Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Dampaknya pada Citra Perusahaan. Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah Persepsi yang terdiri dari Perhatian (X­1), Pemahaman (X­2) dan Ingatan (X3) dan variabel antara dalam penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR (Z), sedangkan variabel endogen adalah Citra Perusahaan (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan(explanatory research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di RW. 02 Dusun Maduarjo Desa Babadan Kematan Ngajum Kabupaten Malang. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Kepala Keluarga (KK) yangmemanfaatkan program CSR PT. Greenfields Indonesia. Teknik simple random sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur digunakan untuk menentukan hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Persepsi Masyarakat yang terdiri dari variabel Perhatian , Pemahaman dan Ingatan (X) terhadap variabel Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR (Z) dengan signifikansi p-value sebesar 0,008 (<0,05) , 0,796 (>0,05) dan 0,000 (<0,05). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR (Z) terhadap variabel Citra Perusahaan (Y) dengan siginifikasi p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Masyarakat yang terdiri dari variabel Perhatian, Pemahaman dan Ingatan (X) secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap variabel Citra Perusahaan (Y) melalui variabel Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR (Z) sebagai variabel antara dengan signifikasi p-value sebesar 0,030 (<0,05), 0,552 (>0,05) dan 0,001 (<0,05). Masyarakat memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap keberadaan PT. Greenfields Indonesia, khususnya Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) , dan PT. Greenfields Indonesia perlu untuk terus mengembangkan dan memberikan informasi yang lebih rinci dan akurat mengenai program CSR, dengan demikian informasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR sehingga meningkatkan Citra Perusahaan PT. Greenfields Indonesia.   Kata Kunci: Pesepsi Masyarakat, Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Citra Perusahaan.

Abstract

Thisi researchi aimsi to analyzei the influencei of digitalo marketingi on purchasing decisions for moisturizer products using electronic word of mouth as mediation for The Originote moisturizer products on Tiktok social media. The methodi usedi in this researchi is a descriptivei quantitativei method. The data analysis techniquei uses Patrial Least Square (PLS) and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping.The researchi results showi that the Digital Marketingi variable has a positive and significanti influence on purchasing decisionsi for The Originote moisturizer on Tiktok social media. The Digitali Marketingi variablei has a positive and significant effect on E-WOM. The E-WOM variablei has a positivei and significanti influence on the decision to purchase The Originote moisturizer on Tiktok social media. The Digital Marketing variable mediated by E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase The Originote moisturizer on Tiktok social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal and external factors of the company, the company's portfolio and determine the right business strategy at JAB Feed Animal Feed Factory. This type of research uses a sequential exploratory model and the method used is a mixed method or mixed method. The focus of this research is to analyze internal factors and external factors including: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that affect the JAB Feed Animal Feed Factory in determining the company's portfolio and determining business strategies. The data sources used are observations, questionnaires and interviews. In this study using 2 data analysis techniques, namely the qualitative data analysis technique used in this study using interactive Miles and Huberman. While quantitative analysis techniques use SWOT analysis. The data validity used in this research is source triangulation. The results showed that the internal factors of the JAB Feed Animal Feed Factory obtained a value of 0.75 while for external factors obtained a value of 1.03 and the company was in quadrant I position, this position indicates a strong and opportunity company/aggressive strategy, where an aggressive strategy means that the company must be able to take advantage of the company's strengths in maximizing opportunities from the company's external scope.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external factors to determine the position of Tahu Sutra Presta Jaya MSME in business sustainability using SWOT analysis. This research method uses a mix method. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques use the Miles and Hubberman model while quantitative data analysis techniques use SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the position of Tahu Sutra Presta Jaya MSME in the SWOT diagram is in quadrant I which supports an aggressive strategy. The strategies that can be applied in these conditions are the Strengths-Opportunities, SO strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the steps in PT. Manage Mina Laut's production process and to put quality control measures in place for the procedure. Qualitative research is the name given to this type of study. Three techniques were employed to acquire the data: observation, interviews, and documentation. One kind of data analysis used in this study is the interactive model. The results of research indicate that PT. Manage Mina Laut takes crab from fishermen who harvest it while it is still fresh and of very good quality. The company then processes these raw materials effectively to produce high quality goods. PT. Manage Mina Laut consistently upholds the quality of the goods they produce. Before the product is sent to the customer, quality control goes through several verification stages in the production process, starting with the selection of fresh and high quality raw materials (off-line quality control). (on-line quality control). PT. Kelola Mina Laut has carried out production processes and quality control in accordance with relevant protocols.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the right business development strategy so that it can be used by Cars'n kidz convection to expand its market share and increase sales. Cars'N Kidz is a children's clothing convection business in Jabung District, Malang Regency. To find out the right strategy in increasing sales, researchers use SWOT analysis. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive and observation, interviews, and literature reviews as data collection methods. The results of this study obtained data that based on the Cartesian diagram shows that Cars'n Kidz is in the Growth quadrant where the quadrant is a very profitable situation. This is because Cars’N Kidz Convection are in a growth position so it is important to utilize strengths and take existing opportunities, the strategy consists of:1) Improving product quality and collection. 2) Forming an association/union of convection entrepreneurs to maintain a bargaining position with suppliers. Keywords: SWOT, Convection, Business Strategy, IFAS and EFAS Matrix.

Abstract

Kebersihan lingkungan merupakan faktor utama dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang sehat. Salah satu unsur lingkungan yang perlu dijaga adalah kebersihan sungai. Permasalahan kebersihan sungai selalu menjadi masalah utama dalam kebersihan lingkungan.  Selain itu, dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan untuk mencegah terjadinya bencana, diperlukan Gerakan yang berkelanjutan. Program Kali Bersih (PROKASI) adalah salah satu upaya untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan di Desa Kalipare, Kabupaten Malang. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini  menekankan pada gerakan kebersihan berkelanjutan dan sosialisasi pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.  Langkah-langkah yang dilaksanakan dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah Gerakan bersih-bersih di beberapa titik sungai di desa tersebut, serta  sosialisasi pentingnya menjaga kebersihan kepada warga desa. Berbagai langkah ini dilakukan dalam jangka waktu tiga minggu dan mendapat sambutan baik dari warga desa. Diharapkan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan tersebut dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan menumbuhkan kesadaran warga Desa Klalipare tentang pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan dan kebiasaan menjaga lingkungan sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang sehat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of financial technology variables and service features on consumer choices when selecting digital wallets for financial transactions, utilizing a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through the use of questionnaires. The research population consisted of FIA students from the class of 2020 at UNISMA who are users of the OVO application. The results of the study reveal that consumer preferences (Y) are affected by financial technology variables (X1) and service features (X2). The F test results support the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and reject the null hypothesis (Ho), indicating that the independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination shows an R square value of 0.299, suggesting that financial technology (X1) and service features (X2) collectively contribute to consumer preferences (Y) by 29.9%. Other variables not examined in this study account for 70.1% of the influence.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and assess the impact of the Implementation of Employee Training & Development Programs on Employee Performance (Case Study of PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP) Batu City Branch), both individually and overall. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection technique applied is a questionnaire. The data analysis methods employed include the measurement of instruments, encompassing validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, which covers normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as hypothesis testing, which includes multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient. The findings of the study indicate that both variables, namely the employee training & development programs, have an individual impact on employee performance (case study of PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP) Batu City Branch). Additionally, the employee training & development program variables also have an overall impact on employee performance (case study of PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP) Batu City Branch).
