Abstract

Information Technology continues to grow along with the ability of computers to provide solutions to problems in sharing areas. One of the depelopment of information technology is the existence of information systems that can provide solutions for the sales process. At Toko Raja Ponsel, the author pay attention to the transactions conducted in the store of the king of mobile phones are still done manually, recording sales reports, reports data items are still recorded in the book so that data can be lost and damaged. In this study describes what matters are the factors of making the information system of mobile phone sales, and what is needed in the making. From the description the authors analyzed the existing system in the Toko Raja Ponsel by using SWOT analysis, so found a solution to the problem solving that is with the development of products that received a rating of 19.7 attractiveness of the total number of respondents. From these results the authors developed a system with UML (unified modeling language) with user interfaces Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and My Sql as its database. With this writer provide solution of making information system of sale, hence can assist in every transaction, so give ease in every transaction more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Cryptography is a method of manipulating a secret message into an unknown form to many people, with the aim of protecting the secret message from unauthorized individuals. Various types of cryptographic algorithms can be applied to protect data and information. Among them are the RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) and AES cryptographic algorithms. AES and RSA are often used together to provide optimal security. AES is used for efficient data encryption, while RSA is used for key exchange and digital signatures. In this research, AES is used for encrypting and decrypting documents/data, while RSA serves as the encryption and decryption for the AES key, which acts as the encryptor and decryptor for the documents/data. With this combination, the strengths of both algorithms can be utilized to achieve strong data security and confidentiality. The author aims to implement data security at XYZ Company. In this research, the author focuses on securing procedure documents and calibration methods.

Abstract

Kindergarten. Bina Mulia Cibitung is a school engaged in early childhood education. Customer satisfaction survey is certainly needed to know the response of parents / guardians of students to the quality of service. But during this kindergarten. Bina Mulia has not conducted a survey on the satisfaction of parents of students to the services performed by teachers and administrative personnel. In anticipation of things that the school did not want during this pandemic, the survey was done not directly but online. Respondents to this survey are all parents / guardians of students both still active in school and who have graduated. This research is planned on an ongoing basis with the aim of knowing the level of satisfaction of parents / guardians to school services. In addition, this research aims to produce an online survey application that is integrated with the survey management information system, while the CSI method to measure customer satisfaction. Analysis of survey results is calculated using customer satisfaction index (CSI) method. CSI is a quantitative analysis in the form of a percentage of the number of parents / guardians of students to this service satisfaction survey.

Abstract

Classrooms are an inseparable part of course scheduling, because every lecture schedule arrangement Lecturers definitely need a classroom to teach these courses, currently the study program secretary still uses Microsoft Excel to arrange classrooms, this causes difficult problems to manage lecture schedule. and classrooms so as not to clash due to class limitations, therefore an application is made to facilitate control of classrooms both class scheduling and class replacement. It is hoped that this application can simplify the work of all parties.

Abstract

The standard setting of wage rates based on the ability of business entities or agreements between workers and business entities as well as the average wage of workers in the past, efficiency standards are set by looking at the actual performance of a worker. The research methods used in this research are descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research data used in this study is secondary data. Data sources that do not directly provide data to data collectors, The difference in direct labor costs that occur in PT Masaiki is profitable. Although variance is beneficial in controlling direct worker costs is not necessarily a maximal profitable variance, But if the business entity uses the budgeted costs with continuous difference analysis in controlling direct worker costs, the direct worker costs that must be used by business entities will be small and small costs will increase profits so that optimal profits will be obtained by business entities.

Abstract

Employee attendance is an administrative process that is carried out every day. Use of a manual system for events prone to damage or loss. Not to mention employees who forget attendance records, which will cause delays in the flow of employee attendance information. As a solution to the existing problems is by designing an application to make presence using Android-based QR Code Scanning and Location-Based Services (LBS). QR Code technology is very efficient because the code can be read in a very short time using a smartphone while the Location Based Service (LBS) is to prevent employees from making presence outside the area determined by the company. The design of this application produces a paperless system and prevents manipulation of attendance data because in this application it is implemented that one employee only asks for one device ID or smartphone IMEI

Abstract

The availability of medical aids in adequate quantities is very much needed to assist the work of the medical staff in dealing with the very large number of Covid patients. Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the Deep Learning (DL) method, especially the Convolution Neural Network (CNN), is able to diagnose Chest X-ray images generated by the Computer Tomography Scanner (C.T. Scan) against certain diseases (Covid). Inception Resnet Version 2 architecture was used in this study to train a dataset of 4000 images, consisting of 4 classifications namely covid, normal, lung opacity and viral pneumonia with 1,000 images each. The results of the study with 50 epoch training obtained very good values for the accuracy of training and validation of 95.5% and 91.8%, respectively. The test with 4000 image dataset obtained 98% accuracy testing, with the precision of each class being Covid (99%), Lung_Opacity (97%), Normal (99%) and Viral pneumonia (99%).

Abstract

The warehousing management system is a key in the supply chain, where the main objective is to control all the processes that take place such as shipping and receiving. Currently the update of inventory data in PT. The Rekatama Makmur solution is periodically not updated every time a transaction occurs and is performed by a single computer performed by a warehouse officer, so that the other part of the employee is constrained in getting the latest data needed to make a business decision. Problems in this research how to make inventory information system for PT. Rekatama Makmur solution that produces updated inventory information every transaction and can generate information for warehouse officer, purchasing, and sales department. This research uses design and development which is done using VB.Net and MySql programming language as database management system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the competency certification program of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This research is classified as an evaluative research using the CSE-UCLA model which consists of components of a system assessment, planning program, implementation program, improvement and certification program. The subjects of this study consisted of: the Head of the Laboratory, the Certification Management Team and the students participating in the certification. The method of data collection was done by online questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive quantitative to analyze the percentage level of effectiveness of each component in the CSE-UCLA model and descriptive qualitative to analyze the constraints that cause the evaluation results are not in accordance with the standard of success. The results of the evaluation of the computer certification program at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya show that the average level of effectiveness of program implementation on the system assessment component is 63%, while in program planning it is 63%, then the results for program implementation are 58%, related to improvement programs are 61% , and finally on the certification program with a total of 66%. By looking at the average results of the evaluation of the implementation of the computer certification program at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya as a whole, which is 62%, the level of effectiveness of program implementation is classified in the less category.

Abstract

The dynamics of higher education are changing and emphasize the need to adapt quickly. Higher education is under the supervision of accreditation agencies, governments and other stakeholders to seek new ways to improve and monitor student success and other institutional policies. Many agencies fail to make efficient use of the large amounts of available data. With the use of big data analytics in higher education, it can be obtained more insight into students, academics, and the process in higher education so that it supports predictive analysis and improves decision making. The purpose of this research is to implement big data analytical to increase the decision making of the competent party. This research begins with the identification of process data based on analytical learning, academic and process in the campus environment. The data used in this study is a public dataset from UCI machine learning, from the 33 available varibales, 4 varibales are used to measure student performance. Big data analysis in this study uses spark apace as a library to operate pyspark so that python can process big data analysis. The data already in the master slave is grouped using k-mean clustering to get the best performing student group. The results of this study succeeded in grouping students into 5 clusters, cluster 1 including the best student performance and cluster 5 including the lowest student performance.
