Abstract

World class university is an important task for Islamic religious universities which are currently facing global challenges. Islamic religious tertiary institutions are increasingly experiencing significant development from a development perspective. In order to be able to compete with other tertiary institutions, the substance must also be developed in line with the need to become world class. This research is in the form of library research. The aim is to encourage Islamic religious tertiary institutions to be able to compete professionally with state universities. The data collection technique uses literature study, then content analysis is carried out and it is described broadly and in depth. The results of this study are: universities have a responsibility in supporting development in Indonesia, preparing humans as knowledgeable, civilized, skilled members of society supported by broad and deep scientific insights, and Islamic religious universities must make systemic and sustainable efforts to become education providers who are responsive to the changes and needs of society in the midst of globalization and the digital world.

Abstract

Learning in education is an activity where educators help and motivate students so that ongoing learning activities occur. learning during vacation time Covid-19 is carried out at the home of each student by online and offline way. In this activity, students cannot carry out learning effectively because of the lack of family participation, the influence of the friendship environment and game addiction in technology. So the tasks given by educational institutions are very far from the expected expectations. This reasech was conducted in the village Lebbek Pakong Pamekasan, wile the objectives of this study are:1. to find out the family's participation in the child's activity in carrying out online / offline tasks2. know the interest in studying students during school holidays, and3. determine the effect of technology on the effectiveness of learning. The research method used is qualitative research. While the results of the study are:1. families, especially both parents, are less supportive of children's learning activities at home during covid holidays 19 and are unable to create a home as an effective and enjoyable learning class.2. only a small number of students carry out learning tasks, both online and offline, and3. students are obsessed with the entertainment available in technology, so that learning activities are not effective.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan merupakan institusi yang memiliki peran penting dalam memajukan bangsa dengan berorientasi pada mutu sumberdaya daya manusia. Peningkatan SDM salah satunya menjadi konsentrasi dari pada pengurus tinggi. Secara kuantitatif Indonesia sebagai negara yang memiliki banyak PT. Oleh karena di tengah semakin meningkatnya PT, maka dibutuhkan strategi pemasaran dalam rangka mengenalkan jasa pendidikan ini kepada para konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al Falah Pamekasan kepada para konsumen (masyarakat). Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif research. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi, wawancara dan kemudian dilakukan analisis data. Analisis diperkuat dengan teorinya Philips Kotler and Kevin Lane Keller. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1).Dalam strategi pemasaran memanfaatkan media cetak dan elektronik, 2). Sosialisasi pada kelas akhir, dan 3). Kerjasam dengan tokoh agama, masyarakat, wali santri dan pemerintah desa. Pemasaran ini dengan membentuk internal driving team yang terdiri dari pengelola internal kampus dan eksternal driving team yang terdiri dari tokoh dan alumni yang dibentuk oleh Yayasan.

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the problem of plastic waste in the school environment through training in making handicrafts from inorganic waste. In training conducted at SDN Cupak, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, students in grades 3, 4 and 5 were taught to process used straws into creative craft products. This activity involves preparation stages, educational implementation, and direct practice with the aim of improving students' skills and environmental awareness. The results achieved include mastery of craft techniques, increased creativity and product quality, as well as positive impacts on education and society. This activity is expected to encourage students to play an active role in waste management and increase enthusiasm for learning. Socialization develops skills and creativity, which increases public awareness that recycled waste can be turned into artistic crafts. Assistance activities are carried out by changing inorganic waste such as plastic straws into brooches, flowers, toys, and so on. As a result of this program, people improve their waste handling and waste management skills, allowing them to be creative with waste by turning paper and plastic waste into value-added work.

Abstract

Integritas personal dan kelompok sangat ditentukan oleh mutu lembaga pendidikan sebagai tempat prosesnya setiap manusia untuk memperoleh ragam pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai dasar. Lembaga pendidikan sebagai icon perubahan memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan perubahan pada setiap manusia dalam siklus kehiudupan. Suatu perubahan tidak terbentuk secara instan, tetapi membuthkan upaya maksimal yang harus diperhatikan oleh leader lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan library reseach dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana strategi pengelola lembaga pendidikan dalam proses internalisasi prophetic velue dan bagaimana dampak implementasi nilai profetik terhadap mutu lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penenlitian untuk menjelaskan implementasi prophetic velue dan mendeskripsikan strategi pengelola lembaga pendidikan supaya memiliki mutu yang tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan referensi kemudian mendiskusikan beberapa teori yang relevan dengan kajian penelitian. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) nilai-nilai profetik merupakan nilai dasar dari esensi nabi dan rasul Allah yang mencakup nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, tarnsparansi, kecerdasan, keimanan, humanisme, dan liberasi, 2) implementasi nilai-nilai profetik diawali dengan perencanaan yang baik, terarah dan terukur sebagai konsepsi yang dijadikan pijakan oleh pengelola dan anggota organisasi di lembaga pendidikan, 3) strategi dalam melakukan internalsiasi nilai profetik adalah keteladanan leader sebagai planner dan contoller yang dimaksimalkan dalam input orinted, precess orinted and uotput orinted.

