Abstract

Poverty is still a problem in all countries, including Indonesia. Various efforts have been made by the government to minimize the amount of poverty from various aspects. In fact, various efforts have been made by a number of ministries, not only the Ministry of Social Affairs. All of them have the same goal, namely reducing poverty. This study aims to produce a zakat management prototype that suits the needs of mustahiq and to produce mustahiq who have entrepreneurial mentality, so that they can become independent mustahiq and become muzakki. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods, the data produced is descriptive data obtained from various kinds of literature related to the research theme. The results of the study obtained a zakat management prototype that is synergized between institutions in empowering mustahiq through MSMEs. Integrative and comprehensive steps in the application of the prototype include screening, training, business assistance and monitoring. The four aspects are carried out sequentially and continuously and in the corridor of synergy between BAZNAS and the Director General of PAUDNI and DIKMAS. By not ignoring basic needs and business capital needs, the output generated from the zakat management prototype can make a mustahiq who can be empowered through MSMEs. Keywords: Mustahiq, Muzakki, Life Skills Education, MSMEs, Zakat Abstrak Kemiskinan masih merupakan problem di seluruh negara, termasuk  di Indonesia. Berbagai upaya dilakukan pemerintah untuk meminimalisasi jumlah kemiskinan tersebut dari berbagai aspek. Bahkan berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh sejumlah kementrian, tidak hanya Kementrian Sosial. Semuanya memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu mereduksi angka kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menghasilkan sebuah prototype pengelolaan zakat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mustahiq serta menghasilkan mustahiq yang  memiliki mental berwirausaha, sehingga mampu menjadi mustahiq yang mandiri dan menjadi muzakki. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, data yang dihasilkan merupakan  data deskriptif yang diperoleh  dari berbagai macam  literatur yang berkaitan  dengan tema penelitian. Hasil kajian diperoleh sebuah  prototype pengelolaan zakat yang bersinergi inter institusi dalam pemberdayaan  mustahiq  melalui UMKM. Langkah-langkah yang integratif dan komprehensif dalam aplikasi prototype tersebut yakni dengan melakukan screening, training, business assistance dan monitoring. Keempat aspek itu dilakukan secara berurutan dan berkelanjutan serta dalam koridor sinergitas antara BAZNAS dan Dirjen PAUDNI dan DIKMAS. Dengan tidak mengabaikan kebutuhan pokok dan kebutuhan modal usaha, output  yang dihasilkan dari prototype pengelolaan zakat tersebut dapat menjadikan seorang mustahiq yang dapat diberdayakan melalui UMKM. Kata kunci: Mustahiq, Muzakki, Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup, UMKM, Zakat

