Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal and external factors of the company, the company's portfolio and determine the right business strategy at JAB Feed Animal Feed Factory. This type of research uses a sequential exploratory model and the method used is a mixed method or mixed method. The focus of this research is to analyze internal factors and external factors including: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that affect the JAB Feed Animal Feed Factory in determining the company's portfolio and determining business strategies. The data sources used are observations, questionnaires and interviews. In this study using 2 data analysis techniques, namely the qualitative data analysis technique used in this study using interactive Miles and Huberman. While quantitative analysis techniques use SWOT analysis. The data validity used in this research is source triangulation. The results showed that the internal factors of the JAB Feed Animal Feed Factory obtained a value of 0.75 while for external factors obtained a value of 1.03 and the company was in quadrant I position, this position indicates a strong and opportunity company/aggressive strategy, where an aggressive strategy means that the company must be able to take advantage of the company's strengths in maximizing opportunities from the company's external scope.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how social media functions in disseminating information about Ketan Duren Ala Nana Malang City to customers. Qualitative research method was used in this research. This research uses observation, semi-structured interviews, and audio and visual documentation as data collection methods. The location of this research is Villa Gunung Buring Jalan Band Palmerah No. 1A, Cemorokandang, Kedungkandang District, Malang City, East Java. In this research process, qualitative methodology was used for data collection. While source triangulation, time triangulation, and technique triangulation were used to verify the truth of the data. The research findings show that Ketan Duren Ala Nana Malang City has implemented information dissemination through social media quite well, but is assisted by resellers in Java. To disseminate information to consumers so as to get significant consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external factors to determine the position of Tahu Sutra Presta Jaya MSME in business sustainability using SWOT analysis. This research method uses a mix method. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques use the Miles and Hubberman model while quantitative data analysis techniques use SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the position of Tahu Sutra Presta Jaya MSME in the SWOT diagram is in quadrant I which supports an aggressive strategy. The strategies that can be applied in these conditions are the Strengths-Opportunities, SO strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the steps in PT. Manage Mina Laut's production process and to put quality control measures in place for the procedure. Qualitative research is the name given to this type of study. Three techniques were employed to acquire the data: observation, interviews, and documentation. One kind of data analysis used in this study is the interactive model. The results of research indicate that PT. Manage Mina Laut takes crab from fishermen who harvest it while it is still fresh and of very good quality. The company then processes these raw materials effectively to produce high quality goods. PT. Manage Mina Laut consistently upholds the quality of the goods they produce. Before the product is sent to the customer, quality control goes through several verification stages in the production process, starting with the selection of fresh and high quality raw materials (off-line quality control). (on-line quality control). PT. Kelola Mina Laut has carried out production processes and quality control in accordance with relevant protocols.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on the performance of Kampoeng Id Coffee employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were Kopi Kampoeng Id employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique with a sample of 30 respondents which were processed using SPSS Statistics 25 software. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the three research variables have a partial effect, namely with the provisions of the influence of significance that has been tested with SPSS which shows each number in the following variables : t count > t table, namely 2.853 > 1,706 and significant level 0,028 > 0,05 variable workload partially significant effect on employee performance. t count > t table, namely 2,168 > 1,706 and significant level 0,025 > 0,05 the variable of work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. t count > t table, namely 3,355 > 1,706 and significant level 0,019 > 0,05 compensation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Then simultaneous testing which can be seen from the F value of the variable Workload, work stress, and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. These results is indicated by the F test obtained Fcount >Ftable, namely 5,551 > 2,98 and Sig. F 0,018 < 0,05. Test the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) that the dependent variable Karuawan's performance (Y) can be explained 45.9% by the independent variables Workload (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Compensation (X3). While the remaining 54.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The multiple linear analysis test shows that the variable that has the dominant influence on workload is indicated by the greatest beta coefficient value, namely 0.534.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this research is to analyze the internal performance of Mojokkopi MSMEs within Begawan Apartments, which highlights the best side of Mojokkopi's internal performance as a business strategy. Data collection for this research was carried out using interview methods and direct observation of MSMEs, which are described in qualitative research methods.. The results of this research are that Mojokkopi has an interesting internal aspect, the developments they have made have experienced very significant differences from when they were founded until now. And currently Mojokkopi can compete with well-known internal tenants in Begawan Apartments.

Abstract

This analysis aims to examine the strategies carried out by traditional retailers in Malang City in facing competition with modern retailers. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results show that traditional retailers in Malang City face various challenges from modern retailers, such as lower prices, greater product variety, and better service. To face these challenges, traditional retailers implement various strategies, such as: Strengthening personal service and hospitality, Offering unique and distinctive products, Building local communities and networks, Improving management efficiency and effectiveness, Utilizing information and communication technology, The government also needs to play a role in helping traditional retailers to improve their competitiveness, such as by providing training, coaching, and access to capital.

This research uses qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are research procedures that produce descriptive data: speech or writing and observable behavior of the people (subjects) themselves. It was concluded that Retail Be Smart has succeeded in implementing various effective marketing strategies to increase sales volume. It was concluded that Retail Be Smart has succeeded in implementing various effective marketing strategies to increase sales volume. By understanding the concept of market segmentation, determining the right target market, and determining a unique market position, Be Smart is able to attract consumer attention and maintain its advantage in the market. In addition, by using the right marketing mix, SWOT Analysis also helps a company to understand its internal strengths, identify external opportunities and threats.

Abstract

This article examines the implementation of development strategies by KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera in improving member welfare through sharia financial services. Using qualitative methodology, this research evaluates the influence of adequate infrastructure, innovation in services, and human resource development on members' economic empowerment. The results show that adopting a holistic approach to cooperative operations—including improving the accessibility and efficiency of financial services as well as training programs to improve members' financial competency—significantly supports member empowerment and community economic growth. This initiative not only strengthens members' financial stability but also stimulates inclusive economic growth in the community. This study confirms that KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera has been effective in forming an ethical financial ecosystem and supporting the economic independence of its members.

Abstract

Cooperatives as one of the pillars of the people's economy have an important role in encouraging the sustainability of the community's economy. This research aims to analyze the role of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in encouraging the economic sustainability of the community in the area where it operates. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies. Data was collected through library research and using internet searching. The research results shows that KUD Fern is proven to be capable to encourage the economics sustainability of the community in its operations areas.
