Abstract

This research seeks to elaborate on the work ethic of employees in an institution and the impact it has on their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic on employee performance in the regional office of the Ministry of Religion, South Sumatra province. This research is a field research (field research) with a quantitative approach. Data collection and survey techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, sampling was carried out by using non-probability sampling technique; saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique that makes the entire population as a sample totaling 44 people. Data were analyzed by Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Simple linear regression analysis, Basic assumption test and Hypothesis Test (t test and Determination Coefficient Test) using SPSS version 23 software tools. The results showed that there was an effect of work ethic on performance employee. It is proven that the R Square value in the table is 0.114 which indicates that the Employee Performance variable (Y) is influenced by the Work Ethics variable (X) of 11.4% and the remaining 88.6% is influenced by other factors not examined such as motivation and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan jamaah di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien Plaju Kota Palembang. Dilakukannya penelitian ini karna adanya keluhan jamaah dengan fasilitas yang kurang mewadai di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai bukti adanya manajemen pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan jemaah di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien dalam penerapan manajemen pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan jemaah dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Masjid Mu’awanatul muttaqien pelayanannya sudah tertib, lancar, tepat sasaran, namun belum memuaskan jamaah. Kurangnya pembenahan fasilitas masjid yaitu ruangan yang panas akibat kurangnya kipas angin/AC, kurangnya lapangan parkir untuk mobil dan kurang terjaganya kebersihan didalam masjid. Kenyamanan merupakan faktor terpenting untuk memuaskan jamah. Ada tiga jenis kenyamanan termal, audial, dan visual. Dari tiga jenis kenyamanan hanya kenyamanan visual yang sudah memenuhi kriteia di Masjid Mu’awanatul Muttaqien.

Abstract

Spirituality is an understanding related to the balance of one's soul both spiritually and materially. Spirituality is an effort to be close to God, then implemented in everyday life, including in the work environment. The application of Worplace Spirituality to employees can affect the quality of performance. In this study, the researchers found the following results: first, forms of implementing a spiritual workplace at KBIH An-Nur Karah Agung Surabaya, including: Dhuhur Prayer, Asar Prayer, Dhuha Prayer, Reading Al-Waqiah Letter, Saying Islamic sentences, Closing Aurot , and Listening to Murottal. Second, the factors supporting the implementation of spirituality workplace at KBIH An-Nur Karah Agung Surabaya, namely: facilities, sincerity, responsibility, mujalasah as-shalihin and physical evidence. While the inhibiting factors are: lack of time management skills.

Abstract

This study is entitled the influence of human resource management and spiritual intelligence on the work ethic of employees at PT. Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource management and spiritual intelligence simultaneously (together) and partially (one way) on the work ethic of employees at PT Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang, with a sample of this study being 119 people. Human resource management and spiritual intelligence are factors that are needed to improve employee work ethic, with a high quantity and quality of employee work, it can increase employee morale and work ethic. The research design used is a multiple regression model or multiple linear regression. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variables, namely human resource management (X1) and Spiritual Intelligence (X2) and the dependent variable, namely Work Ethics (Y). Data processing was assisted by the SPSS for windows version 25.00 program, with the F test results showing that F count is (203.576) > F table (2.68) and a significance of (0.000) < α (0.05) it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of human resource management and spiritual intelligence simultaneously (together with -sama) on the work ethic of employees at PT. Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang. The results of the t-test on the human resource management variable show that the t-count is 3.304 > t-table (1.980), with a significance value of (0.001) < α (0.05) and the t-test results on the spiritual intelligence variable show that t- arithmetic of (7.102) > t-table (1.980) with a significance of (0.000) < α (0.05) it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of human resource management and spiritual intelligence variables partially (one way) on work ethic of employees at PT. Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang.

