Abstract

Various studies of legal and economic relations show that economic progress will not succees without the development of the law that preceded it. In fact it is said that strengthening legal institutions is “precondition for economic change”, “crucial to the viability of new political systems”, and “an agent of social change. Abstract

Islamic boarding school is as a religious education institution. It is supported by a set of curriculum that acts as a motivator in teaching and learning. In general, the curriculum used on it is being the reference of certain learning, and manifested in the form of determining certain yellow books in accordance with the level of knowledge of students by usingmastery learning model. This study has three objectives: 1) learning management on aspects of planning, implementation and assessment; 2) obstacles in the implementation of learning; and 3) solutions undertaken toovercome obstacles in yellow book study at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Pembangunan Majenang Cilacap. The findings related to learning management at Pondok Pesantren Pembangunan Miftahul Huda Majenang are: 1) every early year of caregiver lessons and ustadz(the term address for islam teachers)plan the learning activities by setting learning schedule; 2)teaching schedule is made by the principle of deliberation,and involving all people of pesantren; 3) the implementation of learning is done on a predetermined schedule; 4) the assessment of learning as a benchmark of success has not been done comprehensively and routinely.The whole learningmanagement which is held at Pondok Pesantren Pembangunan Miftahul Huda Majenang runs optimally.Key Words: management, learning, islamic boarding school

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the development of the increase in the country's military budget in the context of humanity and see it in a modern face of humanitarian world perspective. This article argues that there is a significant influence from the increase in the state's military budget on existing humanitarian issues. The increase in a country's military budget has at least two impacts, namely domestic and international impacts. Improving regional security and stability in the domestic context is one of the effects of an increase in a country's military budget. neighboring countries concerns over an increase in a country's budget reflects the adverse impact of the increase in the budget. The existence of these concerns will actually raise the tension of relations between countries that are in conflict. Abstract

Sense of Place is related to emotional relationships born from the interaction between humans and places. The game was born as a public space involving the interpretation of the owner of the place, views or perceptions of reality outside the game. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare shows the existence of coherent elements of place including physical settings, images and meanings of the game. This research shows that physical settings in the game Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare have strong relevance between images in real-life games outside the game. Relevance is arranged with excellent detail so that it makes players easier to assemble imaginations that are identical to everyday life. The aspects of the image generated in the game Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare are arranged very precisely through a combination of visual appearance and strong narration. The interpretation order in this game is inseparable from the existence of games as one of the ideal communication channels to disseminate ideas according to the sender. The meaning formed through this game is an accumulation of physical settings and adequate narration according to the will of the maker. These three things succeeded in shaping players' perceptions in the direction expected by producers of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.Key Words: call of duty, sense of place, video, games, public space,

Abstract

Media independence determines the choice of news published by the media. This was the background of the research on the Reuni Aksi Damai 212 of the 2018 , which not all media reported. Editorial Radar Banyumas is a main division of independence in the news of Reuni Aksi 212 of 2018. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of Editorial Radar Banyumas about independence, knowing the views of Editorial Radar Banyumas about independence in the Reuni Aksi Damai 212. This research based on Alfred Schutz's theory of phenomenology with data collection techniques through observing news of Reuni Aksi Damai of 212 in the Radar Banyumas Newspaper, in- depth interviews with related personels, literature studies and documentation studies.The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research showed that Radar Banyumas as one of the most popular in Banjarnegara Regency, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap and Kebumen, maintained independence inreporting. Independence becomes an important thing in carrying out the profession as an editorial crew. This is so that editors can maintain the objectivity and balance in publishing news. Editor in Chief Radar Banyumas in publishing the news of the Reuni Aksi Damai 212 to maintain independence by relying on news value.Key Word: Independece, Editor, Radar Banyumas, Reuni Aksi 212

Abstract

The zoning program is one of the government programs in the framework of equalizing the quality of education. Through this program schools can compete to have good quality and are not inferior to schools that are already considered favorites. This program provides broadest access for schools and students to develop their quality. But in its implementation, the policy is inseparable from the pros and cons. There are schools that benefit and are disadvantaged. Thus, schools must have strategies in dealing with the school zoning system. The results of research at SMP N 3 Mrebet Purbalingga, the school's strategy in dealing with the zoning system, are a) building school branding; b) "pick up the ball" strategy, c) improve school performance, d) scholarships exist.Key Words: school strategy, zoning system, SMP N 3 Mrebet

Abstract

This study aims to observe the contribution of karate extracurricular activities to (towards) building students disciplinary and responsible character in MI Darul Hikmah Bantarsoka, West Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. This research is a field research, which type is qualitative. The techniques used to collect the data are by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the three data collection techniques are then collected through triangulation of techniques and sources. From the results of the analysis conducted by karate extracurricular activities have a positive contribution to building students’ disciplinary and responsible character the character of discipline and responsibility MI Darul Hikmah Bantarsoka, West Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. Students who take part in karate extracurricular activities have those two positive characters. The disciplinary attitude of students can be seen through several activities such as: religious discipline, time discipline, discipline towards regulations, discipline of learning, and discipline in attitude. The character of the responsibilities of the students includes the responsibility of being exposed to the densiri, family, community, nation and state and God AlmightyKey Words: Karate extracurricular activity, Discipline Character and Responsibility.

Abstract

Defense Economy is a branch of science that applies economics to national defense problems. The defense economy as a multidisciplinary study addresses the allocation of resources, income distribution, economic growth, and political stability applied to topics related to defense. The results of defense activities are pure public goods, because they are non-exclusive and nonvalidity, so the provision is made by the state. In the provision of defense products, the state must do it effectively and efficiently. This is due to the limited national resources owned by the state, and many other objectives that must be met by the state, such as education, health, and infrastructure development services while on the other hand the defense is always faced with the doctrine of Si Vis Pacem the Bellum. This consideration is the basis of the urgency to include economic defense material in economic learning in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.Key Words: defense economy, economic learning, industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Empowerment of rural communities can increase the potential and creativity of the community in improving their standard of living. This study aims to explain the empowerment program to groups of fish farmers in Beji village, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. Using the survey method, the case study approach is descriptive analysis. The method of collecting data through observation, interviews and documents. The result is an empowerment model that is conducted in the form of training (counseling) for gouramy cultivation by the ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries in collaboration with village officials. Beji village government also provides cheap rental facilities to farmer groups included in this empowerment group. Pellet making equipment (fish food) is also provided by the ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries with pellet making training. Empowerment communication is interpersonal communication and group communication (direct communication, consultation in training).Key Words: empowerment, empowerment communication, farmer groups

Abstract

This research is done to know (1) kinds of literacy, (2) strategy applied, (3) impact of applying of literacy movement in Krandegan Banjarnegara 1 Public Elementary School.. This reseach was conducted by using the type of qualitative approach descriptive research type. Data analysis is done through the stages of data colletion, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the types of literacy contained in Krandegan Banjarnegara 1 Public Elementary School., among others, basic literacy, scientific literacy, library literacy, and technologi literacy. (2) a strategy applied by reading 15 minutes before learning begins, a reading corner in eacg class with students bringing books from home to school so that students can read whenever and wherever the literacy movement are integrated with the curriculum (curriculum 2013) write down the essense of reading or make a synopsis, discussion and presentatiton, the procurement of library materials. (3) the impact caused by the literacy movement such as the students showed the pencbant of writing, the increasing number of visits to the library, the creation of a literate enviroment with the habit of reading, easing burden of teachers in training students ability to obtain information with high curiosity so that students have extensive knowledge and insight.Key Word: movement literacy, reading.
