Abstract

ABSTRAKTulisan ini adalah hasil kajian kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkonseptualisasikan teknik penilaian diri dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman yang relevan dengan keterampilan yang harus dikuasai dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad XXI. Untuk merumuskan hasil kajian kepustakaan, lebih dari tiga artikel yang relevan dipelajari, direview, dibandingkan, dan disajikan oleh penulis untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini. Hasil kajian kepustakaan menunjukkan bahwa teknik penilaian diri adalah sebuah teknik penilaian yang efektif dan cocok untuk digunakan dalam perkembangan pendidikan abad XXI, karena  teknik penilaian tersebut mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Selain itu, teknik penilaian diri juga dapat mengidentifikan kekuatan dan kelemahan mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa dapat berinstrospeksi diri. Dengan demikian, mahasiswa dapat lebih menyadari kelebihan yang ada dalam dirinya serta mampu memperbaiki kelemahan yang dimilikinya secara kritis.Kata kunci: Penilaian diri, pendidikan abad 21, keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman ABSTRACT This writing based on the result of literature review that aimed to figure out and conceptualize self-assessment technique in German speaking skill that is relevant with skills which have to be mastered in facing the challenge of education in 21st century. To formulate the results of the literature review, more than three relevant articles were studied, reviewed, compared, and presented by the author in order to obtain the aim of this research. The result of the literature review shows that self-assessment is  effective and suitable  to be used in  in 21st century learning, because it is can improve  student’s critical thinking. Furthermore, self-assessment technique also the students can identify their strength and weakness, so that students can introspect themselves. Therefore, students can be more aware of their own strengths and be able to critically improve their weaknesses.Keywords: Self-assessment, education in 21st century, German speaking skill

Abstract

Breast and cervical cancers are two deathliest cancers causing women’s death in Indonesia. ‘Aisyiyah developed a model to support, educate and assist women to fight against breast and cervical cancers through behavior change communication in 15 districts. This model is implemented by integrating behavior change communication through family and community support approaches. Research on behavior change communication so far has focused more on the individual level and not many have paid attention to family (husband and wife relations) and community (cultural) factors to encourage individual behavior change. This study aims to explore ‘Aisyiyah’s strategies in behavior change communication (promoting, counselling, and assisting) women through family and community support approaches. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection are in-depth interview dan documentation. Research locations in five districts; Bantaeng, Mempawah, Sambas, Magelang, and Lamongan. This study revealed that behavior change communication integrated of promotion, family and community approaches was more effective in encouraging women to detect cancer early.

Abstract

Focus of this study is to describe the results of the application of the method carried out by DSJ-FS-UM students while writing Märchen. This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are five students of the german language students DSJ-FS-UM 2020 along with their essays. There are two data, namely words, phrases, or sentences in the student's essay that have difference with model text and student’s responses. Datas were collected by researchers who acted as human Instrument with supporting instruments, namely assignment sheets and questionnaire sheets.  The results show that the students are able to tell the introduction of the character and the result of the problem by using the KIS method. The students can tell these two parts in their own way, although there are similarities with the model text so that creative and imitative are reflected in students’s essays. However, outside of these two parts, the use of KIS method could not be found in the students' essays, because the students only use their creativity without the use of imitative aspect. Keywords : Kreativ-Imitatives Schreiben method, creative writing, Märchen, folktale.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan metode Kreativ-Imitatives Schreiben (KIS) yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa DSJ-FS-UM ketika menulis karangan berupa Märchen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah lima mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman DSJ-FS-UM angkatan 2020 beserta teks karangannya. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua data, yaitu kata, frasa, atau kalimat dalam teks karangan mahasiswa yang memiliki perbedaan dengan teks model dan data pendukung berupa respons mahasiswa. Data tersebut dikumpulkan oleh peneliti yang bertindak sebagai human instrument dengan bantuan instrumen penelitian, yaitu tes tulis dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dapat menceritakan bagian pengenalan tokoh dan akibat dari munculnya masalah dengan menggunakan metode KIS.  Para mahasiswa dapat menceritakan kedua bagian tersebut dengan cara mereka sendiri, meskipun di dalamnya terdapat kesamaan dengan teks model sehingga unsur kreatif dan imitatif tercermin dalam teksnya. Namun, di luar dua bagian tersebut tidak ditemukan penggunaan metode KIS dalam teks karangan mahasiswa, karena para mahasiswa hanya menggunakan kreativitasnya saja tanpa adanya penggunaan unsur peniruan.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan setiap manusia. Oleh karena itu, asuransi kesehatan JKN sangat penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya di Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) yang diantaranya berada di salah satu apotik yang berada di Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien terharap loyalitas pasien di Dokter Praktek Perorangan (DPP) sebagai salah satu Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) pada Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner semua pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung ke dokter praktik perorangan (DPP) Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Apotik Sita. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) menunjukkan Kepuasan Pasien tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien pengguna Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) 2). Kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) 3). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien pengguna Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN).

