems being experienced by adolescents. Previous counseling guidance adopted more concepts and practices developed by western scientists. However, with the rampant Islamization of knowledge, sharing activities to explore Islamic concepts and values are increasingly being carried out. So counseling guidance is transformed into Islamic counseling guidance. It contains concepts that contain religious values. There are various kinds of delinquency committed by adolescents, so there is a need for proper guidance to deal with adolescent problems, by seeing the rampant juvenile delinquency at this time, which is lacking in good ethical and moral values. The purpose of Islamic counseling guidance in improving adolescent morale is an optimal development, namely development in accordance with the potential and value systems of a good and right life. Optimal development is not merely the achievement of a high level of intellectual ability, which is characterized by mastery, knowledge, and skills, but an academic condition, where individuals are able to know and understand themselves, dare to accept self-reality objectively, direct themselves according to their abilities and opportunities. , and can make choices and make decisions on their own responsibility. Therefore, this paper aims to determine the concept of guidance in improving morale for adolescents with Islamic values. The method used in this research is library research by exploring sources of moral improvement for today's adolescents through studies in books, articles and other scientific works. The role of Islamic counseling guidance greatly contributes to improving the morale of adolescents in interacting with the surrounding environment which is based on Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Learning in education is an activity where educators help and motivate students so that ongoing learning activities occur. learning during vacation time Covid-19 is carried out at the home of each student by online and offline way. In this activity, students cannot carry out learning effectively because of the lack of family participation, the influence of the friendship environment and game addiction in technology. So the tasks given by educational institutions are very far from the expected expectations. This reasech was conducted in the village Lebbek Pakong Pamekasan, wile the objectives of this study are:1. to find out the family's participation in the child's activity in carrying out online / offline tasks2. know the interest in studying students during school holidays, and3. determine the effect of technology on the effectiveness of learning. The research method used is qualitative research. While the results of the study are:1. families, especially both parents, are less supportive of children's learning activities at home during covid holidays 19 and are unable to create a home as an effective and enjoyable learning class.2. only a small number of students carry out learning tasks, both online and offline, and3. students are obsessed with the entertainment available in technology, so that learning activities are not effective.

Abstract

Education units require skilled and competent personnel to support efforts in carrying out various tasks so as to facilitate the achievement of educational goals. The principal of a madrasah as the leader of an educational institution should be able to maximize all the potential of teachers who have good learning competencies. The purpose of this study was examined because of two problems that became the main study in this study, first: about the presence or absence of the effect of teacher supervision on student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Akhlaq Toronan Pamekasan, second: how much influence teacher supervision has on student achievement in MadrasahIbtidaiyah (MI) Darul Akhlaq Toronan Pamekasan.Data collection methods are questionnaire instruments, interviews and documentation.Data collection lasted for one month, the data analysis technique used was statistical data analysis with product moment correlation technique. The results showed that there was an effect of teacher supervision on student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Akhlaq Toronan Pamekasan, with a moderate level of influence.This is proven by statistical data analysis which shows that the "r" work (0.487) is greater than the "r" of the moment product table at the 95% confidence level (0, 344) and if the "r" work is consulted with the correlation interpretation table, it is atrange 0.400 to 0.600.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the additional religious material initiated by the Ministry of Religion of the East Java Regional Office which is packaged in the Ubudiyah and Akhlakul Karimah (SKUA) Proficiency Standards and its implementation process which is designed to contribute positively in shaping the spiritual attitudes of students at Madrasah Aliyah An-Najah I Sumenep. This research is categorized as a descriptive-qualitative field research with a naturalistic approach and case studies. The data analysis used interactive model analysis initiated by Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the content of this SKUA material was in accordance with the material content in the PAI subject cluster. In the implementation process, the implementation of SKUA learning at MA An-Najah I, it has gone through the ideal stages of implementing a standard curriculum, starting with planning then continuing with implementation and ending with the evaluation process. The spiritual attitude of students at MA An-Najah 1 is in a good category with the implementation of this SKUA.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the practice of renting a car at PT.Amanah Jaya and 2) to find out whether car rental at PT. Amanah Jaya is inaccordance with Islamic law. The results showed that the car rental agreement thatoccurred at Amanah Jaya Car Rental, Pademawu District, Pamekasan was carried outby both parties, namely, the car rental party as the provider of the service and theconsumer as the renter. The application of advances is not contrary to Islamic law onthe condition that there is no loss to either party and there is a willingness between thetwo parties. In the process of resolving delays and compensation for damages at PTAmanah Jaya, it was carried out by consensus. After that the disputing parties carryout the obligations that must be borne by each party in accordance with thepredetermined agreement.
