Abstract

This article aims to review and synthesize a literature review related to employee performance, motivation, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and leadership and to see the research results of the variables that will be reviewed and whether there is an influence between one variable and another. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to related variables. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the study show that several variables influence the evidence of exposure in a matrix. The employee performance study in this literature review article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can improve employee performance, namely motivation, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and leadership.

Abstract

The business world in various sectors has experienced a decline both during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Various difficulties were faced by the business world in terms of distribution, supply of raw materials, the production process of goods and services, financial and capital difficulties, sales targets that were not achieved, obstruction of business networks and inadequate mastery of technology and information. The purpose of this research is to focus on business improvement strategies both during and post-pandemic that can be implemented for entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Descriptive analysis is used with a data collection approach through literature review (library study) sourced from previous studies. The results of the study show that in several fields of business, such as marketing, human resources, finance, health, and others, they can implement sustainable business strategies by increasing the production of goods and services along with providing excellent service to consumers in an effective and efficient manner so that businesses can continue and thrive. grow. The conclusion of this study is that business actors are required to have good knowledge management and absorptive capacity to improve their business performance. Furthermore, for further research to be able to examine more sharply with wider research sources in the scope of various business fields, with a more in-depth discussion with more comprehensive analytical methods both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Abstract

Dunia usaha pada berbagai sektor telah mengalami penurunan baik selama maupun pasca pandemi covid 19. Beragam kesulitan dihadapi dunia usaha dalam hal distribusi, penyediaan bahan baku, proses produksi barang dan jasa, kesulitan financial dan permodalan, target penjualan yang tidak tercapai, terhambatnya bisnis network dan tidak memadainya penguasaan teknologi dan informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini fokus pada strategi peningkatan bisnis baik selama dan pasca pandemik yang dapat diimplementasikan bagi usahawan di Indonesia. Deskriptif analisis digunakan dengan pendekatan pengumpulan data melalui telaah literatur (studi kepustakaan) yang bersumber dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada beberapa bidang usaha, seperti bidang pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, kesehatan, dan lainnya dapat menerapkan strategi bisnis yang berkelanjutan dengan upaya meningkatkan produksi barang dan jasa disertai pemberian layanan prima kepada konsumen secara efektif dan efisien agar usaha tetap berlangsung dan bertumbuh. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha dituntut untuk memiliki manajemen pengetahuan yang baik dan absorptive capacity untuk meningkat kinerja bisnisnya. Lebih jauh, bagi penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat menelaah lebih tajam dengan sumber -sumber penelitian lebih luas dalam cakupan berbagai bidang bisnis, dengan bahasan yang lebih mendalam dengan metodel analisis yang lebih konprehensif baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of parental parenting in strategies to improve the quality of children's Human Resources (HR) in the era of digitalization. As is known, in this fast-moving digital 4.0 era, it presents new challenges and surprises for every individual human being. As a result of progress in the digital era, it certainly has positive or negative impacts, which everyone will experience difficulties in responding to. In particular, for every parent who will continue to educate their children while adapting to the current digital era. In addition, parents are required to be able to produce and shape their children into individuals who are mature in behavior and character in order to improve the quality and value of Human Resources (HR). This research takes a descriptive qualitative approach, namely understanding, exploring and expanding thinking about a particular phenomenon in a more complex and systematic way. With data and material collection techniques using the Study Literature Review (SLR) method from reputable journals, books and compatible mass media reports. As a result, the parenting patterns of parents in the past were very inversely proportional to the parenting patterns of Generation Z and Millennials today. In ancient times, parents always applied democratic, authoritarian, permissive or neglectful parenting styles in nurturing their children to achieve success. However, in this era of digitalization, these four parenting patterns will not be implemented well and maximally if the role of parents and families is not wise in aligning their parenting patterns well according to the time, situation and condition of the child.

Abstract

Agile Project Management (APM) offers a flexible and adaptive approach to managing projects, making it particularly relevant for the dynamic environment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study explores the adaptation of APM for small-scale projects within the MSME sector through qualitative analysis. Data were collected from five informants actively involved in project management and analyzed using N-VIVO software. The findings highlight that APM can enhance adaptability, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction. However, challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and lack of expertise were identified. Strategies, including incremental adoption, training, and external consultancy, were proposed to overcome these barriers. This research contributes to the understanding of Agile's applicability in MSMEs, offering practical insights for practitioners and policymakers to foster innovation and competitiveness in the sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi hubungan antara pengembangan karir dan produktivitas karyawan UMKM di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan UMKM dari berbagai sektor usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan antara pengembangan karir dan produktivitas secara signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa program pengembangan karir yang baik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya UMKM untuk lebih fokus pada pengembangan karir karyawan guna meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi kerja, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas dan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi strategi peningkatan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang merupakan anggota dari Asosiasi Pengusaha Kue dan Kuliner Sumatra Selatan (Aspenku Sumsel). UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian regional dan nasional, dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka adalah kunci untuk pertumbuhan berkelanjutan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mewawancarai Ketua Aspenku Sumsel dan menganalisis data dari program pelatihan yang telah diimplementasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi peningkatan kompetensi SDM telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap daya saing UMKM. Program pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anggota, peningkatan keterampilan teknis, manajerial, dan pemasaran, serta kerja sama dalam asosiasi, semuanya memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan SDM bagi UMKM dan bagaimana implementasinya dapat mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Hasilnya dapat menjadi panduan bagi organisasi serupa dan pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di berbagai sektor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor desa yang ada di Kecamatan Sumber Marga Telang kabupaten Banyuasin yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sumber Marga Telang Kabupaten Banyuasin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sumber Marga Telang Kabupaten Banyuasin dengan status pegawai berjumlah 128 orang yang digunakan dalam responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui kuisioner, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda,dengan uji F dan uji T untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja di Kecamatan Sumber Marga Telang Kabupaten Banyuasin, bahwa pelatihan, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
