Abstract

Boarding School is a place that facilitates teenagers in religious formation, morality and noble morals, both for those whose parents are well off, or whose parents are not well-off, or whose parents are busy with their work. Baitul Anshor Boarding School is an institution that has a program in the development of religious, morality and noble character, that is with aspects of coaching ruhiyyah, fikriyah coaching and coaching jasadiyyah done for 24 hours from start the child wakes up until the child sleeps again. In this study the focus of attention is the form of guidance patterns of students or students who are developed in educating students in Boarding School. Data in this research is obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data are respondents. In this study the respondents are students or students of Baitul Anshor Boarding School. The informants, namely leaders of institutions, caregivers, and community leaders around Baitul Anshor Boarding School. The research approach used in this research is by qualitative method. While the data collection techniques used are by interview, observation and documentation. The pattern of guidance in Baitul Anshor Boarding School in providing guidance to students or santrinya takes place effectively and efficiently. The coaching of students or students of Baitul Anshor Boarding School can provide a new color in the development of Islamic education through coaching in accordance with the teachings of Islam is pure and in accordance with the demands of the times. This shows that Islamic educational institutions have an active role and have a high awareness of the needs of the community for quality education.Key Words: Coaching, Islam, Boarding

Abstract

Kiai is seen as a very influential figure in pesantren life. In addition to the charismatic figure, whatever is taught by a kiai is seen as an absolute truth that can not be "inviolable". The charisma of a kiai in pesantren makes the kiai very respected and respected by the ustadz and santrinya. The continuity of a pesantren depends on a kiai as its leader. For that a kiai is a person who must have the ability so that it can run its role as leader of the pesantren. Speaking of the role of kiai in leadership, it will not be separated from the task of kiai in managing and doing supervision (control) in pesantren. So it is natural that the growth and development of a pesantren depends on the personal leadership ability of the kiai. Pesantren management is very dependent on Kiai. In pesantren the highest authority is absolute in the hands of the pesantren nurse. Kiai as the spirit of pesantren, its vital role can not be replaced by other components. Therefore, it can be said that the life of a pesantren is very dependent on Kiai.Key Words: Leadership, Kyai and Pesantren

Abstract

The educational system in Indonesia still tends to generalize the standard of intelligence of one student with other students with the assessment of narrow methods and parameters, namely the cognitive aspect only. Circumstances like this would certainly adversely affect the development of the potential possessed by students, because basically every student has a different kind of intelligence diferent. This research is a library research of data collection is done by analyzing books by Munif Chatib, interview and collect data from other relevant. The approach of this research is pedagogik psikologi. The data analysistechnique used is the content analysis continued on the descriptive analytics. Research result show: first the teacher must eliminate negative label to student before entering into class, teacher have to have view and mindset which assume every child is champion. Both teachers should look at the broader competencies of the students, based on three proportional cognitive, psychomotor, and affective abilities. The thirdis willing to to keep learning. The fourth continues to explore the student’s abilities. The fifth taught in a fun way. The six teachers are the facilitators. Abstract

The management of the religious character of the students through the halaqoh program is one of the efforts encompassed the goals of national education in the form of religious students. The purpose of this research is to know about the planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling program of religious character building of students through halaqoh program. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, and interview. Subjects in this study were the head of madrasah and head of halaqoh program and staff of the halaqoh murabbi in SDIT Harapan Bunda. The results showed that: 1) Planning the halaqoh method and character formation of the RPP which refers to the existing syllabus. The targets to be achieved match the student's progress. 2) Organizing is done through the division of tasks and responsibilities of the murabbies. 3) Implementation and actuating of the program carried out every day with methods and references on the RPP that has been made. 4) And supervision/evaluation is done through performance evaluation at the end of the school year.Key Words: Religious Character, Halaqoh Method, SDIT Harapan Bunda Purwokerto

Abstract

The background of this research is that soft skills is one of the most important aspects in achieving success that needs to be instilled early on, especially through formal education institutions. MIN Tanjungsari is a school that develops soft skills through thematic learning. Softskills are communication, emotional, language, group skills, have ethics and morals, courtesy and communication skills. Thematic learning is learning that integrates several subjects in one theme. The strategy for developing soft skills is to integrate soft skills attributes through appropriate strategies and methods in thematic learning. Learning design must be effective and efficient. The results of this study indicate that thematic learning is able to develop students' soft skills in the form of communication, honesty and cooperation.Key Words: Soft Skills, Thematic Learning

Abstract

Balance Scorecard is a management tool for maintaining a balance between financial and nonfinancial indicators, past performance indicators, present and future,internal and eksternal indicators. In BSC there are four perspectives to maintain balance in management. These four perspectives are financial, service, internal business and learning and growth perspective. MI Darul Hikmah implements school based management to improve the quality of education so it can optimally to avhieve the vision that has been determine. One form of improving the quality of education is by looking at school performance. Then school performance measurement can use balance scorecard approach. Abstract

Globalization is an interesting issue to study. This is because indirectly the influence of globalization has resulted in changes in patterns and models of people's lives, from traditional societies to a more modern and open society. The emergence of globalization is marked by progress in various fields of life, both in the field of communication and information. transportation, economy, politics, socio-culture, defense and security, as well as in other fields. The presence of globalization does have a positive impact on the progress of the nation, but on the other hand globalization also has a negative influence on the Indonesian people. The development of attitudes and culture of weternization (westernized) is a form of negative influence of globalization which is a challenge for the Indonesian people. Therefore, to answer the challenges of the negative influence of globalization, one of the efforts that can be done is through strengthening national values for citizens, including in this case the younger generation. Strengthening this national value can be implemented through Citizenship Education.Key Words: Civic education; National Values; Globalization