Abstract

The National Amil Zakat Agency in Indonesian “Badan Amil Zakat Nasional” (BAZNAS) in Bandung City places a high priority on measuring muzakki satisfaction in all aspects of service delivery. In order to increase the muzakki's (those who pay zakat) trust in BAZNAS in Bandung City, it is obvious that service improvement is required. This study has a descriptive study design and a quantitative methodology. Its goals are to assess the level of community satisfaction with the services supplied by the local institution, explain and comprehend the quality of services offered, and gauge how closely community satisfaction corresponds to the institution's actual performance of services. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that was used, and 344 respondents made up the sample. The measurement method for the public service satisfaction index and the calculation described in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 regarding Guidelines for Preparing Public Service Organizer Satisfaction Surveys and SERVQUAL are combined in the analysis method used to calculate the muzakki satisfaction index for BAZNAS in Bandung City. 90% of the muzakki express concern and high concern for BAZNAS activities, despite the fact that they have no direct interaction with BAZNAS in Bandung City, according to an analysis of muzakki perceptions of zakat administration by BAZNAS in that city. 50.56% of the muzakki reported that the “Unit Pengumpul Zakat” UPZ (collecting and distribution units) at their individual universities are how they find out about BAZNAS initiatives. Information is accessed by the remaining 49.49% of the muzakki via various digital channels. About 60% of the muzakki in Bandung City believe that BAZNAS' official website and social media pages are "informative" in how they publish their activity reports. 85% of the muzakki in Bandung say that the needy and poor groups should be the focus of the zakat distribution carried out by BAZNAS. Bandung Sehat, Bandung Taqwa, Bandung Makmur, Bandung Cerdas, and Bandung Peduli are the five BAZNAS projects in Bandung City that earn the maximum support from the muzakki, each receiving 43.56%. Almost all of the components (indicators) of the muzakki satisfaction measurement fall into the "good" category, scoring between 3 and 4. Only one indication receives a score of 4.01 or above, which is in the trust area and represents a very good result. One more indication, rating 3.69 (good), is above 4.00 in the satisfaction category. The Bandung City Muzakki's impression of service quality was used to calculate the BAZNAS Service Quality Index, and the outcome is 77.03. In general, the muzakki rate the zakat management and distribution services offered by BAZNAS in Bandung City as being pretty satisfactory.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dan dianggap penting dari perekonomian di Indonesia, mengingat kehadirannya memberikan sumbangan besar bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sektor ini sudah terbukti ketangguhannya dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi yang melanda perekonomian Indonesia di saat perusahaan besar banyak yang mengalami kebangkrutan. Prodi Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung bekerja  sama dengan Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah ( MES) Jabar melakukan kegiatan dalam rangka memberikan kemudahan akses bagi para pelaku usaha, dengan focus pada usaha mikro melalui kegiatan Business Matching Fund ( BMF). Tujan dari kegiatan BMF ini membantu para pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan pendanaa/pembiyaan dari Lembaga Keuangan Syariah yang diharpakan mampu mendongkrak perkembangan usaha UMKM. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung, dihadiri UMKM Kota dan Kabupaten Bandung serta UMKM Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung yang dilaksanakan tanggal 18 Desember 2023. Hasil kegiatan Business Matching Fund bagi UMKM pertama, UMKM mampu membuat proposal Business Plan model canvas yang dapat  memperlihatkan keprofesionalan usaha. Kedua, UMKM memahami proses lembaga keuangan syariah baik perbankan maupun non-bank dalam melakukan pengambilan Keputusan pembiayaan. Ketiga, jaringan usaha bertambah mengingat kegiatan ini mempertemukan para UMKM diberbagai bidang usaha. Keempat, bahwa mitrapun dalam hal ini diberikan keuntungan dipertemukan dengan UMKM yang memiliki kesiapan menyampaikan potensi usahanya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of students in making thesis proposals. The identification of the ability to make a thesis proposal is expected to improve students' weaknesses in writing thesis proposals.  This research was conducted to students who have taken research methodology courses at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung.  The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The sample was 30 students who were taken purposively. Data in the form of thesis proposals in research methodology courses were analysed using research instruments in the form of thesis proposal writing structure tables and using descriptive statistical data to help interpret the data.  The results showed that in the ability to write proposals, showing the making of titles in the "Good" category. Background writing is in the "Fair" category. The writing of the problem formulation is in the "Good" category. While writing the theory and literature review falls into the "Fair" category, as well as the research method falls into the "Fair" category.Keywords : Writing competency; writing scientific paper; writing literacy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan BAZNAS Kota Bandung persepsi Mustahik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 404 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan, yaitu Metode Pengukuran Indeks Kepuasan Pelayanan Publik dan Service Quality (SERVQUAL). Hasil Perhitungan Indeks Kualitas Pelayanan BAZNAS Kota Bandung berdasarkan persepsi Mustahik sebesar 85,61 sesuai PERMENPAN No 14 2017 angka tersebut berada pada posisi “Sangat Baik”. Secara umum Mustahik menilai pelayanan BAZNAS Kota Bandung dalam mengelola dan mendistribusikan dianggap cukup memuaskan. Indeks kepuasan Mustahik terhadap BAZNAS Kota Bandung “Sangat Baik”. Hampir semua indikator pengukuran kepuasan mustahik mendapat skor di atas 4,00 atau baik sekali. Skor tertinggi untuk elemen kepuasan mustahik dicapai oleh indikator A3 dari jaminan (assurance) sebesar 4,43 atau sangat baik. Hanya satu indikator yang mendapat nilai di bawah 4,00 yaitu pada tampilan fisik (tangibility) yaitu sebesar 3,98 atau baik dari skala 5.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the mechanism of social media in the boycott of Israeli and American products since Israel's brutal attack on Palestine in 2023, the attacks carried out by Israel against Palestine have claimed thousands of civilian victims. This issue concerns humanity, where the oppression of fellow human beings is a violation of human rights, even genocide. Research that uses a qualitative approach, library research. The result is one of social media, Instagram, has an important role in increasing boycotts by people around the world. It is able to reduce the value of shares and profits of well-known companies affiliated with Israel. It is caused by social media in the boycott is supported by live video shows, photos and narratives that describe all Israeli crimes against Palestine strengthened by the algorithm. The process of share, shape, boycott and algorithm become integrated, accelerate and the success stages.