Abstract

To be able to create a strong economy, independence is very important. This means independence to be able to produce goods to meet one's own needs, both material and non-material, for this, experience, ability and production facilities are needed. Apart from that, to meet needs in both the civil and military fields, various scientific disciplines, professions, crafts and skills are needed both in religious matters and in the world. Because Muslims must be able to study, deepen and teach as well as specialize themselves in various fields of knowledge. In this way Muslims are not dependent on others. The ability to be independent can be realized by being able to meet our own needs, without economic independence, Muslims cannot carry out the function of guiding the world (ustadziyah al-'alam). In Islam, as stated in the interpretation of verses and hadith, there is an economic management system.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Religious Tourism Attraction on Tourist Satisfaction at Bayt Al-Qur'an Al-Akbar Gandus Palembang". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religious tourism attraction on tourist satisfaction at bayt Al-Qur'an Al Akbar Gandus Palembang. This type of research used by researchers is using a quantitative approach method. This study uses primary and secondary data types. This study used data collection methods by observation, distributing questionnaires/questions, interviews. Respondents in this study were tourists who had visited the Bayt Al-Qur'an Al-Akbar Gandus Palembang religious tour with a sample of 95 people. The analysis technique used in this study was simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t and r2 tests). To prove it, the data was processed using the SPSS version 25 for Windows program and tested with statistics with a significance level of 0.05. Those who get tcount > ttable (8.428 > 1.662) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study indicate that the tested tourist attraction has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction even though the correlation level is not too significant because the Adjusted R Square figure only has an effect of 0.433 or 43.3% while the rest is influenced by other variables or factors.

Abstract

This article discusses the Al-Huda Mosque which is located in Aliaga Ujung Batu Lima village, precisely located in North Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative methods with netnography techniques. The results of this research are that the Al-Huda Mosque has several functions, apart from prostrating to its Lord, namely first, as a place of unity and increasing Islamic brotherhood. Second, as a place for the educational process. Third, of course as a platform for preaching. Fourth, a means for the benefit of the people. Fifth, a place for deliberation and exchanging ideas. Apart from the function of the Al-huda Mosque, this mosque also has activities that can maintain the functions listed, including the prayer activities five times a day and night, the Fardhu Friday prayer activities, as well as congregational prayers for Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. There are also educational activities such as reciting the Koran every afternoon, book learning, including fiqh, tauhid and tajwid, there is also a training process for fahmil and the art of Qiro'ah. And the next activities are of course related to the benefit of the people, such as conducting recitations, providing compensation and activities carried out for the benefit of the people.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of parental parenting in strategies to improve the quality of children's Human Resources (HR) in the era of digitalization. As is known, in this fast-moving digital 4.0 era, it presents new challenges and surprises for every individual human being. As a result of progress in the digital era, it certainly has positive or negative impacts, which everyone will experience difficulties in responding to. In particular, for every parent who will continue to educate their children while adapting to the current digital era. In addition, parents are required to be able to produce and shape their children into individuals who are mature in behavior and character in order to improve the quality and value of Human Resources (HR). This research takes a descriptive qualitative approach, namely understanding, exploring and expanding thinking about a particular phenomenon in a more complex and systematic way. With data and material collection techniques using the Study Literature Review (SLR) method from reputable journals, books and compatible mass media reports. As a result, the parenting patterns of parents in the past were very inversely proportional to the parenting patterns of Generation Z and Millennials today. In ancient times, parents always applied democratic, authoritarian, permissive or neglectful parenting styles in nurturing their children to achieve success. However, in this era of digitalization, these four parenting patterns will not be implemented well and maximally if the role of parents and families is not wise in aligning their parenting patterns well according to the time, situation and condition of the child.

Abstract

The background of this research is an organization, a social unit and a group of people who have a common goal to achieve success in the organization. Not all organizations always run smoothly, of course there are always obstacles ranging from human resources, form of presence, and in completing their tasks. This research method uses qualitative research objectives using a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are from six communication strategy indicators, of which the six indicators have been successful for internal communication strategies in the Regional Leadership of the Palembang City Muhammadiyah Student Association as well as performance indicators including work quality, work quantity, responsibility, initiative and cooperation. The five performance indicators have the results of each indicator, where there is still a lot that needs to be improved in completing the tasks given by top management. The conclusion of this research is that communication strategy and performance development activities can be categorized as successful, namely 50% of the communication strategy and performance indicators

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of routine recitation on the spiritual quotient of the women of the Bukit Baru Palembang Ta'lim Council. This research uses quantitative methods, with the independent (X) influence of routine recitation and the dependent variable (y) Spiritual Quotient. With a population of 35 members of the permanent member congregation, while the sample was 32 members of the Al Amin Ta'lim Majlis, the research used the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study showed that the calculated t value was 1.836 while the t table value was 1.697 or t value. count > table t value. So Ho is accepted and it is concluded that recitation has an effect on the spiritual quotient.