Abstract

The service packaged in seminars was carried out by the Al Faalah High School Intra-School Organization (OSIS) and the Management of the Nahdlatul Ulama Women's Student Association Commissariat (PKP IPPNU) Kadur Pamekasan District. This dedication contains about the Isra' Mi'ra' of the Prophet Muhammad. to provide new guidance, direction, inspiration and motivation to all female students so they can emulate the life of the Prophet. This event is a historical moment to explore spiritual potential and maintain intellectual awareness. The seminar activities were attended by high school students. Al Falah Class XII, Representatives of Classes X and The aim of holding this seminar is: 1) Reminiscing and renewing female students' memories about the historical momentum that occurred during Isra' Mi'ra', 2) Understanding and inspiring female students to have awareness in increasing spiritual and intellectual values ​​through the Isra' Mi'raj journey, 3 ) Facilitate female students and all audiences in exchanging ideas, insights and experiences by referring to the events of Isra' Mi'ra'. The results of the seminar service are: 1) Prayer as one of the main missions of Isra' Mi'raj, with solemn prayer it can be a family education in bringing peace and clarity of soul, 2) Motivating female students to be diligent in building spiritual and intellectual potential to the fullest. appreciate and understand the story of the Prophet's life journey, especially during the Isra' Mi'raj, 3) Building the soul's potential in facing trials or tests in a student's life through interpreting the meaning of the Prophet's tests during the Isra' Mi'raj journey.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools with all their limitations at the time they were just founded had a sizable contribution to the development of the Indonesian nation and state. The indicator is that many people are able to practice religious teachings and create peace in life amidst differences in religion, ethnicity, race and culture, as well as the increasing number of educational institutions and centers for the spread of Islam. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research or library research. The purpose of this research is to trace the history, development and contribution of Islamic boarding schools to the Indonesian nation. The results are: Islamic boarding schools that are developing in Indonesia include Islamic boarding schools in the form of salaf, Modern Islamic boarding schools and convergence Islamic boarding schools. The contribution of pesantren to Indonesia is that there are many educational institutions and citizens who actively participate in practicing religion and creating a peaceful life.

Abstract

Leadership orientation is a behavior designed professionally by a leader to achieve Islamic education goals. Employee-oriented leadership behavior is a leadership behavior that focuses on human needs as subordinates. Research uses library research with the aim of sharpening the meaning, orientation and goals of implementing transformational leadership. The data collection technique is by comparing the literature review and the results of previous research, then content analysis is carried out. The results of this study are: Transformational leadership can encourage subordinates to have positive interactions and avoid conflicts, solve problems well because they are interactive and transparent, and leaders are positioned as educators and mentors who are inspiring and innovative, leadership that can create quality islamic education.

Abstract

The leadership carried out by the khulafaur rashidin is a leadership model that emphasizes the internalization of prophetic values ​​exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. and previous prophets. The purpose of writing this article is to disseminate leadership values ​​during the Rashidun Khulafaur era so that today's leaders can serve as examples. This study uses the library research method. Then content analysis is carried out as a technique in obtaining authoritative literature data. The results of this study indicate: the prophetic leadership of the caliphs Abu Bakar As Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib is generosity in donating property to war fisabilillah, concern and policy for the people, amar makruf and nahi munkar, visionary in paying attention to the future of the people and being brave for the interests and welfare of the people, and the importance of implementing prophetic values ​​in leadership in aspects of government, national, social life, and educational institutions.

Abstract

The development of Islamic boarding schools is seen from the number of students and members of the community who study Islamic religious knowledge. Students themselves can understand Islamic teachings perfectly thanks to the support of a culture of reading and writing developed and facilitated by the kiai as the main manager in the Islamic boarding school. The role of the kiai does not stop at the form of support and provision of facilities, but also has a high interest and habit in reading and writing. This leadership model inspires a culture of reading and writing in the Islamic boarding school environment. This research is qualitative supported by a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis was then conducted, including data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation was conducted through credibility, transferability, defendability, and confirmability tests. This research focuses on the supervision model developed by the kiai at the Al Falah Islamic Boarding School. The supervision model implemented by the Al Falahh Islamic is inspired by the leadership of the kiai as the primary administrator of the Islamic boarding school, over the structural officials within the Annuqayah area. It also inspires supervision by the library manager through coordination with other regional libraries. It also includes internal and external supervision in selecting students' writings before publication. It also includes supervision within the educational institution.