Abstract

Permasalahan kemiskinan tidak hanya menjadi beban bagi masyarakat. Tetapi, juga menjadi beban negara atau pemerintah, pemerintah telah membuat beberapa jaring sosial untuk peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat miskin. Upaya lain dalam merancang perlindungan sosial yang lebih tepat sasaran adalah dalam bentuk asuransi syariah yang dintegrasikan dengan program wakaf. Tujuan penulisan ini melihat bagaimana sebuah program asuransi syariah yang berintegrasi dengan wakaf dapat menjadi alternatif solusi perlindungan sosial masyarakat miskin selain BPJS. Pendekatan kualitatif serta library research digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang wakaf polis asuransi yang merupakan bagian dari sebuah inovasi dalam menggali potensi harta yang dapat diberdayakan untuk sebanyak-banyaknya orang, dengan nilai manfaat yang lebih besar. Selain bernilai ibadah namun, wakaf tersebut memiliki nilai ekonomi yang besar selama pengelolaannya dipegang oleh pihak yang amanah, efektif dan produktif. Program Tabbaru’ Wakaf memberi rasa aman, mengukur kemampuan berhutang karena manfaat pelunasan hutang yang diberikan dengan jumlah tertentu, serta memberikan santunan bagi ahli waris dan berwakaf bila peserta asuransi mengalami risiko. Konsep Tabarru’ Wakaf merupakan produk inovasi asuransi syariah dalam upaya menjadi solusi jaring pengaman sosial bagi masyarakat miskin yang tepat sasaran. Premi yang relatif terjangkau dengan jangka waktu singkat didisain khusus dengan menyesuaikan pendapatan masyarakat miskin.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Brunei Darussalam face various economic challenges, including low sharia financial literacy, less than optimal financial management, and limited access to formal financial services. This study aims to improve PMI's sharia financial literacy through training in establishing Baitul Maal Wat-Tamwil (BMT) as a sustainable economic solution for 15 members of the Indonesian Community Association (PERMAI). The method used is interactive online and offline training that includes material delivery, simulations, and technical assistance in establishing and managing BMT. The results of the training showed that participants gained an understanding of the concept of sharia finance, financial planning, and management of community-based financial institutions. This program also opens up opportunities for PMI to build economic independence and strengthen social networks in their environment. With this approach, it is hoped that similar training models can be applied in other PMI communities abroad

Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic has caused the global economy to stagnate. A significant decline in the rate of economic growth was experienced by almost every country, including Indonesia. Printing money is one solution, but an in-depth study needs to be done considering that there are differences in success when implemented, one of which is in European countries, Indonesia and Zimbabwe. For this reason, the purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study of the correct understanding, mechanism, and application of printing money that can stimulate economic growth from an Islamic perspective. This research approach uses literature study, in collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to this research. The results of the study indicate that- to solve the problem of the economic crisis, can be overcome by using a printing money policy. This policy has been successfully implemented in developed countries such as America, China, and several European countries so that they can get out of the crisis. The reason for its success is by taking into account the following points: first, the understanding of the modern MMT theory and the traditional MMT theory that both theories agree on the MMT derivative product namely printing money, only that modern MMT accompanies the project-based policy. Second, using the right mechanism where money is used according to its function in the Islamic perspective as a medium of exchange and standard prices where the application of printing money is project-based and is not used to cover consumptive government spending so that the amount of money in circulation depends on the number of goods and services. In production, this condition does not cause inflation. Third, the implementation of printing money is channeled to productive government needs. Automatically the circulation of money in circulation according to the number of goods and services produced.

Abstract

The rise of the digital era has made digital marketing strategies a vital component in influencing consumer behavior, including within the Sharia-compliant automotive sector. Dealer Syariah Mobilindo Bogor is one such business that has embraced digital approaches in its marketing activities. However, the effectiveness of these strategies on purchase decisions still requires academic investigation. This study aims to measure the impact of digital marketing on used car purchase decisions at Dealer Syariah Mobilindo Bogor. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing questionnaires to 156 respondents, and data were analyzed using SPSS version 27. The simple linear regression analysis resulted in the equation Y = 8.344 + 0.340X, with a regression coefficient of 0.340, indicating a positive effect. The t-value of 17.580 exceeds the t-table value of 1.975, and the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 confirms statistical significance. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.667) implies that 66.7% of the variation in purchase decisions is explained by digital marketing, while the correlation coefficient (Beta = 0.817) shows a strong positive relationship. The normality test also confirms that the data are normally distributed. The study concludes that a well-executed digital marketing strategy aligned with Sharia principles significantly influences consumer purchase decisions.