Abstract

Music, particularly in its form of songs, has played an important role in humanities for centuries. Aside from being an entertainment medium, songs contain lyrics that also represent a literary work named poetry. Both lyrical and musical essences in songs are often used to express one’s feelings. Therefore, the translation process of the lyrics of a song is highly necessary for the song to be widely enjoyed. Based on the background, this research aims to implement there translation techniques of Molina & Albir namely modulation, established equivalence, and amplification in a song titled Die Reise by Max Giesinger, and describe the translated lyrics by each technique. This research employs descriptive qualitative method with read, act, and note technique and the analysis data tables as a supporting instrument. The findings reveal that the song Die Reise by Max Giesinger has 13 lines to be translated by established equivalence, 8 lines by modulation, and 3 lines by amplification. Out of 36 lines in total, the researcher manages to translate 24 lines using three of Molina & Albir’s translation technique.Keywords: translation technique, song lyric, Molina and Albir

Abstract

This research aims to describe the cross-cultural aspects of the Familie theme in learning German and its implementation in learning German for XI grade of Senior High School. This research method used literature review: German curriculum for high school, syllabus, lesson plans, German language textbooks for A1 level high school, books, research results, and articles related to the use of intercultural learning methods. Then, all research data are grouped in tabular form, summarized and narrated. The results showed that the cross-cultural aspects studied in learning German for  XI gradecontained in Familie theme consisted of the sub-themes Familienaktivitäten, Familienstammbaum, Familienalbum, and Familienname. Cross-cultural aspects could be implemented in learning German in  XI grade Senior High School with three methods, they are discussion method, the comparing and commenting method, and the Stationenlernen method. Among the three methods, comparing and commenting methods are recommended to be implemented in learning German in XI grade of Senior High School.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Electronic Medical Records (RME) is a technology that is a priority in the development of health information systems. RME has significant benefits in patient data management, medication management, and clinical management. However, the implementation of RME at the BUNAFSI Main Clinic in Wonogiri Regency still needs to be carried out in a structured and systematic manner. This research is to determine the application or implementation based on 8 activities carried out in the electronic medical record system at the BUNAFSI Clinic in Wonogiri Regency, namely: how to implement patient registration, how to distribute patient medical record data, how to fill in clinical information on patient data, how to processing electronic medical record information on patient data. What is the data input process for financing claims? What is the process for storing patient data medical records? How is quality assurance of electronic medical records implemented? What is the process for transferring the contents of electronic medical record patient data?. The research method used is a qualitative research method. In this analysis, data was collected through observation and descriptive analysis methods. Data is obtained from various sources, such as financial reports, statistical reports, and reports from doctors and nurses. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of RME at the BUNAFSI Main Clinic in Wonogiri Regency still has several obstacles. Some of the obstacles include difficulties in managing patient data, difficulties in managing drugs, and difficulties in clinical management. This analysis shows that the implementation of RME at the BUNAFSI Main Clinic in Wonogiri Regency still needs to be carried out in a structured and systematic manner. To overcome these obstacles, support is needed from the government, management, and doctors and nurses. Keywords: Electronic Medical Records, RME, Application of RME  ABSTRAK Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan salah satu teknologi yang menjadi prioritas dalam pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan. RME memiliki manfaat yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan data pasien, pengelolaan obat, dan pengelolaan klinis. Tetapi, penerapan RME di Klinik Utama BUNAFSI di Kabupaten Wonogiri masih perlu dilakukan secara terstruktur dan sistemati. Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan atau pelaksanaan berdasar pada 8 kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam sistem rekam medis eleketronik di  Klinik  BUNAFSI di Kabupaten Wonogiri, yaitu:bagaimana penerapan registrasi pasien, pelaksanaan distribusi data rekam medis pasien, Bagaimana proses pengisisan informasi klinis data pasien, Bagaimana pengolahan informasi rekam medis elektronik data pasien, Bagaimana proses penginputan data untuk klaim pembiayaan? Bagaimana proses penyimpanan rekam medis data pasien? Bagaimana pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu rekam medis elektronik? Bagaimana proses transfer isi rekam medis elektronik data pasien?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Kualitataif. Dalam analisis ini, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi dan analisis deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, seperti laporan keuangan, laporan statistik, dan laporan dari para dokter dan perawat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RME di Klinik Utama BUNAFSI di Kabupaten Wonogiri masih ada beberapa kendala. Beberapa kendala antara lain adalah kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data pasien, kesulitan dalam pengelolaan obat, dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan klinis. Dalam konklusi, analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RME di Klinik Utama BUNAFSI di Kabupaten Wonogiri masih perlu dilakukan secara terstruktur dan sistematis. Untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut, diperlukan pendukungan dari pihak pemerintah, pihak manajemen, dan para dokter dan perawat. Kata Kunci: Rekam Medis Elektronik, RME,Penerapan RME

