Abstract

The leadership model is a form of fashion, example, or form of the process of influencing others, followers, or subordinates. The leadership model can also be interpreted as a form of the process of influencing, directing, moving, and motivating subordinates to achieve common organizational goals. However, the reality is that at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Sumberjati, it is not known or research has been carried out on the extent of the implementation of leadership, so that it can be formulated and a complete formulation of a moral, mental, knowledge, and leadership skill process can be made to be implemented. In collecting data, the researcher used several research tools/instruments, namely; observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study are the leadership model used in this institution is a continuum leadership model, namely a leadership model that collaborates between autocratic and democratic. Autocratic used in terms of quick decision making, satisfaction for himself and a sense of security for his subordinates. And the democratic way used in receiving suggestions, opinions and even criticism from subordinates. Implementation of the leadership model in this institution, the principal always motivates, directs, mobilizes, strengthens emotional relationships with his subordinates.

Abstract

The practice of PAI learning which still often focuses on cognitive theoretical issues related to the development of Islamic values ​​by ignoring the development of affective and cognitive-volative aspects, such as the willingness and determination to practice Islamic values, becomes the context for PAI learning. As a result, there is often a disconnect between how religion is understood and how it is practiced in everyday life. Many religious people are individually devout but not socially devout. Further research was conducted on the educative interactions of PAI teachers and their implementation on attitudes. students' social piety based on this problem. This type of research uses qualitative research based on the sociology of education. Observation, interview, and documentation are all methods of data collection. Qualitative analysis of research data includes data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. Data triangulation, or technical triangulation, sources, and time, serves as a test of research data validation. The findings of this study indicate the following: The first educational interaction pattern used by PAI teachers was a one-way interaction pattern. PAI teachers use the lecture method to apply this one-way interaction pattern. 2) Two-way interaction patterns, which are carried out through a question and answer format by PAI instructors. 3) PAI teachers use group discussion learning methods and various religious activities related to social piety as part of the learning process. of the multidirectional interaction pattern. Second, the PAI KBM process is used to implement educative interactions for PAI teachers at SD IT Nurul Islam Tengaran, including getting students to pray first. and after learning, understanding previous learning materials, mastering and delivering good learning materials, connecting with community issues, creating a pleasant learning environment with the help of media and learning strategies, being open, inclusive, objective, and non-discriminatory towards students, and provide an evaluation to measure students' understanding of the learning material. Outside of KBM PAI, namely introducing students to Islamic teachings, instilling values ​​through school-based religious activities.

Abstract

Spiritual guidance not only has a very big role in shaping the character of children, but it will become a life guide as a milestone in realizing a good and useful personality for others. This study aims to describe the optimization of the development of early childhood spiritual intelligence in learning. Islam in school. This type of research is field research or field research. This research is presented in descriptive form. While the method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Model, which consists of: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Verification. The results of this study indicate that optimizing the development of spiritual intelligence can be done by instilling the habit of good things in accordance with the Qur'an and hadith in children from an early age. Learning applied in schools can help in the development of children's spiritual intelligence because it is designed creatively and fun by teachers who are competent in their fields such as using group models, contextual approaches, and using story methods, memorization, singing, and song movement exercises.

Abstract

Indonesia Gold is the ideal of the nation where in order to realize this, various strategic, tactical and innovative steps must be taken. Therefore, it is necessary to have an early development regarding the prospects for education and economic development. Pesantren is the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia which has great potential to realize development in both aspects through the development of human resources from an early age. So that with this, a productive, innovative and progressive golden generation of the nation can be created as an asset or human capital to manage the nation towards a Golden Indonesia 2045. The method used in this research is a conceptual qualitative method to provide a detailed explanation of the role of santri. The article explains how the role of santri for the nation, the role of santri in education and the role of santri in the economy.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the improvement of reading skills of elementary school students through Madura folk tales in fifth grade students of SDN Tlesa. Based on the research used is classroom action research. Data collection was obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation conducted in April-May 2022. Data analysis used data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To check the findings using source triangulation. After the data is collected from the results of the questionnaire answers and observations, the data will be tabulated to quantify the answers of the informants and observations which will be described in the form of excel application assistance. The results showed that the skill in obtaining an average value of the first cycle (1.66) could increase against the second cycle, obtaining an average value of 3.51. So in the first cycle got the criteria (enough), but there was the second cycle got the criteria (very good). So there is an increase of 1.85 from cycle I to cycle II.