Abstract

Health development aimed to improve access and quality of health services, yet 4.5 billion people globally and 2.9 million rural residents in Indonesia still lacked adequate access. The JKN Program strived to equalize health services, despite facing challenges such as complex registration and access inequalities. To enhance inpatient care quality, the Standard Inpatient Care Class (KRIS) system was implemented with 12 criteria. Although 81% of regional hospitals showed readiness for KRIS, many still required infrastructure adjustments. This study analyzed hospital readiness in implementing KRIS and provided recommendations to enhance its implementation effectiveness. The research utilized a literature review with a PRISMA approach. Google Scholar and PubMed search engines were used. After removing duplicates and filtering articles, eight relevant articles were selected and evaluated using Mendeley software. The research findings indicated variations in hospital readiness to meet Standard Inpatient Care Class (KRIS) requirements. Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital only met 30% of the KRIS standards, while regional public hospital dr. Moch Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin achieved 85% readiness. Regional public hospital karanganyar and hospital Bhayangkara Medan faced challenges in policy socialization and infrastructure, while hospitals in Tangerang and Purwakarta districts struggled with meeting intensive care and isolation room standards. This study highlighted the need for infrastructure and facility improvements, as well as policy socialization for KRIS to achieve full standards. Hospital readiness for KRIS varied, with main challenges in infrastructure, facilities, socialization, as well as budgetary and funding constraints. The government and BPJS Kesehatan should monitor hospital readiness and subsidy mechanisms periodically.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien sangat penting untuk memastikan layanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit memberikan kualitas terbaik. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan tolok ukur keberhasilan dalam mengukur kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan. Rumah sakit menawarkan berbagai layanan, termasuk rawat jalan, di mana pasien dapat memperoleh diagnosis dan memulai rehabilitasi tanpa harus dirawat inap. Tujuan: Tujuan studi literatur ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh mutu pelayanan rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah narrative literature review terhadap artikel jurnal dalam 5 tahun terakhir, yaitu antara tahun 2018 sampai 2023. Sumber artikel berasal dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diperoleh dari database Google Scholar dan PubMed, dengan kata kunci: kepuasan pasien, mutu pelayanan kesehatan, dan rawat jalan rumah sakit. Artikel kemudian disaring berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Hasil: Telaah terhadap 8 jurnal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa indikator kualitas pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Kesimpulan: hasil analisis jurnal dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Semakin baik mutu pelayanan, semakin baik pula respon pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit. Salah satu dampak positifnya adalah loyalitas pasien yang meningkat, sehingga mereka cenderung kembali untuk berobat ke rumah sakit.
